现有的一种电动四挡自动变速器,其由两个电动机驱动。该变速器包括第一输入轴,其由第一电动机驱动,且其上设有一挡驱动齿轮和三挡驱动齿轮;第二输入轴,其由第二电动机驱动,且其上设有二挡驱动齿轮和四挡驱动齿轮;输出轴,其上设有第一同步器和第二同步器,以及与一挡至四挡驱动齿轮啮合的一挡、二挡、三挡、四挡从动齿轮,其中第一同步器控制一挡驱动齿轮和一挡从动齿轮以及三挡驱动齿轮和三挡从动齿轮的啮合,第二同步器控制二挡驱动齿轮和二挡从动齿轮以及四挡驱动齿轮四挡从动齿轮的啮合;以及控制机构,分别与第一电动机、第二电动机、第一同步器和第二同步器连接,用于控制变速器以不同挡位输出动力。

1.一种四挡变速器,其特征在于,包括输入轴、第一副轴、第二副轴、第三副轴、一/二挡主动齿轮、三/四挡主动齿轮、一/三挡二级主动齿轮、二/四挡二级主动齿轮、一挡从动齿轮、二挡从动齿轮、三挡从动齿轮、四挡从动齿轮二级从动齿轮、差速器主动齿轮、第一同步器及第二同步器;
所述一/二挡主动齿轮及三/四挡主动齿轮固定连接在所述输入轴上,所述一挡从动齿轮及三挡从动齿轮空套在所述第一副轴上,所述一/三挡二级主动齿轮固定连接在所述第一副轴上,所述二挡从动齿轮及四挡从动齿轮空套在所述第二副轴上,所述二/四挡二级主动齿轮固定连接在所述第二副轴上,所述二级从动齿轮及差速器主动齿轮固定连接在所述第三副轴上,所述一/二挡主动齿轮同时与所述一挡从动齿轮及二挡从动齿轮啮合,所述三/四挡主动齿轮同时与所述三挡从动齿轮及四挡从动齿轮啮合,所述二级从动齿轮同时与所述一/三挡二级主动齿轮及二/四挡二级主动齿轮啮合;
所述第一同步器用于控制所述第一副轴与所述一挡从动齿轮及三挡从动齿轮的脱开与接合,所述第二同步器用于控制所述第二副轴与所述二挡从动齿轮及四挡从动齿轮的脱开与接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的四挡变速器,其特征在于,所述输入轴、第一副轴、第二副轴及第三副轴相互平行。
3.根据权利要求1所述的四挡变速器,其特征在于,所述一/二挡主动齿轮及三/四挡主动齿轮沿所述输入轴的轴向由前至后依次排布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的四挡变速器,其特征在于,所述一挡从动齿轮、三挡从动齿轮及一/三挡二级主动齿轮沿所述第一副轴的轴向由前至后依次排布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的四挡变速器,其特征在于,所述二挡从动齿轮、四挡从动齿轮及二/四挡二级主动齿轮沿所述第二副轴的轴向由前至后依次排布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的四挡变速器,其特征在于,所述差速器主动齿轮及二级从动齿轮沿所述第三副轴的轴向由前至后依次排布。
7.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的四挡变速器,其特征在于,所述第一同步器设置在所述第一副轴上且位于所述一挡从动齿轮及三挡从动齿轮之间。
8.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的四挡变速器,其特征在于,所述第二同步器设置在所述第二副轴上且位于所述二挡从动齿轮与四挡从动齿轮之间。
9.一种四挡电动总成,其特征在于,包括电机、差速器及权利要求1-8任意一项所述的四挡变速器,所述输入轴的前端与所述电机的输出轴连接,所述差速器上设置有与所述差速器主动齿轮啮合的差速器从动齿轮。
