The sealing plug 8 consists of a circular ring with smaller diameter at the front end, a conical ring with thin front and thick rear in the middle and a circular ring with larger diameter at the rear end; the middle part of the elastic positioning belt 9 is connected with the outer wall of the circular ring at the rear end of the sealing plug 8.
A holding ring 11 is sleeved outside the insertion tube 1 between the sealing plug 8 and the infusion tube 23 and the urination tube 13, and semicircular anti-skid protrusions 12 are uniformly arranged on the outer wall of the holding ring 11.
The bladder positioning catheterization device for cesarean section is characterized in that the center of an insertion tube 1 is provided with an illuminating optical fiber 3, the front end of the illuminating optical fiber 3 is provided with a spiral illuminating head 5 positioned in front of the insertion tube 1, and the rear end of the illuminating optical fiber 3 is provided with an optical fiber light source 18 positioned behind the insertion tube 1.
The center of the spiral illuminating head 5 is provided with a buffer cap 6 made of medical rubber, the buffer cap 6 consists of a cylinder positioned at the center of the spiral illuminating head 5 and a circular baffle positioned in front of the spiral illuminating head 5, and the front end of the illuminating head 5 can be well prevented from damaging the bladder wall; the outer side of the cylinder of the buffer cap 6 is provided with a reflective layer 7 which can reflect the light of the illuminating head 5, further increase the brightness in the bladder and enable the outline and the position of the bladder to be seen more clearly on the outer side.
The axial direction of the insertion tube 1 positioned at the two sides of the lighting optical fiber 3 is respectively provided with an infusion hole 2 and a urethral catheterization hole 4, the two sides of the rear end of the insertion tube 1 are respectively provided with an infusion tube 23 and a urination tube 13, the center of the infusion tube 23 is provided with an infusion branch hole 24 communicated with the infusion hole 2, and the center of the urination tube 13 is provided with a urethral catheterization branch hole 14 communicated with the urethral catheterization hole 4, so that liquid can be filled into the bladder, and urine or other liquid in the bladder can also be led out.
The rear end of the infusion tube 23 is connected with an infusion tee 22, the other two ends of the infusion tee 22 are respectively connected with a cleaning and sterilizing device 19 through connecting tubes 20, and a cleaning groove 29 and a sterilizing groove 38 are respectively arranged inside an infusion body 26 of the cleaning and sterilizing device 19, so that the bladder or the vagina can be simply cleaned and sterilized.
The measurement and recovery device 17 is connected to the rear end of the urinary catheter 13, and the measurement tank 42 and the recovery tank 45 are provided in the recovery body 50 of the measurement and recovery device 17, respectively, so that it is possible to perform simple catheterization and also measure the volume of the derived urine to evaluate renal function and the like.
The two connecting pipes 20 are respectively provided with a one-way infusion valve 21, so that the backflow of normal saline input into the bladder or mixed liquid of the normal saline and gentamicin and the like can be avoided, and the liquid in the cleaning tank 29 or the sterilization tank 38 is ensured not to be polluted.
The middle part of the urine drainage pipe 13 is sequentially provided with a one-way liquid drainage valve 15 and a liquid drainage switch 16, the one-way liquid drainage valve 15 can effectively avoid backflow of guided urine or other liquid, and the liquid drainage switch 16 can conveniently control the opening or closing of the liquid guiding function; in addition, by controlling the liquid discharge switch 16 and combining with the control of the push-pull plate 32, the bladder can be inflated independently, the pressure inside the bladder can be increased, the bladder can be expanded, the urinary catheterization can be performed independently, the pressure inside the bladder can be eliminated, the bladder can be contracted or recovered to be normal, and the liquid can be discharged and the bladder can be flushed while the liquid is filled.
The middle part of the insertion tube 1 is sleeved with a sealing plug 8, the sealing plug 8 can seal the urethral orifice, so that liquid can be conveniently flushed into the inner side of the bladder, the pressure of the inner side of the bladder is increased, and the bladder is expanded.
The rear end both sides of sealing plug 8 are provided with C type elastic positioning area 9 respectively, the one end inboard of elastic positioning area 9 is provided with hook plate 25 of nylon fastener tape, the other end outside of elastic positioning area 9 is provided with the fine hair piece 10 of nylon fastener tape, can encircle the lying-in woman thigh of both sides respectively through C type elastic positioning area 9 with both sides, then fix through hook plate 25 and fine hair piece 10, can inject the front and back slip of inserting tube 1, avoid inserting tube 1 to deviate from the bladder.
