Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for detecting the function of the terminal on the motherboard according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
and step S10, receiving an instruction for triggering the automatic detection function, acquiring printing information generated when the signal of each terminal on the mainboard is input, and storing the printing information into a fixed space in the chip.
Specifically, the intelligent device to be tested in the invention mainly refers to a television (including partial components of the television which are not assembled, such as a mainboard and the like, and also includes an assembled complete machine), the television can generate a string of printing information when signals are input and output by terminals, the printing information refers to state information when the machine runs a program when the machine is started, and the self-checking function of the devices such as a bus color television, an air conditioner or a computer is similar, the starting information can be displayed in a character form by virtue of a serial port printing function of a PC (personal computer) end, so that the running state and the running progress of a program instruction in the machine can be checked in real time, and therefore, an operator can conveniently debug and overhaul.
The method comprises the steps that an automatic detection shortcut key for starting an automatic detection function is arranged on a test remote controller in advance, an automatic detection program is started after an instruction sent by the test remote controller through the automatic detection shortcut key is received, namely, after the test remote controller presses the key, the television is responsible for receiving the instruction of an infrared key value, automatically acquiring printing generated when signals of all terminals on a mainboard are input, and writing printing information into a fixed space stored in a chip.
As shown in fig. 2, the chip (main memory chip EMMC/FLASH) in the present invention is divided into three areas, from bottom to top, a fixed space for storing print information when inputting and outputting signals, a characteristic character recording area for storing characteristic characters for judging whether or not the terminal functions are normal, and an inspection result recording area for recording inspection results.
And after the intelligent equipment to be tested is started, all ports on the mainboard are accessed with signals, and an instruction for triggering the automatic detection function is received in real time.
The tester (i.e. the user end) starts the intelligent device to be tested, and after the start is completed, the tester accesses the signals to all the ports on the mainboard (all the ports need to input the signals), and then presses the automatic detection shortcut key.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of step S10 in the method for detecting functions of terminals on a motherboard according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the step S10 includes:
s11, detecting whether a terminal exists on the mainboard after receiving an instruction for triggering an automatic detection function;
and S12, when the main board has terminals, acquiring and analyzing the printing information generated when the signals of the terminals on the main board are input, and recording the printing information in the analysis process in the fixed space of the chip.
Step S20, acquiring the printing information in the fixed space, and detecting whether the printing information contains characteristic characters to determine whether the terminal functions normally.
Specifically, after it is recognized that the automatic detection shortcut key is pressed, and a terminal is on the detection main board, the TV signal is analyzed, the print information in the analysis process is recorded in the fixed space shown in fig. 2, after the signal analysis is completed, the print information in the reserved space is matched with the characteristic character recognized by the TV signal and recorded in the characteristic character recording area, the matching result is recorded in the inspection result recording area shown in fig. 2, the matching qualified record is OK, the matching unqualified record is NG, and NULL is recorded if the main board to be detected does not have the terminal, as shown in fig. 4.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of step S20 in the method for detecting functions of terminals on a motherboard according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the step S20 includes:
s21, storing a characteristic character for judging whether the terminal function is normal in a characteristic character recording area of the chip in advance;
s22, acquiring the printing information in the fixed space, detecting whether the printing information contains the pre-stored characteristic characters, and recording the matching result in the checking result recording area of the chip;
s23, when the printing information contains the pre-stored character, it shows that the terminal function is normal;
s24, if the print information does not contain the pre-stored character, it indicates that the terminal function is abnormal.
Furthermore, in order to prevent the situation that the running of the automatic detection program is influenced by excessive overflow of the printing information, the data in the fixed space needs to be emptied after the judgment is finished, and the next terminal is continuously checked after the judgment is finished.
And step S30, after the functions of all the terminals on the mainboard are completely detected, automatically displaying the detection result of each terminal and feeding the detection result back to the user side.
Specifically, after all the terminals are detected, the data in the detection result recording area in fig. 2 is automatically read, the result is displayed, the display result is shown in fig. 4, and meanwhile, the detection result is output through the serial port, so that a tester can know the result conveniently. Under the condition of connecting the display screen, a tester conducts recheck aiming at the NG (unqualified) terminal according to the detection result shown in the figure 4 or directly checks the printed detection result, positions the reason and conducts maintenance treatment; when the display screen is not connected, the PC end can be used for being connected with the serial port terminal on the mainboard to receive and print, and the detection condition of the terminal can be known by checking the printed detection result.
That is, the method of the invention can be used for directly checking the mainboard, and also can be used for checking the complete machine (the assembled television), if the complete machine is installed, the detection result can be directly judged according to the result displayed on the complete machine screen; the purpose of outputting the result to the outside through the serial port is to directly output the detection result to a PC (personal computer) terminal for judgment without connecting a television screen, so that the trouble that the terminal needs to be dismounted again when the terminal is out of order in the whole machine is avoided.
Please refer to fig. 6, which is a flowchart of step S30 in the method for detecting functions of terminals on a motherboard according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the step S30 includes:
s31, detecting all functions of each terminal on the mainboard;
s32, when the display screen is detected to be connected in advance, reading the data in the checking result recording area, and directly displaying the detection result through the display screen to feed back to the user side;
and S33, when the display screen is not connected, reading the data in the checking result recording area, and receiving the detection result through the serial port terminal on the PC end connection mainboard to feed back the detection result to the user end.
Furthermore, when the terminal is abnormal in the detection result, the terminal needing to be maintained is positioned and displayed according to the detection result, so that the tester can conveniently perform recheck on the NG terminal, position the reason and perform maintenance treatment.
The invention inputs signals into each port needing to be detected of the intelligent device to be detected, starts the automatic detection function by pressing one key, the mainboard completes the function detection of each terminal by analyzing the printing information of the input signals to be matched with the characteristic characters prestored in the software, and after the detection is completed, the detection result can be automatically displayed through a television or output through a serial port.
The invention can complete the detection of the terminals on the mainboard without increasing the hardware cost, can directly display the detection result through a screen or output the detection result of each terminal through a serial port, has simple operation and high popularization.
