Abstract

本发明是一种基于负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜的纺织品及其制备方法,基于负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜的纺织品包括纺织品基布和负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜。制备步骤为:制备负离子纳米石墨烯片;将纺织品的表面清洁干燥后,通过电子束辐照处理,得到预处理的纺织品;将聚乳酸热塑性弹性体和步骤S1中制备的负离子纳米石墨烯片分散在有机溶剂中,在异丙醇铝的催化作用下,加热搅拌均匀后,喷涂于步骤S2中预处理后的纺织品表面,预烘干后,置于乙醇水蒸汽处理,得到基于负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜的纺织品。本发明制备的纺织品不仅可以提高纺织品的机械性能和疏水性能,而且能够释放对人体有益的负离子,有益身体健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及热塑性弹性体制备及其应用领域,尤其涉及一种基于负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜的纺织品及其制备方法。
背景技术
热塑性弹性体是一类兼具橡胶和塑料特性的高分子材料,具有良好的机械性能、熔融加工性及可回收性,已经被广泛用于众多领域,市场需求量很大。
随着石油等不可再生资源的逐渐枯竭,人们对环境保护及可持续发展的日益重视,聚乳酸是一种利用乳酸或其二聚体丙交酯为原料聚合得到的热塑性脂肪族聚酯,来源丰富并且可以再生,具有良好的生物相容性和生物降解性,是一种非常有前途的聚合物材料。
现在人们用的纺织品多种多样,但是大多只包含纺织品基布,功能比较单一,性能不是很好。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种基于负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜的纺织品及其制备方法。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种基于负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜的纺织品,所述基于负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜的纺织品包括纺织品基布和负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜,所述负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜喷涂于纺织品基布的表面。
所述负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜的厚度为1-3μm。
上述基于负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜的纺织品的制备方法,具体步骤为:
S1、将羟基化改性的纳米石墨烯片加入有机溶剂中,加入负离子剂、防老剂、紫外线吸收剂,在4-二甲氨基吡啶和三乙胺的催化作用下,滴加2-溴异丁酰溴,在温度为0-4℃下,反应5-10h,得到负离子纳米石墨烯片;
S2、将纺织品的表面清洁干燥后,通过电子束辐照处理,电子束辐照处理的强度为1-5kGy,处理时间为1-5min,得到预处理的纺织品;
S3、将将聚乳酸热塑性弹性体和步骤S1中制备的负离子纳米石墨烯片分散在有机溶剂中,在异丙醇铝的催化作用下,加热搅拌均匀后,喷涂于步骤S2中预处理后的纺织品表面,预烘干后,置于乙醇水蒸汽处理,处理时间为15-30min,得到基于负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜的纺织品。
步骤S1中需要的物质的重量份数分别为:
羟基化改性的纳米石墨烯片10-15份;负离子剂2-3份;防老剂2-3份;紫外线吸收剂1-2份;4-二甲氨基吡啶1-2份;三乙胺2-3份;2-溴异丁酰溴1-2份。
所述负离子剂的成分及其含量为:
三氧化二铝35.1%;二氧化硅34.81%;三氧化二硼11.02%;氧化镁4.7%;三氧化二铁10.18%;氧化钠0.91%;氧化钾0.04%;氧化钙1.41%;五氧化二磷0.22%;二氧化钛0.26%;氧化亚铁1.35%。
所述防老剂为2246防老剂或者MB防老剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备的纺织品不仅可以提高纺织品的机械性能和疏水性能,而且能够释放对人体有益的负离子,有益身体健康,不会对纺织品本身的硬度和柔性造成影响,满足了纺织品的舒适性,具有非常好的市场应用前景。

所述负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜的厚度为1μm。
上述基于负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜的纺织品的制备方法,具体步骤为:
S1、将羟基化改性的纳米石墨烯片加入有机溶剂中,加入负离子剂、防老剂、紫外线吸收剂,在4-二甲氨基吡啶和三乙胺的催化作用下,滴加2-溴异丁酰溴,在温度为0℃下,反应5h,得到负离子纳米石墨烯片;
S2、将纺织品的表面清洁干燥后,通过电子束辐照处理,电子束辐照处理的强度为1kGy,处理时间为1min,得到预处理的纺织品;
S3、将聚乳酸热塑性弹性体和步骤S1中制备的负离子纳米石墨烯片分散在有机溶剂中,在异丙醇铝的催化作用下,加热搅拌均匀后,喷涂于步骤S2中预处理后的纺织品表面,预烘干后,置于乙醇水蒸汽处理,处理时间为15min,得到基于负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜的纺织品。
步骤S1中需要的物质的重量份数分别为:
羟基化改性的纳米石墨烯片10份;负离子剂2份;防老剂2份;紫外线吸收剂1份;4-二甲氨基吡啶1份;三乙胺2份;2-溴异丁酰溴1份。
所述负离子剂的成分及其含量为:
三氧化二铝35.1%;二氧化硅34.81%;三氧化二硼11.02%;氧化镁4.7%;三氧化二铁10.18%;氧化钠0.91%;氧化钾0.04%;氧化钙1.41%;五氧化二磷0.22%;二氧化钛0.26%;氧化亚铁1.35%。

