Abstract

本发明的自锁加压钢板装置,涉及医疗器械技术领域,包括弹性钢板和捆扎带,弹性钢板至少开设有一对捆扎孔,捆扎带穿过捆扎孔将弹性钢板固定于骨骼且从骨骼的骨折线两侧向骨骼施加夹持力,弹性钢板开设有与骨折线相适配的开口,捆扎孔设置于开口的两侧。能够对骨折处产生挤压力,使分离的两边伤骨更好地复位,且能够使避免压迫骨折处的血管,使得血液正常流通。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别涉及一种自锁加压钢板装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,对于骨折手术的治疗,通常是在骨折处通过螺钉固定一块钢板,螺钉可以是多个,位置也可以变化,但是螺钉的螺杆通常是平行的,对骨折破裂的骨块不具有夹压作用,不能使分离的两边伤骨更好地复位,定位复位效果不佳,产生骨折关节面宽大,造成关节咬合不良,出现创伤性关节炎等不良症状;而且钢板会压迫骨折处的血管,影响血液的正常流通,导致骨折部位恢复得较慢。
发明内容
针对以上缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种自锁加压钢板装置,能够对骨折处产生挤压力,使分离的两边伤骨更好地复位,且能够使避免压迫骨折处的血管,使得血液正常流通。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
自锁加压钢板装置,包括:
弹性钢板和捆扎带,所述弹性钢板至少开设有一对捆扎孔,所述捆扎带穿过所述捆扎孔将所述弹性钢板固定于骨骼且从所述骨骼的骨折线两侧向所述骨骼施加夹持力,所述弹性钢板开设有与所述骨折线相适配的开口,所述捆扎孔设置于所述开口的两侧。
优选地,所述自锁加压钢板装置包括多对所述捆扎孔,每一对所述捆扎孔对应一个所述捆扎带。
优选地,所述捆扎带为单向自锁捆扎带,所述捆扎带的一端为自由端,另一端为固定端,所述自由端穿过一个所述捆扎孔,穿过骨骼,通过另一个相对应的所述捆扎孔穿出并锁紧于所述固定端。
优选地,所述捆扎带的固定端固定于所述钢板。
优选地,所述捆扎带为塑料材质或金属材质。
优选地,所述弹性钢板开设有骨钉安装孔。
优选地,所述弹性钢板向外延伸有与所述捆扎孔相对应的固定部,所述固定部开设有骨钉安装孔。
优选地,所述固定部与所述弹性钢板呈一定角度。
优选地,所述固定部远离所述弹性钢板的一侧为锯齿状结构。
优选地,所述钢板的横截面为弧形。
采用了上述技术方案后,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的自锁加压钢板装置,捆扎带穿过捆扎孔将弹性钢板固定于骨骼且从骨骼的骨折线两侧向骨骼施加夹持力,可以理解为一个捆扎带穿过两个相对应的捆扎孔将弹性钢板固定于骨骼,弹性钢板开设有与骨折线相适配的开口,开口便于使弹性钢板沿骨折线的垂直的方向或近似垂直的方向变形,捆扎带能够挤压弹性钢板向开口方向翘起,能够对骨折处产生挤压力,使分离的两边伤骨更好地复位。
2、弹性钢板开设有与骨折线相适配的开口,能够避免压迫骨折处的血管,使得血液正常流通。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例一:
如图1、图2和图3共同所示,本实施例的自锁加压钢板装置包括钢板,起到对骨骼支撑固定的作用,钢板为弹性钢板,优选弹性钢板的形状与骨折线相适配,骨折线的形状较为复杂时,可将多个简单形状的弹性钢板拼接成与骨折线形状相适配的形状,本实施例的骨折线31为一字型,骨折线31的形状较为简单,即弹性钢板1也为一字型,弹性钢板1与骨骼3相适配,骨骼3的表面为弧形,弹性钢板1的横截面也为弧形。
本实施例的自锁加压钢板装置还包括捆扎带2,弹性钢板1至少开设有一对捆扎孔12,捆扎带2穿过捆扎孔12将弹性钢板1固定于骨骼3且从骨骼3的骨折线31两侧向骨骼3施加夹持力,即捆扎带2穿过两个相对应的捆扎孔12且穿过骨骼3将弹性钢板1固定于骨骼3。
