Abstract

Description

滚筒洗衣机的平衡装置
本发明一般涉及滚筒洗衣机的平衡装置。更具体地,本发明涉及的滚筒洗衣机的平衡装置是通过安装在洗衣机旋转筒两侧的座圈、以及安在每个座圈内的目的在于动态消除在洗衣/脱水操作过程中旋转筒产生的不平衡的球体来实现的。
常规的滚筒洗衣机是一种电子设备,它使用鼓形旋转筒的转动所产生的肥皂泡沫来洗涤衣物。在常规的滚筒洗衣机中,洗涤、漂洗和脱水操作都根据预定程序自动进行。在衣物洗涤和漂洗后,在脱水过程中,通过高速转动的旋转筒产生的离心力将过量的水去除。由于此时衣物在旋转筒内不均匀分布会产生异常的震动和噪音,因此,对于滚筒洗衣机平稳操作来说,平衡装置是必需的。
图4是带有平衡装置的常规滚筒洗衣机透视图。
参照图4,该滚筒洗衣机包括:外壳1、由悬挂弹簧4悬吊在外壳1内的吊桶3、以及可转动地安装在吊桶3内的旋转筒2。该滚筒洗衣机还包括吸震杆5,用于支撑旋转筒2的下部。
旋转筒2通过安装在外壳1底部的电动机6驱动。在旋转筒2背面装有皮带轮(未示出),并通过皮带(未示出)与驱动电机6相连,因而该皮带轮接收驱动电机6的转动力。旋转筒2包括多个均匀形成在其表面上的小孔以及多个向内突出并彼此间隔预定距离的提升机构8。在旋转筒2中由离心力作用从衣物上脱出的水通过小孔7流入吊桶3中,提升机构8在旋转筒2旋转过程中有助于将衣物和水升起和落下。
为了防止洗涤/脱水过程中产生震动,将每个均为预定重量的平衡块装在吊桶3上。11.4kg的前平衡块9a安在吊桶3的前面,12.2kg的上平衡块9b安在吊桶3的顶部表面。这些平衡块9a和9b是用铸铁制造的并用螺栓9c安在吊桶3上。
在常规滚筒洗衣机中,由衣物在旋转筒2中不均匀分布产生的震动直接传给吊桶3,由平衡块9a和9b抵消震动。遗憾的是,为了能有效地起作用,平衡块9a和9b必须非常重。因此,这种重量不便于容易地安装并提高了运输成本。
本发明涉及滚筒洗衣机的平衡装置,该装置能够解决现有技术中的上述问题和缺点。
本发明的第一个目的是提供一种滚筒洗衣机的平衡装置,该装置是由安装在洗衣机的旋转筒两侧的座圈以及安在每个座圈内用以动态地抵消在洗衣机的旋转筒转动过程中由于其中的衣物不均匀分布而产生的不平衡的球体实现的。
本发明的第二个目的是提供一种滚筒洗衣机的平衡装置,该装置包括座圈、安于每个座圈内的球体、存于每个座圈内的油以及在每个座圈上形成的彼此成安角度以便于加油的加油孔和气孔。
本发明的第三个目的是提供一种滚筒洗衣机的平衡装置,它具有使球体在座圈内平稳运动的结构。
为了获得上述目的,公开了一种滚筒洗衣机的平衡装置,该洗衣机包括:悬吊于外壳中的吊桶,形成在吊桶内可旋转的旋转筒,所述平衡装置包括:形成在该旋转筒内与旋转筒同心的贮油座圈、多个安在座圈内的球体,以及加油孔和气孔,该加油孔和气孔在相应的座圈中相对于旋转筒转动中心彼此成90°布置。
每个座圈由顶面、底面和侧壁组成。加油孔形成在座圈的一侧,并且孔与座圈底面间垂直距离小于球体的半径。