S1、将羟基化改性的纳米石墨烯片加入有机溶剂中,加入负离子剂、防老剂、紫外线吸收剂,在4-二甲氨基吡啶和三乙胺的催化作用下,滴加2-溴异丁酰溴,在温度为4℃下,反应10h,得到负离子纳米石墨烯片;
S2、将纺织品的表面清洁干燥后,通过电子束辐照处理,电子束辐照处理的强度为5kGy,处理时间为5min,得到预处理的纺织品;
S3、将聚乳酸热塑性弹性体和步骤S1中制备的负离子纳米石墨烯片分散在有机溶剂中,在异丙醇铝的催化作用下,加热搅拌均匀后,喷涂于步骤S2中预处理后的纺织品表面,预烘干后,置于乙醇水蒸汽处理,处理时间为30min,得到基于负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜的纺织品。
步骤S1中需要的物质的重量份数分别为:
羟基化改性的纳米石墨烯片15份;负离子剂3份;防老剂3份;紫外线吸收剂2份;4-二甲氨基吡啶2份;三乙胺3份;2-溴异丁酰溴2份。
所述负离子剂的成分及其含量为:
三氧化二铝35.1%;二氧化硅34.81%;三氧化二硼11.02%;氧化镁4.7%;三氧化二铁10.18%;氧化钠0.91%;氧化钾0.04%;氧化钙1.41%;五氧化二磷0.22%;二氧化钛0.26%;氧化亚铁1.35%。

S1、将羟基化改性的纳米石墨烯片加入有机溶剂中,加入负离子剂、防老剂、紫外线吸收剂,在4-二甲氨基吡啶和三乙胺的催化作用下,滴加2-溴异丁酰溴,在温度为2℃下,反应8h,得到负离子纳米石墨烯片;
S2、将纺织品的表面清洁干燥后,通过电子束辐照处理,电子束辐照处理的强度为3kGy,处理时间为3min,得到预处理的纺织品;
S3、将聚乳酸热塑性弹性体和步骤S1中制备的负离子纳米石墨烯片分散在有机溶剂中,在异丙醇铝的催化作用下,加热搅拌均匀后,喷涂于步骤S2中预处理后的纺织品表面,预烘干后,置于乙醇水蒸汽处理,处理时间为20min,得到基于负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜的纺织品。
步骤S1中需要的物质的重量份数分别为:
羟基化改性的纳米石墨烯片12份;负离子剂3份;防老剂3份;紫外线吸收剂2份;4-二甲氨基吡啶1份;三乙胺2份;2-溴异丁酰溴2份。
所述负离子剂的成分及其含量为:
三氧化二铝35.1%;二氧化硅34.81%;三氧化二硼11.02%;氧化镁4.7%;三氧化二铁10.18%;氧化钠0.91%;氧化钾0.04%;氧化钙1.41%;五氧化二磷0.22%;二氧化钛0.26%;氧化亚铁1.35%。
所述防老剂为2246防老剂。
本发明制备的纺织品不仅可以提高纺织品的机械性能和疏水性能,而且能够释放对人体有益的负离子,有益身体健康,不会对纺织品本身的硬度和柔性造成影响,满足了纺织品的舒适性,具有非常好的市场应用前景。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜的纺织品,其特征在于,所述负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜的厚度为1-3μm。
3.一种如权利要求2所述的基于负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜的纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:
S1、将羟基化改性的纳米石墨烯片加入有机溶剂中,加入负离子剂、防老剂、紫外线吸收剂,在4-二甲氨基吡啶和三乙胺的催化作用下,滴加2-溴异丁酰溴,在温度为0-4℃下,反应5-10h,得到负离子纳米石墨烯片;
S2、将纺织品的表面清洁干燥后,通过电子束辐照处理,电子束辐照处理的强度为1-5kGy,处理时间为1-5min,得到预处理的纺织品;
S3、将聚乳酸热塑性弹性体和步骤S1中制备的负离子纳米石墨烯片分散在有机溶剂中,在异丙醇铝的催化作用下,加热搅拌均匀后,喷涂于步骤S2中预处理后的纺织品表面,预烘干后,置于乙醇水蒸汽处理,处理时间为15-30min,得到基于负离子热塑性弹性体薄膜的纺织品。
