Abstract

本发明在现有的接骨板中部(通常为需要固定的骨折部位)设计为中空的弹性孔(1)。弹性孔在加压螺钉孔(3)或加压器的作用下产生形变,从而产生对骨折近远端的主动加压。同时其弹性孔(1)的中空的设计可通过形变而实现减少应力遮挡的效应。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种外科医用接骨板。 
背景技术
目前接骨板固定治疗是目前治疗骨折的主要治疗方法之一。但接骨板刚性大,造成对骨折近远端骨折的应力遮挡,可出现接骨板断裂,螺钉断裂等不良后果,是骨折愈合不良及骨不连的主要原因之一。同时研究表明,对骨折断端加压可促进骨愈合。 
发明内容
本发明目的在于通过接骨板中部的弹性加压孔的设计,实现主动持续加压,同时减少应力遮挡的作用。 
本发明的技术方案如下 
在现有的接骨板中部(通常为需要固定的骨折部位)设计为中空的弹性孔(1)。弹性孔在加压加压螺钉孔(3)或加压器的作用下产生形变,从而产生对骨折近远端的主动加压。同时其弹性孔(1)的中空的设计可通过形变而实现减少应力遮挡的效应。

具体实施方式
如图所示,在现有接骨板的中部设计为中空的弹性孔(1),弹性孔(1)在加压螺钉孔(3)或加压器的作用下产生形变,从而产生对骨折近远端的主动加压。同时其弹性孔(1)中空的设计可通过形变而实现减少应力遮挡的效应(特别当接骨板为锁定型接骨板时)。同时为避免接骨板的两翼超出骨头边缘,产生对机体的刺激,可根据具体骨折部位(如股骨、胫骨、腓骨、肱骨、尺骨、桡骨、指骨等)的骨外形而相应设计为对骨头的环抱或半环抱结构。当接骨板材质为记忆合金时可先将接骨板于0-4度冷水中将弹性孔(1)向钢板近远端拉伸形变,待螺钉安放后再用热水使(弹性孔)回缩,产生加压作用。 

Claims (7)

1.一种可持续弹性主动加压的外科接骨板,其特征为接骨板中部有中空的弹性孔(1)。
2.权利请求1所述的弹性孔可为蝶形,圆形,椭圆,形菱形等中空的弹性结构。
3.权利请求1所述的弹性结构超出接骨板的两翼(2)为避免超出骨头边缘,产生对机体的刺激,可根据具体骨折部位(如股骨、胫骨、腓骨、肱骨、尺骨、桡骨、指骨等)的骨外形而相应设计为对骨头的环抱或半环抱结构。
4.权利请求1所述的接骨板的螺钉孔可为锁定螺钉孔,限制螺钉孔,及限制加压孔,锁定加压孔等。
5.权利请求1所述的接骨板的材质可为医用钢板,医用钛合金,医用塑料,医用记忆合金等。
6.权利请求1所述的接骨板的两头或一头可根据骨折部位设计为具有相应解剖结构的形态(如长骨的近远端)。
7.权利请求1所述的接骨板可根据骨折的不同部位设计为(如股骨、胫骨、腓骨、肱骨、尺骨、桡骨、指骨等)不同的大小及长度。
