a service execution module S022 for providing an offline service to the user;
a sending module S023, configured to send execution service information to the user management server, where the execution service information includes service execution terminal information, and also includes user identity information, which is used for the user management server to record and check, and the user identity information includes identity information of a user who sends a user service start command and a user who receives a service.
The offline service is a general concept, and refers to a place where a service action occurs, except for necessary data receiving and transmitting, is wholly or partially a non-internet, physically-existing place, and the service action consumes or occupies quantifiable costs (including equipment costs, electric power costs, site costs, labor costs, and the like) and does not contain direct sales of products or give-away activities. The invention aims to realize the drainage of offline users to the online, the provision of offline services is only one way for exchanging users to complete online tasks, and the specific service content and service implementation process of the offline services are not concerned by the invention and do not influence the implementation of the method of the invention.
In an alternative implementation manner, the offline service is a delivery service defined in compliance with the regulations on intelligent express box delivery service management of the post office of the people's republic of China: a user (courier) sending a user starting service command sends the user starting service command through a 'store express' key on an intelligent express box equipment control terminal, and intelligent express box equipment opens a cabin door for storing express; and (4) the user (addressee) receiving the service opens the cabin door to take out the express through the express taking button on the intelligent express box equipment control terminal, and the offline service is completed. The intelligent express box equipment has certain manufacturing cost, electric power operation and maintenance cost and manual maintenance cost, is installed in buildings, communities and the like, and has certain site cost, so that the provided intelligent express box service consumes quantifiable cost.
In another alternative implementation, the offline service is a disinfection and sterilization service provided by using a disinfection apparatus of an electric appliance class defined in general rules of antibacterial, sterilization, and purification functions of electric appliances for domestic and similar uses of GB21551.1-2008, ministry of health and management of the people's republic of china, ministry of health and sanitation, and regulations on the health administration and public approval of disinfection apparatus: the user puts the disinfected objects into the disinfection cabin of the electrical equipment disinfection device, the user starts a service command through a 'start' button on the disinfection device, the disinfection device starts a disinfection process, the user takes the objects out after the disinfection is finished, and the off-line service is finished. The electrical equipment disinfection equipment has certain manufacturing cost, electric power operation and maintenance cost and manual maintenance cost, and is installed in buildings, communities and other places with certain site cost, so that the provided disinfection and sterilization service consumes quantifiable cost.
In another alternative implementation, the offline service is a massage service provided by using an electric massage chair: the user sits on the electric massage chair, sends a service starting command of the user through a 'start' button on the electric massage chair, and the electric massage chair starts a massage process until the massage is finished, so that the off-line service is finished. The electric massage chair has certain manufacturing cost, electric power operation and maintenance cost and manual maintenance cost, and is installed in places such as airports, train stations, waiting halls and the like, and has certain site cost, so that the massage service provided consumes quantifiable cost.
In addition, a fifth embodiment of the present invention discloses a system for providing offline service to perform online drainage, where the system is applied to a task execution server, and the task execution server establishes a connection with a user management server, as shown in an embodiment schematic structural diagram shown in fig. 10, and the system includes:
a receiving module S041, configured to receive at least one of a system issued task command from the user management server and a user initiated task command from a user;
a task execution module S042 for providing at least one online task to a user;
the sending module S043 is configured to send task execution information to the user management server, where the task execution information includes executed task information and user identity information used for the user management server to record and check, and the user identity information includes identity information of a user who sends a user task starting command and a user who receives a task.
The online task is a general concept and refers to an activity behavior which is automatically started and accepted by a user through the Internet, is realized by wholly or partially relying on the Internet and has a specific target. The invention aims to realize the drainage of offline users to the online, the provision of online tasks is only one way for exchanging users to receive offline services, and the specific content and implementation process of the online tasks are not concerned by the invention and do not influence the implementation of the method of the invention.
In addition, a sixth embodiment disclosed in the present invention discloses a system for implementing online drainage by providing offline services, where the system is applied to a user management server, and the user management server establishes connections with a service execution terminal and a task execution server, respectively, as shown in an embodiment structural diagram shown in fig. 11, in one mode, the system includes:
a receiving module S031, configured to receive and record execution service information from the service execution terminal, and mark the information as "unmatched"; receiving and recording the execution task information from the task execution server, and marking the execution task information as 'unmatched';
a determining module S032, configured to check user identity information included in the executive service information; checking user identity information contained in the task execution information; matching user identity information contained in the execution service information marked as 'unmatched' with user identity information contained in the execution task information marked as 'unmatched' according to a matching algorithm, and marking the corresponding execution service information and the corresponding execution task information as 'matched' if the user identity information meets the matching algorithm; and matching the user identity information contained in the execution task information marked as 'unmatched' with the user identity information contained in the execution service information marked as 'unmatched' according to a matching algorithm, and marking the corresponding execution service information and the execution task information as 'matched' if the matching algorithm is met.

