Abstract

纳米银离子抑菌杀菌内胆搪瓷容器,热水器在待机储水时,水箱和水管中的水都是静止的,在适宜的温度下,残留的细菌微生物会快速繁殖,在沐浴过程可能侵入人体,危害人类健康;加之有些地区的自来水中余氯较高,一些皮肤敏感者,沐浴之后经常出现皮肤红肿瘙痒过敏等症状;本发明制成抗菌释放负离子内胆,填补了国内容器常温抑菌、杀菌技术空白(如:储水式热水器),为消费者提供健康用水、安全储存食物容器技术。

纳米银负离子抑菌杀菌内胆搪瓷容器
技术领域
本发明属于生活及医用搪瓷容器抑菌杀菌领域,涉及电热水器、光波热水器、太阳能、空气能等生活及医用搪瓷容器的抑菌杀菌。
背景技术
目前,普通的电热水器、光波热水器、太阳能、空气能等生活及医用搪瓷容器,在储水时,水温在25~55℃左右,且水箱和水管中的水都是是静止的,在适宜的温度下,残留的细菌微生物会快速繁殖,特别是对人体有害的大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,肺炎杆菌、军团菌等,在沐浴及其他使用过程中可能侵入人体,危害人类健康。加之有些地区的自来水中余氯较高,一些皮肤敏感者,沐浴及其他使用之后经常出现皮肤红肿瘙痒过敏等症状。
之前的专利中出现较多的生活及医用搪瓷容器杀菌方法有:臭氧杀菌、紫外线杀菌、高温模块杀菌等。臭氧杀菌是在在热水器及其他搪瓷容器中增加一个臭氧模块,控制臭氧的浓度,起到杀菌作用;紫外线杀菌是增加一个额定功率的紫外灯,起到杀菌作用;高温杀菌是在待机状态时设定一个时间段,将温度升高到70℃以上,起到杀菌作用。综上所述,这些方法的确可以起到杀菌作用,但是都会增加模块,使热水器及其他搪瓷容器的结构更加复杂,且增加一个电器元件,安全系数相对降低。还有对产品本身的成本增加较多。在推广应用中存在一定的难度。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的不足之处,提供涉及普通的电热水器、光波热水器、太阳能、空气能等生活及医用搪瓷容器实现抑菌杀菌,产生负离子远红外功能的方法。
具体实施方案
将溶胶凝胶法制备的纳米银粉体抗菌剂、负离子粉体按一定比例加入到搪瓷釉粉中,混合均匀,通过一定的工艺将搪瓷釉粉附着在内胆上,烧制成型,即制成抗菌释放负离子搪瓷容器。
如上所述,溶胶-凝胶法纳米银抗菌剂制备方法如下:
(1)在25~50℃下,将含硅的醇盐与含钛的醇盐溶液按一定比例混和搅拌1~10h;
(2)将硝酸银和表面活性剂(或螯合剂)按一定量一并加入上述混合液中搅拌均匀;
(3)上述混合液中边搅拌边加水及还原剂,反应20min~3h;
(4)调节上述反应液的pH成凝胶状,将所得的凝胶在60~180℃下干燥成粉体;
(5)通过气流粉碎,将所得粉体粉碎成0.1~2um左右的粉体。即得到纳米银抗菌粉体。
如上所述,纳米银载体为二氧化硅二氧化钛复合载体,纳米银的银含量为1~30%,纳米银粒径1~100nm,纳米银在载体上分布均匀。
本发明所述的负离子粉体粒径为1000目~8000目,目数越高,负离子效果越好。
本发明所述的搪瓷粉体配方如下:

