本发明公开了一种碳纤维发热布的加工方法,包括如下步骤:S1:将碳纤维丝剪切成碳纤维丝段;S2:在碳纤维丝段表面喷涂柔性定型剂;S3:将喷涂过柔性定型剂的碳纤维丝在40℃‑55℃的温度下保温20‑30分钟;S4:将S3中的碳纤维丝经气流吹喷、梳理、叠层和针刺后制成碳纤维网胎;S5:在S4中的碳纤维网胎的两端分别固定电极,并且在所述碳纤维网胎的上下表面上分别固定感温元件,并与阻燃布缝合形成发热垫。本发明提供一种碳纤维发热布的加工方法制得的碳纤维发热布,具有优良的柔韧性,且发热温度分布均匀。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种碳纤维发热布的加工方法,属于发热布技术领域。
背景技术
碳纤维发热具有较高的电热转换效率,节能效果显著,而其产生的远红外辐射,具有改善人体微循环、促进新陈代谢、益于健康等特点,正逐步转为新一代取暖加热材料。现有碳纤维发热布柔韧性差,且发热温度不均匀,使用体验差。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种碳纤维发热布的加工方法制得的碳纤维发热布,具有优良的柔韧性,且发热温度分布均匀。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种碳纤维发热布的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将碳纤维丝剪切成碳纤维丝段;
S2:在碳纤维丝段表面喷涂柔性定型剂;
S3:将喷涂过柔性定型剂的碳纤维丝在40℃-55℃的温度下保温20-30分钟;
S4:将S3中的碳纤维丝经气流吹喷、梳理、叠层和针刺后制成碳纤维网胎;
S5:在S4中的碳纤维网胎的两端分别固定电极,并且在所述碳纤维网胎的上下表面上分别固定感温元件,并与阻燃布缝合形成发热垫。
优选的是,S2步骤中的喷涂柔性定型剂由以下组分按重量份制得,其中,聚乙烯醇20-30份,水溶性酚醛树脂15-20份、水25-35份。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提供一种碳纤维发热布的加工方法制得的碳纤维发热布,具有优良的柔韧性,且发热温度分布均匀。

实施例1:本实施例是一种碳纤维发热布的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将碳纤维丝剪切成碳纤维丝段;
S2:在碳纤维丝段表面喷涂柔性定型剂;
S3:将喷涂过柔性定型剂的碳纤维丝在55℃的温度下保温30分钟;
S4:将S3中的碳纤维丝经气流吹喷、梳理、叠层和针刺后制成碳纤维网胎;
S5:在S4中的碳纤维网胎的两端分别固定电极,并且在所述碳纤维网胎的上下表面上分别固定感温元件,并与阻燃布缝合形成发热垫。
本实施例中,S2步骤中的喷涂柔性定型剂由以下组分按重量份制得,其中,聚乙烯醇30份,水溶性酚醛树脂20份、水35份。
本发明提供一种碳纤维发热布的加工方法制得的碳纤维发热布,具有优良的柔韧性,且发热温度分布均匀。

1.一种碳纤维发热布的加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:将碳纤维丝剪切成碳纤维丝段;
S2:在碳纤维丝段表面喷涂柔性定型剂;
S3:将喷涂过柔性定型剂的碳纤维丝在40℃-55℃的温度下保温20-30分钟;
S4:将S3中的碳纤维丝经气流吹喷、梳理、叠层和针刺后制成碳纤维网胎;
S5:在S4中的碳纤维网胎的两端分别固定电极,并且在所述碳纤维网胎的上下表面上分别固定感温元件,并与阻燃布缝合形成发热垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维发热布的加工方法,其特征在于,所述的S2步骤中的喷涂柔性定型剂由以下组分按重量份制得,其中,聚乙烯醇20-30份,水溶性酚醛树脂15-20份、水25-35份。
