本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种胫骨远端外侧接骨板。
背景技术
骨科手术中,需要利用接骨板和接骨螺钉对骨折部位实施固定,传统接骨板具有下列生物学缺陷:压迫骨膜、影响骨折端血液供应,延长恢复时间,同时,普通加压螺钉对于剪切力具有较轻的抵抗力,容易由于剪切力而发生松动;锁定螺钉虽然对于剪切力具有较强的抵抗力,但是不能对断骨面进行加压,断骨处于分离状态,不利于断骨愈合且不便植入,且在植入时对软组织刺激较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种方便操作并能减少植入时对软组织刺激的胫骨远端外侧接骨板。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种胫骨远端外侧接骨板,包括板体,所述板体上设有多个锁定孔,所述板体的一端设有用于减少板体植入时对软组织刺激的微创头部,所述微创头部设有一方便医生使用克氏针进行操作的克氏针孔。
所述板体上设有多个锁定加压组合孔。
所述锁定加压组合孔为6个。
所述板体的另一端设有两个克氏针孔。
本发明通过在板体的一端设有用于减少板体植入时对软组织刺激的微创头部,在微创头部设有一方便医生使用克氏针进行操作的克氏针孔,从而方便医生操作,且在植入时可有效减少对软组织的刺激。

进一步的,所述多个锁定加压组合孔5为6个。
进一步的,所述板体1的另一端设有两个克氏针孔31。

3.根据权利要求2所述胫骨远端外侧接骨板,其特征在于,所述锁定加压组合孔个数为6个。
4.根据权利要求3所述胫骨远端外侧接骨板,其特征在于,所述板体的另一端设有两个克氏针孔。