如上所述搪瓷粉体附着在内胆成型工艺如下:通过压缩空气进入喷枪,喷枪内高压发生器产生100KV~300KV负电压,产生电晕放电现象,使周围空气电离形成密集电荷,喷枪喷出的粉末通过时就带上了负电荷,热水器内胆接地,在静电场的作用下,粉末就被吸附到内胆上。然后放置在热水器内胆专用电烤箱中800~900℃,烧制3~20min成型。
本发明采用在热水器内胆釉料中增加特种工艺纳米银杀菌负离子功能,纳米银杀菌效率高,效果显著杀菌率达99.8%。内胆釉层可以连续释放负离子负,可达500~2000个/cm3,对自来水的余氯有很好的去除作用。可有效解决沐浴过程皮肤瘙痒红肿敏感问题。
以下结合具体实例帮助进一步理解本发明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此:
实施例1:
取256.5g正硅酸乙酯于烧杯,缓慢滴加68g钛酸丁酯溶液,搅拌2h后,用100ml乙醇溶解12.3g硝酸银和氨水0.3g配成溶液滴加到上述溶液中搅拌1h,加3%水合肼溶液加入上述液体中,继续搅拌2h,稀氨水调节pH至9.5,得淡黄色透明的湿凝胶,在80℃烘箱中保持48h得纳米银干粉体,经气流粉碎得0.5um纳米银粉体。
配置釉料1kg,釉料配比:氧化钠10%,氧化钾3%,氧化钙4%,氧化铝8%,氧化硼5%,氧化硅60%,氧化锆6%,纳米银粉1%,负离子粉3%,球磨机混合均匀。通过压缩空气进入喷枪,喷枪内高压发生器产生110KV负电压,使周围空气电离形成密集电荷,喷枪喷出的粉末通过时就带上了负电荷,热水器内胆接地,在静电场的作用下,粉末就被吸附到内胆上。然后放置在热水器内胆专用电烤箱中800℃,烧制6min成型。
实施例2:
取256.5g正硅酸乙酯于烧杯,缓慢滴加112g钛酸丁酯溶液,搅拌2h后,用100ml乙醇,100g异丙醇溶解24.6g硝酸银和CTAB 0.2g配成溶液滴加到上述溶液中搅拌1h,5%抗坏血酸溶液10g加入上述液体中,继续搅拌2h,稀氨水调节pH至9,得淡黄色透明的湿凝胶,在110℃烘箱中保持36h得纳米银干粉体,经气流粉碎得0.2um纳米银粉体。
配置釉料1kg,釉料配比:氧化钠7%,氧化钾1%,氧化钙2%,氧化铝12%,氧化硼8%,氧化硅70%,氧化锆4%,纳米银粉0.5%,负离子粉3.5%,球磨机混合均匀。通过压缩空气进入喷枪,喷枪内高压发生器产生110KV负电压,使周围空气电离形成密集电荷,喷枪喷出的粉末通过时就带上了负电荷,热水器内胆接地,在静电场的作用下,粉末就被吸附到内胆上。然后放置在热水器内胆专用电烤箱中830℃,烧制3min成型。
实施例3:
取256.5g正硅酸乙酯于烧杯,缓慢滴加112g钛酸丁酯溶液,搅拌2h后,用100ml乙醇,100g异丙醇溶解32.6g硝酸银和乙二胺2g配成溶液滴加到上述溶液中搅拌1h,加5%抗坏血酸溶液15g加入上述液体中,继续搅拌2h,稀氨水调节pH至9,得淡黄色透明的湿凝胶,在100℃烘箱中保持40h得纳米银干粉体,经气流粉碎得0.3um纳米银粉体。
配置釉料1kg,釉料配比:氧化钠10%,氧化钙3%,氧化铝2%,氧化硼6%,氧化硅70%,氧化锆4%,纳米银粉0.3%,负离子粉4.7%,球磨机混合均匀。通过压缩空气进入喷枪,喷枪内高压发生器产生110KV负电压,使周围空气电离形成密集电荷,喷枪喷出的粉末通过时就带上了负电荷,热水器内胆接地,在静电场的作用下,粉末就被吸附到内胆上。然后放置在热水器内胆专用电烤箱中820℃,烧制3min成型。

Claims (3)

1.一种具有纳米银负离子杀菌内胆搪瓷容器的制造方法,其特征在于:
将溶胶凝胶法制备的纳米银粉体抗菌剂、负离子粉体按一定比例和搪瓷釉粉混合均匀,通过一定的工艺将搪瓷釉粉附着在内胆上,烧制成型,即制成抗菌释放负离子搪瓷容器;
溶胶凝胶法制备的纳米银粉体抗菌剂制备方法如下:
(1)在25~50℃下,将含硅的醇盐与含钛的醇盐溶液按一定比例混和搅拌1~10h;
(2)将硝酸银和表面活性剂或螯合剂按一定量一并加入混合液中搅拌均匀;
(3)上述混合液中边搅拌边加水及还原剂,反应20min~3h;
(4)调节反应液的pH,至凝胶,将所得的湿凝胶在60~180℃下干燥成粉体;
(5)通过气流粉碎,将所得粉体粉碎成0.1~2um的粉体,即得到纳米银抗菌粉体;
负离子粉体粒径1000目~8000目,目数越高,负离子效果越好;
搪瓷釉粉附着在内胆成型工艺如下:通过压缩空气进入喷枪,喷枪内高压发生器产生100KV~300KV负电压,产生电晕放电现象,使周围空气电离形成密集电荷,喷枪喷出的粉末通过时就带上了负电荷,热水器内胆接地,在静电场的作用下,粉末就被吸附到内胆上,然后放置在热水器内胆专用电烤箱中800~900℃,烧制3~20min成型。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有纳米银负离子杀菌内胆搪瓷容器的制造方法,其特征在于:纳米银载体为二氧化硅二氧化钛复合载体,纳米银的银含量为1~30%,纳米银粒径1~100nm,纳米银粉体粒径0.2~3um,纳米银在载体上分布均匀。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种具有纳米银负离子杀菌内胆搪瓷容器的制造方法,其特征在于:搪瓷釉粉配方如下:
