Abstract
本发明提出了一种乳仔猪健康养殖用的饲料添加剂,由以下方法制备得到:1)以豆粕作为原料,添加纳豆芽孢杆菌与嗜酸乳杆菌的复合菌,在液体培养基进行进行发酵,发酵温度25℃~37℃,时间为40~56小时,离心过滤得到发酵液;2)将步骤1)的发酵液依次通过木瓜蛋白酶、肽酶与碱性蛋白酶进行酶解,酶解结束之后进行离心过滤,得到上清液;3)向步骤2)的上清液中添加朱砂与红枣提取物,得到混合液;所述朱砂的添加量为上清液重量的0.02~0.13%,所述红枣提取物的添加量为上清液重量的0.58~1.32%;4)将步骤3)的混合液进行真空干燥即可。该饲料添加剂不仅能够改善小猪的胃肠道菌群,增加小猪免疫力,还能消除缺铁性贫血疾病发生。

本发明属于饲料添加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种乳仔猪健康养殖用的饲料添加剂。
背景技术
乳仔猪是指从刚出生到长到30公斤的小猪,乳仔猪消化功能的不够完善,即使乳仔猪饲料中含有的营养物质足够多,乳仔猪也吸收不了,导致饲料的大量浪费,增加了养殖成本;而乳仔猪的免疫力低下,往往一头乳仔猪生病会使得整个猪舍收到感染,造成极大的经济损失,进行隔离养殖也不是一种经济的手段,而一旦等生病后再进行治疗往往为时已晚。另外,由于母乳含铁浓度低,不能满足仔猪的需要等原因导致仔猪在饲养过程中经常发生缺铁性贫血,进而影响仔猪是食欲及降低其免疫力,导致其他疾病的发生,从而带来经济损失。
如何从根本上增强乳仔猪的免疫力,人们进行了各种各样的尝试,在饲料中添加药物是常用的方法,化学药物会导致猪肉内有大量残留,不被人们接受,而中草药虽然不失为一种低成本高效率的方式,但是还是存在乳仔猪吸收不好而导致的成本增加的问题。猪的肠道是食物消化吸收的主要场所,对维持猪的健康生长具有重要的作用。在肠道,食糜中的各种营养物质被分解成各种小分子物质,经肠道绒毛吸收进入血液和淋巴,供机体各部分利用。另外,在机体的防御过程中,肠道也起着重要的作用,改善猪肠道健康,有利于提高饲料消化率,提高饲料的使用价值,同时还能增强猪的免疫力,降低腹泻,对猪的生长发育有着积极的影响。
如何开发出一种不仅能够增强仔猪免疫力,还能够消除缺铁性贫血疾病发生的饲料或者饲料添加剂是摆在目前科研技术人员的难题。
发明内容
本发明提出一种乳仔猪健康养殖用的饲料添加剂,该饲料添加剂不仅能够改善小猪的胃肠道菌群,增加小猪免疫力,还能消除缺铁性贫血疾病发生。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种乳仔猪健康养殖用的饲料添加剂,由以下方法制备得到:
1)以豆粕作为原料,添加纳豆芽孢杆菌与嗜酸乳杆菌的复合菌,在液体培养基进行进行发酵,发酵温度25℃~37℃,时间为40~56小时,离心过滤得到发酵液;
2)将步骤1)的发酵液依次通过木瓜蛋白酶、肽酶与碱性蛋白酶进行酶解,酶解结束之后进行离心过滤,得到上清液;
3)向步骤2)的上清液中添加朱砂与红枣提取物,得到混合液;所述朱砂的添加量为上清液重量的0.02~0.13%,所述红枣提取物的添加量为上清液重量的0.58~1.32%;
4)将步骤3)的混合液进行真空干燥即可;
所述步骤2)中的具体酶解步骤为:将发酵液的升温至57~67℃,再调节pH为6~7,加入木瓜蛋白酶进行酶解,酶解时间为3~4h,降温至42~50℃,加入肽酶进行酶解,酶解时间为1~2h,再加入碱性蛋白酶进行酶解,酶解时间为2.5~3.5h,然后再进行离心过滤。
优选地,所述液体培养基的包括以下重量百分数的组分:0.6~1.6%蜂蜜、0.1%氯化钠、0.05%磷酸二氢钾、0.08%碳酸钙与0.024%的硫酸锌,余量为水。
优选地,所述复合菌的添加量为豆粕重量的0.6~3.7%,所述纳豆芽孢杆菌与所述嗜酸乳杆菌的质量之比为1:2~5。