参照附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明。
图1是本发明的装有平衡装置的滚筒洗衣机总体结构透视图。
如图1所示,该滚筒洗衣机包括:外壳10、悬吊在外壳10内的吊桶20和可转动地安装在吊桶20内的旋转筒30。吊桶20由多个悬吊弹簧11悬吊,每个弹簧的一端连在外壳10的内顶板上而另一端连在吊桶20的外侧。一对吸震杆12位于吊桶20的下方。
可转动地安装在吊桶20内的旋转筒30由前板31和后板32以及将前板31和后板32连在一起的筒形成侧板33组成。前板31具有开口31a,通过该开口可将衣物放入旋转筒30内或从中取出。在侧板33上均匀地分布着许多孔33a。这些小孔33a使水能在吊桶20和旋转筒30之间自由流动,并使在脱水过程中从衣物中脱出的水排入吊桶20中。三个提升机构33b呈“V”型向内突出形成在侧板33上,并彼此均匀间隔分布。该提升机构33b在洗涤过程中将衣物提起和落下。
用于转动旋转筒30的部件是轴34、皮带轮35和电动机37。轴34连接在旋转筒30的后板32的中心,并由位于轴承套47中的轴承23可转动地支撑。皮带轮35连在轴41的一端,皮带轮35和电动机37由皮带36相互连在一起,因此电动机37的转动力通过皮带36而传给皮带轮35,从而使轴34转动。
旋转筒30具有一对分别安装在前板31和后板32上的平衡装置40,以抵消在旋转过程中产生的震动和不平衡。该平衡装置是通过同心地形成在前板31和后板32的内侧和外侧部分上的环形座圈41a和41b、以及安在座圈41a和41b内的球形运动体(下面称作球体)来实现的。如上所述,座圈41a和41b置于前板31和后板32的内侧和外侧部分,内座圈41a和外座圈41b分别向内和向外突出。球状平衡块作为球形运动体42,然而,也可替代地使用滚珠,并且可用塑料制造。
各个球体42可自由地在每个座圈41a和41b中运动,在每个座圈41a和41b中贮有油以防止由摩擦造成的磨损。座圈41a和41b每个均具有加油孔43a和气孔43b。加油孔43a用于向座圈41a和41b中加油,气孔43b用作当加油时排出存在于座圈41a和41b中的空气的通道,因而更便于加油工序。
加油孔43a的布置使其与气孔43b相对于旋转筒30的转动中心呈特定角度,以防止在向座圈41a和41b加油时油从气孔43b中流出。优选的特定角度为不大于90°。在加完油后将加油孔43a和气孔43b焊接密封。
因此,优选地,在前板31中的座图41a和41b上安装的每个加油孔43a和气孔43b形成在座圈41a和41b的前面,在后板32中的座圈41a和41b上安装的加油孔43a和气孔43b形成在座圈41a和41b的后面。如图3所示,每个加油孔43a和气孔43b的位置都偏离每个座圈41a和41b的转动中心。由于离心力的作用,球体42接触到其上形成有孔43a和43b的座圈41a和41b的表面,因而应这样定位孔43a和43b以防止球体42接触到焊瘤等类似物,焊瘤等类似物是在密封加油孔43a和气孔43b过程中可能形成的。
更具体地,加油孔43a和气孔43b形成在每个座圈41a和41b的侧壁,并且孔43a、43b与各座圈底面间的距离d小于球体42的半径D。这防止了球体42的外表面在运动过程中接触到加油孔43a和气孔43b。
下面更全面地说明本发明平衡装置的操作。
滚筒洗衣机通过皮带36接收电动机37的转动力而正转和反转。当旋转筒30旋转时,由提升机构33b搅动旋转筒30内的衣物。在脱水过程中,旋转筒30的高速旋转将过量的水从衣物中脱出,然后经孔33a排入吊桶20中,再经排水装置(未示出)排出洗衣机。球体42沿不平衡的相反一侧运动,这种不平衡是由旋转筒30高速旋转产生的离心力使旋转筒30中的衣物不均匀分布造成的,因此动态地抵消了不平衡并防止了旋转筒30的震动和偏心转动。在本发明的平衡装置中,在座圈41a和41b中贮有油以便球体42平稳运动,加油孔43a如此布置以使其与气孔43b相对于旋转筒30的转动中心大约呈直角。因此,如果通过加油孔43a向座圈41a和41b加油,则在座圈中的空气通过气孔43b排出,这便于加油操作。另外,由于形成的各加油孔43a和气孔43b不与每个球体42的外表面接触,因而防止了球体42与焊瘤间的磨损,焊瘤是在密封加油孔43a和气孔43b过程中可能形成的。
本发明的滚筒洗衣机可有效地抵消不平衡并防止旋转筒30的震动和偏心转动,以及可方便地向座圈加油。另外,密封的加油孔和气孔不接触每个球体的外表面,因此防止了由摩擦造成的磨损。

Claims (3)

1.一种滚筒洗衣机的平衡装置,该洗衣机包括:悬吊于外壳内的吊桶和形成在该吊桶中可转动的旋转筒,该平衡装置包括:
形成在所述旋转筒内与所述旋转筒同心的贮油座圈;
多个安在所述座圈内的球体;以及
形成在所述每个座圈上的加油孔和气孔,加油孔和气孔设置成相对于所述旋转筒转动中心彼此成安角。
2.如权利要求1的平衡装置,其特征在于,所述安角不大于90°。
3.如权利要求1的平衡装置,其特征在于,每个所述座圈由顶面、底面和侧壁组成,通气孔形成在所述座图的一侧,以及所述孔与所述座圈的底面间的垂直距离小于所述球体的半径。