Pistons 27 are respectively arranged in the cleaning tank 29 and the sterilization tank 38, a piston rod 28 is respectively arranged at the rear end of each piston 27, a push-pull plate 32 is respectively arranged at the rear end of each piston rod 28, and the physiological saline in the cleaning tank 29 or the physiological saline in the sterilization tank 38 and the drug mixed solution such as gentamicin can be delivered into the bladder by pushing the corresponding push-pull plate 32.
The U-shaped or M-shaped electric heating pipe 39 is embedded on the front end face of the piston 27, the front end face of the electric heating pipe 39 is flush with the front end face of the piston 27, and the physiological saline in the cleaning tank 29 or the mixed liquid of the physiological saline in the sterilization tank 38 and the medicines such as gentamicin can be heated, so that the temperature of the liquid input into the bladder is not too low, and particularly in the season with lower temperature, the stimulation of the liquid temperature to the bladder can be reduced or eliminated.
The power cord 30 is connected with a power extension cord 35 through the adapter socket 33 and the adapter plug 37, the rear end part of the power extension cord 35 is connected with the power plug 34, the use is convenient, when liquid is not required to be heated, the adapter socket 33 and the adapter plug 37 can be disconnected, and the structure is simpler.
The power extension line 35 is provided with a temperature controller 36, which can conveniently control the heating temperature.
The rear end of the transfusion body 26 is provided with a rear end cover 31 sleeved outside the piston rod 28, so that when the connecting pipe 20 and the transfusion tee 22 are disconnected and liquid is sucked into the cleaning groove 29 or the sterilization groove 38 through the connecting pipe 20, the piston 27 is effectively prevented from being pulled out of the cleaning groove 29 or the sterilization groove 38, and the use is safer.
A urine catheter connecting pipe 40 communicated with the urine drainage pipe 13 is arranged on the recovery body 50 positioned at the upper end of the measuring groove 42, and the urine or liquid guided out can be injected into the measuring groove 42; be provided with the scale mark on the inner wall of measurement groove 42, when the volume of deriving the urine needs to be measured, can carry out the rapid survey to the volume of leading-in urine in measurement groove 42.
The height of the measurement tank 42 is equal to the height 1/3 of the recovery tank 45, and a recovery through hole 44 is provided between the bottom end of the measurement tank 42 and the recovery tank 45 to guide the urine or liquid in the measurement tank 42 into the recovery tank 45.
The recycling body 50 is provided with a plug hole 49 perpendicular to the middle of the recycling through hole 44, a plug plate 43 penetrating through the sealing cover plate 41 is inserted into the plug hole 49, and the connection or disconnection of the recycling through hole 44 can be controlled through the plug plate 43.
The upper end of the recovery body 50 is provided with a sealing cover plate 41 for sealing the measuring tank 42 and the recovery tank 45, so that cross infection caused by liquid in the measuring tank 42 or the recovery tank 45 can be effectively avoided.
The recovery pipe 46 is provided with a recovery switch which is an adjusting bolt 47, the recovery pipe 46 is provided with a threaded hole 48 matched with the adjusting bolt 47 for use, the diameter of the adjusting bolt 47 is larger than the inner diameter of the recovery pipe 46, the adjusting bolt 47 is screwed upwards to communicate with a channel of the recovery pipe 46, and the adjusting bolt 47 is screwed downwards to cut off the channel of the recovery pipe 46.
The sealing plug 8 is composed of a ring with a smaller diameter at the front end, a cone ring with a thin front part and a thick rear part at the middle part and a ring with a larger diameter at the rear end, the ring with a smaller diameter at the front end can extend into the urethra, then the cone ring is used for sealing the urethral orifice, and the ring with a larger diameter at the rear end can be used for fixing the elastic positioning belt 9.
The outer side of the insertion tube 1 positioned between the sealing plug 8 and the infusion tube 23 and the urinary catheter 13 is sleeved with a holding ring 11, so that the holding ring 11 can be held to perform intubation or tube drawing, and the operation is convenient; the outer wall of the holding ring 11 is uniformly provided with semicircular anti-skid protrusions 12, so that the pipe can be effectively prevented from skidding, and the smooth operation of pipe insertion or pipe drawing is ensured.

