Abstract

本发明提供了一种出水组件,包括:本体、斜水体、转动驱动件、遮挡件;所述本体的一侧为进水端,另一侧具有若干个出水孔;所述斜水体、转动驱动件和遮挡件设置与所述本体内;所述斜水体上具有斜向出水孔,其一端连通至进水端,另一端连通至所述转动驱动件;水流由斜向出水孔流至转动驱动件,并带动转动驱动件转动,所述转动驱动件带动遮挡件同步转动;所述遮挡件在转动过程将所述若干个出水孔中的一部分遮挡,使得所述若干个出水孔中处于出水状态的出水孔的位置,随着遮挡件的转动而转动,形成螺旋出水的律动水花。

一种出水组件和花洒
技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴领域,尤其涉及出水组件。
背景技术
目前,厨房花洒为了实现动态的水花,一般都是将气泡水出水孔的位置偏离面盖的中心位置,为运动的部件腾出空间,这样气泡水的出水位置就变成偏心位置了,视觉上比较别扭。而且这样设计的花洒面盖的面积较大,直径在50mm以上,面盖也不太美观。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题是提供一种出水组件,能够产生律动出水,从而增加出水的冲击力。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供了一种出水组件,包括:本体、斜水体、转动驱动件、遮挡件;
所述本体的一侧为进水端,另一侧具有若干个出水孔;所述斜水体、转动驱动件和遮挡件设置与所述本体内;所述斜水体上具有斜向出水孔,其一端连通至进水端,另一端连通至所述转动驱动件;
水流由斜向出水孔流至转动驱动件,并带动转动驱动件转动,所述转动驱动件带动遮挡件同步转动;所述遮挡件在转动过程将所述若干个出水孔中的一部分遮挡,使得所述若干个出水孔中处于出水状态的出水孔的位置,随着遮挡件的转动而转动,形成螺旋出水的律动水花。
在一较佳实施例中:所述转动驱动件为叶轮,其具有沿着周向间隔设置有叶片;所述遮挡件为连接在叶片之间的挡板。
在一较佳实施例中:所述挡板与叶片之间形成锐角夹角。
在一较佳实施例中:所述出水孔呈圆形排布,所述挡板遮挡一半出水孔。
在一较佳实施例中:所述斜向出水孔与叶片之间的夹角为70-110°。
在一较佳实施例中:所述斜向出水孔沿着斜水体的周向间隔设置,斜向出水孔的数量越少,叶轮的转速越快。
本发明还提供了一种花洒,包括花洒本体,所述花洒本体的前端安装如上所述的出水组件。
在一较佳实施例中:所述出水组件的本体在轴心处还具有一直冲出水口,所述出水孔分布在直冲出水口的外围;所述叶轮和斜水体的的中心分别具有一过水口,水流经过过水口后直接从直冲出水口流出。
在一较佳实施例中:所述直冲出水口处设置有起泡器。
在一较佳实施例中:还包括一切换组件,所述切换组件包括一操作件、密封件和芯轴;所述芯轴具有与过水口连接的第一流道,以及与斜向出水孔连接的第二流道;所述操作件带动密封件移动,从而关闭第一流道或第二流道。
相较于现有技术,本发明的技术方案具备以下有益效果:
1.本发明提供了一种出水组件,叶轮上的挡板封堵一部分的出水孔,使出水组件始终只有部分出水孔出水,且出水的部分始终随着叶轮遮挡板的转动而转动,形成动态的螺旋水花--律动水;由于只有部分出水孔出水,所以每个出水孔的冲击力都更强;且由于水花的动态效果,律动水的清洗面积并没有减小,律动水于具有间歇性出水的特点,所以律动水的水花有震动的功能,具有更好的清洗效果。
2.本发明提供了一种出水组件,斜水体的斜向出水孔与叶轮的叶片所成夹角在70°-110°左右,最大限度地利用水流的动能,使之带动叶轮旋转。
3.本发明提供了一种出水组件,叶轮的叶片与挡板成一定角度,夹角为锐角。将叶轮的叶片倾斜,可以减小叶轮转动时与水之间前进的阻力。

