The following specifically describes the operation of the braking state of the speed limiter according to the present invention (as shown in fig. 8 to 10) with reference to the accompanying drawings:
(1) Firstly, when the speed limiter normally operates, the speed limiter wheel 2 rotates left, and when the speed reaches a certain value, the centrifugal weight 3 can jack up the first limiting piece 4 due to the action of centrifugal force;

(3) Then, under the rotation of the second transmission gear 8 and the limit of the second limiting piece 12, the first transmission gear 7 moves upwards;
(4) Finally, under the drive of the first transmission gear 7, the brake block 5 can tilt, and when the brake block 5 tilts to a certain extent, the first limiting piece 4 can lock the brake block 5, and at the moment, the speed limiter returns to a normal state.