Claims (7)

1. The bladder positioning and catheterization device for the cesarean section operation in the obstetrical department is characterized by comprising an insertion tube made of medical rubber, wherein the center of the insertion tube is provided with an illuminating optical fiber, and the axial directions of the insertion tube positioned at the two sides of the illuminating optical fiber are respectively provided with a transfusion hole and a catheterization hole;
the front end of the illuminating optical fiber is provided with a spiral illuminating head positioned in front of the insertion tube, and the rear end of the illuminating optical fiber is provided with an optical fiber light source device positioned behind the insertion tube; a buffer cap made of medical rubber is arranged at the center of the spiral illuminating head, the buffer cap is composed of a cylinder positioned at the center of the spiral illuminating head and a circular baffle positioned in front of the spiral illuminating head, the diameter of the circular baffle of the buffer cap is equal to the outer diameter of the illuminating head and is smaller than that of the insertion tube, and a reflecting layer is arranged on the outer side of the cylinder of the buffer cap;
an infusion tube and a urine discharge tube are respectively arranged on two sides of the rear end of the insertion tube, an infusion branch hole communicated with the infusion hole is formed in the center of the infusion tube, and a urine guide branch hole communicated with the urine guide hole is formed in the center of the urine discharge tube; the middle part of the urine drainage pipe is sequentially provided with a one-way liquid drainage valve and a liquid drainage switch;
the rear end of the infusion tube is connected with an infusion tee joint, the other two ends of the infusion tee joint are respectively connected with a cleaning and sterilizing device through connecting tubes, and the connecting tubes are respectively provided with a one-way infusion valve; the rear end of the urination pipe is connected with a measuring and recovering device;
the middle part of the insertion tube is sleeved with a sealing plug, two sides of the rear end of the sealing plug are respectively provided with a C-shaped elastic positioning belt, the inner side of one end of the elastic positioning belt is provided with a hook sheet of a nylon fastener tape, and the outer side of the other end of the elastic positioning belt is provided with a velvet sheet of the nylon fastener tape;
the measurement recovery device comprises a recovery body, wherein a measurement groove is formed in one side of the recovery body, a recovery groove is formed in the other side of the recovery body, and the height of the measurement groove is equal to 1/4-1/2 of the height of the recovery groove;
the upper end of the recovery body is provided with a sealing cover plate for sealing the measuring tank and the recovery tank;
a recycling through hole is formed between the bottom end of the measuring groove and the recycling groove, an inserting hole perpendicular to the middle of the recycling through hole is formed in the recycling body, and an inserting plate penetrating through the sealing cover plate is inserted into the inserting hole; the height of the plug hole is greater than that of the recycling through hole, the length of the plug hole is greater than that of the recycling through hole, and the thickness of the plug hole is smaller than that of the recycling through hole;
the inner wall of the measuring groove is provided with scale marks; the recovery body positioned at the upper end of the measuring groove is provided with a urethral catheterization connecting pipe communicated with the urinary catheter.

The urinary catheterization device of claim 1, wherein the cleaning and sterilizing device comprises an infusion body, a cleaning tank and a sterilizing tank are respectively arranged in the infusion body, a piston is respectively arranged in the cleaning tank and the sterilizing tank, the rear ends of the pistons are respectively provided with a piston rod, and the rear ends of the piston rods are respectively provided with a push-pull plate;

4. The urinary catheterization device of claim 2, wherein the rear end of the infusion body is provided with a rear end cap sleeved outside the piston rod.

The urinary catheterization device of claim 1, wherein a recovery tube is disposed on the recovery body at the lower end of the recovery tank, a recovery switch is disposed on the recovery tube, the recovery switch is an adjusting bolt, and a threaded hole is disposed on the recovery tube for cooperating with the adjusting bolt.

The urinary catheterization device of any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the sealing plug consists of a smaller diameter circular ring at the front end, a conical ring in the middle part which is thin at the front and thick at the back, and a circular ring with a larger diameter at the back end; the middle part of the elastic positioning belt is connected with the outer wall of the circular ring at the rear end of the sealing plug.

The urinary catheterization device of any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that a holding ring is sleeved outside the insertion tube between the sealing plug and the infusion tube and the urinary catheter, and semicircular anti-skid protrusions are uniformly arranged on the outer wall of the holding ring.