具体实施方式:
下面结合具体实施例进一步阐述说明。
参考图1-5,一种花洒,包括花洒本体1,所述花洒本体1的前端安装出水组件2。
所述出水组件2进一步包括:本体21、斜水体22、转动驱动件23、遮挡件24;
所述本体21的一侧为进水端,另一侧具有若干个出水孔211;所述斜水体22、转动驱动件23和遮挡件24设置与所述本体21内;所述斜水体22上具有斜向出水孔221,其一端连通至进水端,另一端连通至所述转动驱动件23;这样就可以实现水流由斜向出水孔221流至转动驱动件23,并带动转动驱动件23转动,所述转动驱动件23带动遮挡件24同步转动;所述遮挡件24在转动过程将所述若干个出水孔211中的一部分遮挡,使得所述若干个出水孔211中处于出水状态的出水孔211的位置,随着遮挡件24的转动而转动,形成阶梯式螺旋出水的律动水花。
上述的花洒,由于使用了出水组件2,遮挡件24封堵一部分的出水孔211,使出水组件始终只有部分出水孔211出水,且出水的部分始终随着遮挡件24的转动而转动,形成动态的螺旋水花--律动水;由于只有部分出水孔211出水,所以每个出水孔211的冲击力都更强;且由于水花的动态效果,律动水的清洗面积并没有减小,律动水于具有间歇性出水的特点,所以律动水的水花有震动的功能,具有更好的清洗效果。
具体来说,本实施例中所述转动驱动件23为叶轮,其具有沿着周向间隔设置有叶片;所述遮挡件24为连接在叶片之间的挡板。进一步的,所述挡板与叶片之间形成锐角夹角。这样就将叶轮的叶片倾斜,可以减小叶轮转动时与水之间前进的阻力。所述叶轮和遮挡件24也可以分立设置,属于本实施例的简单替换。
为了让遮挡件24能够遮挡出水孔221,所述出水孔211呈圆形排布,所述挡板遮挡一半出水孔211。实际使用中,也剋更改挡板的长度,使得挡板遮挡出水孔211的数量发生变化,属于本实施例的简单替换。
进一步的,所述斜向出水孔221与叶片之间的夹角α为70-110°。这样能最大限度地利用水流的动能,使之带动叶轮旋转。
最后,所述斜向出水孔221沿着斜水体22的周向间隔设置,斜向出水孔221的数量越少,叶轮的转速越快。
为了进一步增加花洒的出水种类,使其除了能够具有律动水出水效果外,还能具备气泡水的出水效果,所述出水组件2的本体21在轴心处还具有一直冲出水口25,所述出水孔211分布在直冲出水口25的外围;水流直接从直冲出水口25流出。
所述直冲出水口25处设置有起泡器,这样就形成了气泡水的出水效果,并且直冲出水口25设置在轴心处,不会因为律动水的需要而将直冲出水口偏心设置,比较美观。
为了切换律动水和气泡水,花洒本体还包括一切换组件11,所述切换组件11包括一操作件111、密封件112和芯轴113;所述芯轴113具有与过水口连接的第一流道1131,以及与斜向出水孔221连接的第二流道1132;所述操作件111带动密封件112移动,从而关闭第一流道1131或第二流道1132。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。

Claims (10)

1.一种出水组件,其特征在于包括:本体、斜水体、转动驱动件、遮挡件;
所述本体的一侧为进水端,另一侧具有若干个出水孔;所述斜水体、转动驱动件和遮挡件设置与所述本体内;所述斜水体上具有斜向出水孔,其一端连通至进水端,另一端连通至所述转动驱动件;
水流由斜向出水孔流至转动驱动件,并带动转动驱动件转动,所述转动驱动件带动遮挡件同步转动;所述遮挡件在转动过程将所述若干个出水孔中的一部分遮挡,使得所述若干个出水孔中处于出水状态的出水孔的位置,随着遮挡件的转动而转动,形成螺旋出水的律动水花。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种出水组件,其特征在于:所述转动驱动件为叶轮,其具有沿着周向间隔设置有叶片;所述遮挡件为连接在叶片之间的挡板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种出水组件,其特征在于:所述挡板与叶片之间形成锐角夹角。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种出水组件,其特征在于:所述出水孔呈圆形排布,所述挡板所在的区域为所述过水口外侧壁周长的一半,使得所述挡板遮挡一半出水孔。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种出水组件,其特征在于:所述斜向出水孔与叶片之间的夹角为70-110°。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种出水组件,其特征在于:所述斜向出水孔沿着斜水体的周向间隔设置,斜向出水孔的数量越少,叶轮的转速越快。
7.一种花洒,包括花洒本体,其特征在于,所述花洒本体的前端安装权利要求4-6中任一项所述的出水组件。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种花洒,其特征在于:所述出水组件的本体在轴心处还具有一直冲出水口,所述出水孔分布在直冲出水口的外围;所述叶轮和斜水体的的中心分别具有一过水口,水流经过过水口后直接从直冲出水口流出。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种花洒,其特征在于:所述直冲出水口处设置有起泡器。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种花洒,其特征在于:还包括一切换组件,所述切换组件包括一操作件、密封件和芯轴;所述芯轴具有与过水口连接的第一流道,以及与斜向出水孔连接的第二流道;所述操作件带动密封件移动,从而关闭第一流道或第二流道。