In another form, the system further comprises: the sending module S033 is configured to send a system issue task command to the task execution server when the "number of completed tasks" of the same user cannot be verified according to the verification and cancellation algorithm "the number of received services".
Those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the techniques in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by way of a software plus hardware platform. Claims (10)

1. A method for providing offline service to realize online drainage is applied to a service execution terminal, and the service execution terminal establishes connection with a user management server, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving at least one of a system approval service command from the user management server, a user initiation service command from a user;
providing an offline service to a user;
and sending execution service information to the user management server, wherein the execution service information comprises service execution terminal information and user identity information which is used for recording and checking by the user management server, and the user identity information comprises identity information of a user sending a user service starting command and a user receiving service.
2. A method for realizing online drainage by providing offline service is applied to a task execution server, the task execution server is connected with a user management server, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving at least one of a system issuing task command from the user management server and a user starting task command from a user;
providing at least one online task to a user;
and sending task execution information to the user management server, wherein the task execution information comprises executed task information and user identity information which is used for recording and checking by the user management server, and the user identity information comprises identity information of a user sending a user task starting command and a user receiving a task.
3. A method for realizing online drainage by providing offline services is characterized by being applied to a user management server, the user management server is respectively connected with a service execution terminal and a task execution server, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving and recording the execution service information from the service execution terminal, and marking the execution service information as 'unmatched';
checking user identity information contained in the executive service information;
receiving and recording the execution task information from the task execution server, and marking the execution task information as 'unmatched';
checking user identity information contained in the task execution information;
matching user identity information contained in the execution service information marked as 'unmatched' with user identity information contained in the execution task information marked as 'unmatched' according to a matching algorithm, and marking the corresponding execution service information and the corresponding execution task information as 'matched' if the user identity information meets the matching algorithm;
matching user identity information contained in the execution task information marked as 'unmatched' with user identity information contained in the execution service information marked as 'unmatched' according to a matching algorithm, and marking the corresponding execution service information and the execution task information as 'matched' if the user identity information meets the matching algorithm;
or, the method for providing offline service to realize online drainage comprises the following steps:
receiving and recording execution service information from the service execution terminal;
checking user identity information contained in the executive service information;
marking the execution service information as the 'number of accepted services' of the user according to a conversion algorithm;
receiving and recording the execution task information from the task execution server;
checking user identity information contained in the task execution information;
marking the executed task information as the 'number of completed tasks' of the user according to a conversion algorithm;
the 'number of services accepted' and 'number of tasks completed' of the same user are underwritten according to underwriting algorithm.
4. The method of claim 3, comprising:
when the user identity information contained in the execution task information marked as 'unmatched' is matched with the user identity information contained in the execution service information marked as 'unmatched' according to a matching algorithm, if the user identity information does not meet the matching algorithm, a system issuing task command is sent to a task execution server;
or,
the 'number of completed tasks' of the same user cannot verify the 'number of received services' according to a verification and cancellation algorithm, and a system issuing task command is sent to the task execution server.
5. A system for providing offline services to perform online drainage, the system being applied to a service execution terminal, the service execution terminal establishing a connection with a user management server, the system comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive at least one of a system license service command from the user management server and a user start service command from a user;
the service execution module is used for providing an offline service for a user;
and the sending module is used for sending the execution service information to the user management server, wherein the execution service information comprises service execution terminal information and user identity information which is used for recording and checking by the user management server, and the user identity information comprises identity information of a user sending a user service starting command and a user receiving service.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the offline service is a delivery service defined in compliance with the regulations for the administration of Intelligent express mail Box delivery service by the State post office of the people's republic of China.
7. The system of claim 5, wherein the offline service is a disinfection and sterilization service provided by using a disinfection apparatus of an electric appliance class defined in accordance with general rules for antibacterial, sterilization, and purification functions of electric appliances for domestic and similar uses GB21551.1-2008, ministry of health of the people's republic of china disinfection management, ministry of health disinfectants, and health administration approval declaration of disinfection apparatus.
8. A system for providing offline services to perform online drainage, the system being applied to a task execution server, the task execution server establishing a connection with a user management server, the system comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving at least one of a system issued task command from the user management server and a user initiated task command from a user;
the task execution module is used for providing at least one online task for a user;

and the sending module is used for sending a system issuing task command to the task execution server when the 'number of completed tasks' of the same user cannot be verified according to the verification and cancellation algorithm 'the number of received services'.
