Abstract
本发明公开一种溶硫过滤机卸压装置,包括粗硫槽和过滤机,过滤机具有进口和出口,所述过滤机进口通过进硫通道与粗硫槽连接,进硫通道上设置有粗硫泵用以提供硫磺进入过滤机的动力,所述过滤机出口通过出硫管道与沉降槽连接,还设置有空气管路,所述空气管路一端与空压机连接,另一端与过滤机连接,与过滤机连接处设置有溢流分路,溢流分路上设置溢流阀;空气管路上从空压机到溢流分路依次设置有压缩空气总阀、压缩空气放空阀和压缩空气阀,所述过滤机出口处还连接设置有回流管道,回流管道另一端与粗硫槽上设置的的回流口连通。本发明有助于粗硫泵的长期运行,有助于液磺和渣的分离,减少硫磺损失,有助于过滤机清理。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及硫酸生产领域,尤其涉及一种溶硫过滤机卸压装置。
背景技术
硫磺制硫酸用到固体原料硫磺,必须去除工业硫磺中的杂质才能供制硫酸使用,该过程是固体硫磺先熔融成液体硫磺,再经过滤、沉降精制后才能合格供焚转使用。
液体硫磺的过滤是硫磺精制最重要的部分,首先用硅藻土将叶片过滤机进行预涂,合格后再保持一定的流量和压力进行过滤,过滤机截留的滤渣满后要进行清理除渣。除渣前,必须对过滤机进行卸压操作,前期卸压时,常保持过滤机进口、回流阀门打开卸压,但弊端是从过滤机进口卸压时,过滤机内的渣和液磺同时通过泵出口回流至粗硫槽内,常导致泵出口堵塞;以这种自然卸压的方式,最终硫磺渣中的液硫占比还是比较高,每年损失硫磺近200吨。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种溶硫过滤机卸压装置,有助于粗硫泵的长期运行,有助于液磺和渣的分离,减少硫磺损失,有助于过滤机清理。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种溶硫过滤机卸压装置,包括粗硫槽和过滤机,过滤机具有进口和出口,所述过滤机进口通过进硫通道与粗硫槽连接,进硫通道上设置有粗硫泵用以提供硫磺进入过滤机的动力,所述过滤机出口通过出硫管道与沉降槽连接,还设置有空气管路,所述空气管路一端与空压机连接,另一端与过滤机连接,与过滤机连接处设置有溢流分路,溢流分路上设置溢流阀;空气管路上从空压机到溢流分路依次设置有压缩空气总阀、压缩空气放空阀和压缩空气阀,所述过滤机出口处还连接设置有回流管道,回流管道另一端与粗硫槽上设置的的回流口连通。
作为优选,所述进硫通道从粗硫槽向过滤机方向依次设置有粗硫阀和止回阀。
作为优选,所述出硫管道上设置有出硫阀。
作为优选,所述回流管道上设置有回流阀。
作为优选,所述溢流阀开启气压为0.2MPa。
作为优选,所述过滤机上设置有压力表。
作为优选,所述回流管道的出口接在粗硫槽上表面,进硫通道伸入到沉降槽底部。
本发明在使用时,通过将压缩空气接至过滤机,卸压时,关过滤机进口阀门,仅开回流阀,利用溢流阀控制过滤机内压力在0.2MPa内,用压缩空气吹尽过滤机内液磺。该方法有助于粗硫泵的长期运行,有助于液磺和渣的分离,减少硫磺损失,有助于过滤机清理。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,一种溶硫过滤机2卸压装置,包括粗硫槽1和过滤机2,过滤机2具有进口和出口,所述过滤机2进口通过进硫通道3与粗硫槽1连接,进硫通道3上设置有粗硫泵17用以提供硫磺进入过滤机2的动力,所述过滤机2出口通过出硫管道4与沉降槽连接,还设置有空气管路,所述空气管路一端与空压机连接,另一端与过滤机2连接,与过滤机2连接处设置有溢流分路7,溢流分路7上设置溢流阀11;空气管路上从空压机到溢流分路7依次设置有压缩空气总阀8、压缩空气放空阀9和压缩空气阀10,所述过滤机2出口处还连接设置有回流管道6,回流管道6另一端与粗硫槽1上设置的的回流口连通。
本实施例中,所述进硫通道3从粗硫槽1向过滤机2方向依次设置有粗硫阀12和止回阀14。
本实施例中,所述出硫管道4上设置有出硫阀13。
本实施例中,所述回流管道6上设置有回流阀15。
本实施例中,所述溢流阀11开启气压为0.2MPa。
本实施例中,所述过滤机2上设置有压力表16,用于检测过滤机2内的压力。
作为优选,所述回流管道6的出口接在粗硫槽1上表面,进硫通道3伸入到沉降槽底部;便于粗硫的吸入和回流互不干涉。
本发明在使用时,先关闭压缩空气放空阀9、回流阀15、出硫阀13、止回阀14、粗硫泵17和粗硫阀12,利用压缩机往过滤机2内冲气,使过滤机2内达到过滤时所需要的压力,一般为不大于0.2MPa,通过溢流阀11保持过滤机2内的压力和气流量;此时,先打开粗硫泵17和粗硫阀12,然后打开止回阀14和出硫阀13,开始过滤;过滤完成后,关闭止回阀14和出硫阀13以及粗硫泵17和粗硫阀12,打开回流阀15,用压缩空气吹尽过滤机2内液磺,使其通过回流管道6回流到粗硫槽1中;清洗完成后,关闭压缩机和回流阀15,打开压缩空气放空阀9,将过滤机2压缩空气排空即可。

1.一种溶硫过滤机卸压装置,包括粗硫槽和过滤机,过滤机具有进口和出口,所述过滤机进口通过进硫通道与粗硫槽连接,进硫通道上设置有粗硫泵用以提供硫磺进入过滤机的动力,所述过滤机出口通过出硫管道与沉降槽连接,其特征在于,还设置有空气管路,所述空气管路一端与空压机连接,另一端与过滤机连接,与过滤机连接处设置有溢流分路,溢流分路上设置溢流阀;空气管路上从空压机到溢流分路依次设置有压缩空气总阀、压缩空气放空阀和压缩空气阀,所述过滤机出口处还连接设置有回流管道,回流管道另一端与粗硫槽上设置的的回流口连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种溶硫过滤机卸压装置,其特征在于,所述进硫通道从粗硫槽向过滤机方向依次设置有粗硫阀和止回阀。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种溶硫过滤机卸压装置,其特征在于,所述出硫管道上设置有出硫阀。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种溶硫过滤机卸压装置,其特征在于,所述回流管道上设置有回流阀。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种溶硫过滤机卸压装置,其特征在于,所述溢流阀开启气压为0.2MPa。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种溶硫过滤机卸压装置,其特征在于,所述过滤机上设置有压力表。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种溶硫过滤机卸压装置,其特征在于,所述回流管道的出口接在粗硫槽上表面,进硫通道伸入到沉降槽底部。