弹性钢板1开设有与骨折线31相适配的开口11,开口11便于使弹性钢板1沿骨折线31的垂直的方向或近似垂直的方向变形,捆扎带2能够挤压钢板1向开口11方向翘起,能够对骨折处产生挤压力,使分离的两边伤骨更好地复位;捆扎孔12设置于开口11的两侧,优选一对捆扎孔12相对设置在开口11的两侧,开口11还能够避免压迫骨折处的血管,使得血液正常流通。
优选捆扎带2为单向自锁捆扎带,方便操作且能够避免捆扎带2在没有外力的作用下发生锁紧或松张的情况,单向自锁捆扎带的一端为自由端21,另一端为固定端22,自由端21穿过一个捆扎孔12,穿过骨骼3,通过另一个相对应的捆扎孔12穿出并锁紧于固定端22,固定端22可固定于弹性钢板1,也可不固定于弹性钢板1,固定于弹性钢板1上更牢靠,防止捆扎带2移位,即捆扎带2可与弹性钢板1一体设置,也可以分开设置;进一步优选捆扎带2为塑料材质或金属材质,施加压力可使得捆扎带2发生形变,但是不施加压力时,捆扎带2不会发生形变。
根据骨折线31的长度和形状,自锁加压钢板装置可设置多对捆扎孔12,每一对捆扎孔12对应一个捆扎带2,本实施例中,自锁加压钢板装置设置有两对捆扎孔12及两个相对应的捆扎带2。
本实施例的弹性钢板1在开口11的两侧开设有骨钉安装孔14,进一步固定弹性钢板1。
实施例二:
如图1和图4所示,本实施例的骨折线31为人字形,自锁加压钢板装置的弹性钢板1也为人字形,开口11的形状也为人字形,当然可以理解的是,可以根据随骨折线的形状制造相应形状的弹性钢板,当然也可以将多个简单形状的弹性钢板拼接成与骨折线相适配的形状,与实施例一不同的是,本实施例的弹性钢板1向外延伸有固定部13,固定部13与捆扎孔12相对应,固定部13与骨骼3相适配,固定部13的横截面也可为弧形,固定部13开设有骨钉安装孔14,通过骨钉将固定部13固定于骨骼3上,能够辅助捆扎带2固定弹性钢板1,协助捆扎带2对骨折处固定复位,固定部13可与弹性钢板1呈一定角度,当弹性钢板1在捆扎带2的作用下折起时,固定部13可与骨骼3更好地贴合,固定部13远离弹性钢板1的一侧可以是锯齿状结构,在骨骼3愈合的过程中,锯齿状结构的固定部13更容易随着两边伤骨的移动而发生形变,减少对骨骼3的二次伤害,更好地帮助骨折处复位。
本发明不局限于上述具体的实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员从上述构思出发,不经过创造性的劳动,所做出的种种变换,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.自锁加压钢板装置,其特征在于,包括:
弹性钢板和捆扎带,所述弹性钢板至少开设有一对捆扎孔,所述捆扎带穿过所述捆扎孔将所述弹性钢板固定于骨骼且从所述骨骼的骨折线两侧向所述骨骼施加夹持力,所述弹性钢板开设有与所述骨折线相适配的开口,所述捆扎孔设置于所述开口的两侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的自锁加压钢板装置,其特征在于,所述自锁加压钢板装置包括多对所述捆扎孔,每一对所述捆扎孔对应一个所述捆扎带。
3.如权利要求1所述的自锁加压钢板装置,其特征在于,所述捆扎带为单向自锁捆扎带,所述捆扎带的一端为自由端,另一端为固定端,所述自由端穿过一个所述捆扎孔,穿过骨骼,通过另一个相对应的所述捆扎孔穿出并锁紧于所述固定端。
4.如权利要求3所述的自锁加压钢板装置,其特征在于,所述捆扎带的固定端固定于所述钢板。
5.如权利要求1所述的自锁加压钢板装置,其特征在于,所述捆扎带为塑料材质或金属材质。
6.如权利要求1所述的自锁加压钢板装置,其特征在于,所述弹性钢板开设有骨钉安装孔。
7.如权利要求1所述的自锁加压钢板装置,其特征在于,所述弹性钢板向外延伸有与所述捆扎孔相对应的固定部,所述固定部开设有骨钉安装孔。
8.如权利要求7所述的自锁加压钢板装置,其特征在于,所述固定部与所述弹性钢板呈一定角度。
9.如权利要求7所述的自锁加压钢板装置,其特征在于,所述固定部远离所述弹性钢板的一侧为锯齿状结构。
10.如权利要求1所述的自锁加压钢板装置,其特征在于,所述钢板的横截面为弧形。
