但是现有的市电互补太阳能路灯在实际使用时还存在一些不足之处,比如安装时多是通过法兰对接到地脚螺栓上进行固定,而由于立柱重量大,起吊后不方便调节位置,造成安装孔位对接比较麻烦,安装效率较低,而且现有的路灯主要是通过控制器本身的按键和数码管来调整路灯的工作模式,不仅造价成本高,而且稳定性较差,不利于维护,同时太阳能电池板在使用过程中,部刻避免的会集落灰尘,而现有的结构形式,由于位于高处,不方便清理,影响采光效果,造成供电稳定性较差,使用效果不理想。

本发明在具体实施时:在安装时,可以将立柱16竖立起立并且吊起,然后调节位置将安装底座14放置到限位方形槽13内部,这样调节位置的精度要求比较低,方便操作,然后竖直稳定放置后,可以将压盖21调节朝向位置,由于质量小,方便精准调节,能够将安装通孔23对准所有地脚螺栓12,方便对位,然后拧紧压紧螺母24向下压紧固定压盖21,进而可以压紧固定安装底座14,安全高效,然后可以分别接通电路进行供电,当太阳能电池板34接收阳光,蓄电池电量充足时,线圈56内部电流较大,可以磁性吸附住吸附板65到上端,进而导电板64接通太阳能接线柱53,通过太阳能供电照明,而当阳光不足时,蓄电池供应不足,造成线圈56的电流电压降低,这样磁性减弱,无法吸附住吸附板65,复位弹簧63将导电板64向下顶紧复位,而复位弹簧63的具体规格根据电压的不同进行选配,不能作为对本申请的限制,进而接触到市电接线柱51,同时脱离太阳能接线柱53,可以切换到市电互补,同时不会对太阳能发电装置造成破坏,安全高效,方便切换,而当需要清理时,可以闭合开关,控制电机37正反向转动,通过螺纹作用可以带着螺纹座38反复移动,进而通过L型支架4带着横板41往复移动,可以带着清理毛刷45在太阳能电池板34上来回移动,起到清理灰尘的作用,方便操作,稳定高效。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (8)

1.一种新型市电互补太阳能路灯,包括混凝土固定台(1),其特征在于:所述混凝土固定台(1)的内部通过固定环(11)固定镶嵌有地脚螺栓(12),所述混凝土固定台(1)的上表面中心处设有限位方形槽(13),所述限位方形槽(13)的内侧表面滑动连接有安装底座(14),所述安装底座(14)的上表面设有方形连接槽(15),所述方形连接槽(15)的内部底面中心处固定连接有立柱(16);
所述立柱(16)的外表面上端固定连接有灯座(17),所述立柱(16)的外表面下端固定连接有调节箱(18);
所述立柱(1)的外表面下端通过通孔(2)滑动连接有压盖(21),所述压盖(21)的下表面固定连接有方形套筒(22),所述方形套筒(22)的外表面滑动连接于方形连接槽(15)的内侧表面,所述压盖(21)上表面通过安装通孔(23)滑动连接于地脚螺栓(12)的外表面,所述地脚螺栓(12)的外表面螺纹连接有压紧螺母(24);
所述立柱(16)的上表面两侧固定连接有倾斜支撑杆(3),所述倾斜支撑杆(3)的上表面固定连接有安装杆(31),所述安装杆(31)的上表面固定连接有安装板(32),所述安装板(32)的上表面设有安装槽(33),所述安装槽(33)的内部表面固定安装有太阳能电池板(34)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型市电互补太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述安装板(32)的下表面两侧均固定连接有支撑架(35),所述支撑架(35)的内部转动连接有螺纹杆(36),所述螺纹杆(36)的后侧端头固定连接有电机(37),所述电机(37)通过螺钉固定安装于支撑架(35)的后侧表面,所述螺纹杆(36)的外表面后侧螺纹连接有螺纹座(38)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型市电互补太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述螺纹座(38)的外表面两端均固定连接有L型支架(4),所述L型支架(4)的上表面固定连接于横板(41),所述横板(41)的下表面滑动连接于安装板(32)的上表面后侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型市电互补太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述横板(41)的上表面两侧均通过张紧孔滑动连接有张紧杆(42),所述张紧杆(42)的外表面下端滑动套结有张紧弹簧(43),所述张紧杆(42)的下表面固定连接有连接板(44),所述连接板(44)的下表面固定粘连有清理毛刷(45)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型市电互补太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述调节箱(18)的内侧表面固定连接有接线盒(5),所述接线盒(5)的内侧表面下端固定连接有市电接线柱(51),所述市电接线柱(51)的下表面串联有市电连接线(52),所述接线盒(5)的上表面两侧固定连接有太阳能接线柱(53),所述太阳能接线柱(53)的上表面串联有太阳能连接线(54)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种新型市电互补太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述接线盒(5)的上表面中心处通过螺纹孔螺纹连接有铁芯(55),所述铁芯(55)的外表面缠绕有线圈(56)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种新型市电互补太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述接线盒(5)的内侧表面两端均设有调节滑槽(6),所述调节滑槽(6)的外表面中间位置螺纹连接有限位螺钉(61),所述调节滑槽(6)的内侧表面滑动连接有调节滚轮(62),所述调节滚轮(62)的支架外表面固定连接有复位弹簧(63),所述复位弹簧(63)的上表面固定连接于调节滑槽(6)的内侧表面上端。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种新型市电互补太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述调节滚轮(62)的另一端固定连接有导电板(64),所述导电板(64)的另一端固定连接有吸附板(65),所述吸附板(65)的上表面磁吸附于铁芯(55)的下表面,所述导电板(64)的两侧表面均设有导电触头(66),所述导电板(64)的上表面串联有灯座连接线(67)。
