Abstract
The invention provides a micro-emulsion cleaning agent for heavy oil stain in a kitchen and a preparation method thereof. The natural degreaser comprises orange oil and turpentine oil, has good effects of penetrating and removing oil stains, selects mild sodium fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, alkyl glucoside and sodium laurimidodipropionate as surfactants, has a pH value of 7-8, is milder, and has no corrosion to all parts of the range hood. In addition, the selected raw materials are all solvents with high flash points, so the cleaning agent has high flash points (more than 61 ℃) and can be safely produced, transported and used.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of kitchen detergents, and particularly relates to a micro-emulsion detergent for kitchen heavy oil stains and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The range hood is used as an indispensable household appliance in modern families, and has no replaceable function in the aspect of absorbing and removing oil smoke. Research shows that the oil smoke contains more than 300 harmful substances, mainly fatty acid, alkane, alkene, pentanal, hexanal, heptanal and the like, and also contains a small amount of carcinogenic substances such as 3, 4-benzopyrene and the like, and the substances contacting the oil smoke for a long time can cause serious damage to the respiratory system of people. At present, the cleaning agent for cleaning the oil stain of the range hood in the market is mainly strong alkaline, mainly inorganic alkali such as sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and the like, or organic alkali such as triethanolamine and the like, removes the oil stain by utilizing the principle of saponification reaction, and simultaneously enhances the decontamination efficiency of the cleaning agent by being assisted with a surfactant and a solvent. Although the strong alkaline cleaning agent has excellent decontamination, the strong alkaline cleaning agent also has some problems, for example, the alkaline cleaning agent needs special protection when being easily used for hurting hands, most panels, impellers and volutes of medium-high range hoods in the current market all use more aluminum alloy and galvanized materials, the strong alkaline can corrode the aluminum-zinc material, so that the appearance of the panels of the range hoods is influenced by white patterns, the volute is damaged to influence the normal emission of oil smoke, the impeller is not uniformly damaged, and the left-right swinging can occur when the impeller rotates at high speed to reduce the service life of a motor. Therefore, a neutral cleaning agent suitable for cleaning the range hood is urgently needed at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a micro-emulsion cleaning agent for kitchen heavy oil stains and a preparation method thereof. The cleaning agent is a heavy-duty oil fume cleaning agent which is a microemulsion prepared from natural orange oil and pine oil serving as raw materials and an efficient emulsification penetrating agent and a proper amount of solvent, has good oil stain removing capability, is neutral, has no corrosion to all parts of the range hood, has low stimulation to skin, has high flash point, is safe and does not need special protection.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the kitchen heavy oil stain micro-emulsion cleaning agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
natural oil remover 1-5
Surfactant 2-20
Oil soluble solvent 5-25
0.3-2% of auxiliary agent
0.05-0.2% of essence
0.05-0.1% of preservative
Supplementing water to 100 deg.C.
Furthermore, the kitchen heavy oil stain microemulsion cleaning agent also comprises a cosurfactant which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
and 2-8 parts of cosurfactant.
Furthermore, the natural degreaser comprises orange oil and turpentine oil, and has good functions of penetrating and removing oil stains.
Furthermore, the surfactant comprises fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, alkyl glucoside, coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, sodium lauriminodipropionate (JH-L321) and cocamidopropyl betaine, and has a good emulsifying effect.
Furthermore, the cosurfactant comprises octadecanol, octadecylamine and higher alcohol ether, so that a micro-emulsion solution is formed.
Furthermore, the oil-soluble solvent mainly comprises ethylene glycol butyl ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether, triethylene glycol butyl ether, propylene glycol butyl ether and dipropylene glycol butyl ether, and has good permeation and swelling effects.
Furthermore, the auxiliary agent is a high-molecular polymer comprising sodium polyacrylate, sodium citrate and disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, and plays roles in chelating and anti-redeposition.
The preparation method of the microemulsion cleaning agent for kitchen heavy oil stains comprises the following steps:
A. adding deionized water accounting for 40-60% of the total water into a reaction kettle, then sequentially adding a natural deoiling agent, a surfactant, a cosurfactant, an oil-soluble solvent and an auxiliary agent according to the weight part ratio of claim 1, and uniformly stirring;
B. adjusting the pH value of the solution to 6-8 by using citric acid or sodium hydroxide solution;
C. and (3) when the temperature of the mixed solution is reduced to below 40 ℃, sequentially adding essence and preservative according to the weight part ratio of claim 1, supplementing deionized water, standing and filtering to obtain the kitchen heavy oil stain microemulsion cleaning agent.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the kitchen heavy oil stain microemulsion cleaning agent, mild sodium fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, mild fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, mild alkyl glucoside and mild sodium laurimidodipropionate are selected as surfactants, and the pH value of a stock solution is 7-8 and is neutral, so that the obtained cleaning agent product is mild and has no corrosion to all parts of a range hood;
2. in the micro-emulsion cleaning agent for the heavy oil stain in the kitchen, natural orange oil deoiling components, high-lipophilicity solvents and high-stripping and emulsifying surfactants are selected, and compared with neutral oil fume cleaning agent products in the current market, the micro-emulsion cleaning agent has higher removal rate of the heavy oil stain;
3. the microemulsion cleaning agent for heavy oil stain in kitchens selects a high-flash-point solvent, so that the cleaning agent has a very high flash point (the closed flash point is more than 61 ℃), and can be safely produced, transported and used.
4. The microemulsion cleaning agent for kitchen heavy oil stains has the advantages that the selected raw materials have high boiling points and are non-toxic, so that the cleaning agent is slow in volatilization and cannot cause irreversible damage to human bodies.