优选地,所述木瓜蛋白酶的添加量为所述发酵液重量的0.23~0.45%,所述肽酶的添加量为所述发酵液重量的0.08~0.12%,所述碱性蛋白酶的添加量为所述发酵液重量的0.12~0.21%。

朱砂,中药名。为硫化物类矿物辰砂族辰砂,主含硫化汞(HgS)。采挖后,选取纯净者,用磁铁吸净含铁的杂质,再用水淘去杂石和泥沙。
红枣提取液含有丰富的环磷酸腺苷,维生素C、叶酸,铁、蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、胡萝卜素、B族维生素等物质,保留了原枣的营养价值,更利于人体将枣的营养成分全吸收。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明对传统饲料中豆粕进行改造,不仅停留在传统的益生菌发酵基础上,还根据发酵产物的特性及考虑到后续用于消除缺铁性贫血的问题,将发酵物依次木瓜蛋白酶、肽酶与碱性蛋白酶进行酶解,获得酶解产物能够很好的与朱砂与红枣提取物进行结合反应,能够有效地消除仔猪发生缺铁性贫血,整个实验下来仔猪发生缺铁性贫血的机率为零。发酵酶解后的产物更易消化、吸收快、抗原性低,有效刺激肠道内有益菌的增殖,调节体内微生态菌群的结构,增加整个消化道对饲料营养物质的分解、合成、吸收和利用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种乳仔猪健康养殖用的饲料添加剂,由以下方法制备得到:
1)以豆粕作为原料,添加纳豆芽孢杆菌与嗜酸乳杆菌的复合菌,在液体培养基进行进行发酵,发酵温度30℃,时间为46小时,离心过滤得到发酵液;液体培养基的包括以下重量百分数的组分:1%蜂蜜、0.1%氯化钠、0.05%磷酸二氢钾、0.08%碳酸钙与0.024%的硫酸锌,余量为水。复合菌的添加量为豆粕重量的2.7%,纳豆芽孢杆菌与嗜酸乳杆菌的质量之比为1:3。
2)将发酵液的升温至67℃,再调节pH为7,加入木瓜蛋白酶进行酶解,酶解时间为3h,降温至50℃,加入肽酶进行酶解,酶解时间为1h,再加入碱性蛋白酶进行酶解,酶解时间为2.5h,然后再进行离心过滤,得到上清液;木瓜蛋白酶的添加量为发酵液重量的0.35%,肽酶的添加量为发酵液重量的0.1%,碱性蛋白酶的添加量为发酵液重量的0.17%。
3)向步骤2)的上清液中添加朱砂与红枣提取物,得到混合液;朱砂的添加量为上清液重量的0.09%,红枣提取物的添加量为上清液重量的0.98%;
4)将步骤3)的混合液进行真空干燥即可。
实施例2
一种乳仔猪健康养殖用的饲料添加剂,由以下方法制备得到:
1)以豆粕作为原料,添加纳豆芽孢杆菌与嗜酸乳杆菌的复合菌,在液体培养基进行进行发酵,发酵温度25℃,时间为56小时,离心过滤得到发酵液;液体培养基的包括以下重量百分数的组分:0.6%蜂蜜、0.1%氯化钠、0.05%磷酸二氢钾、0.08%碳酸钙与0.024%的硫酸锌,余量为水。复合菌的添加量为豆粕重量的0.6%,所述纳豆芽孢杆菌与所述嗜酸乳杆菌的质量之比为1:4。
2)将发酵液的升温至60℃,再调节pH为6.5,加入木瓜蛋白酶进行酶解,酶解时间为4h,降温至46℃,加入肽酶进行酶解,酶解时间为2h,再加入碱性蛋白酶进行酶解,酶解时间为3h,然后再进行离心过滤,得到上清液;木瓜蛋白酶的添加量为发酵液重量的0.23%,肽酶的添加量为发酵液重量的0.08%,碱性蛋白酶的添加量为发酵液重量的0.12%。
3)向步骤2)的上清液中添加朱砂与红枣提取物,得到混合液;朱砂的添加量为上清液重量的0.02%,红枣提取物的添加量为上清液重量的0.58%;
4)将步骤3)的混合液进行真空干燥即可。
实施例3
一种乳仔猪健康养殖用的饲料添加剂,由以下方法制备得到:
1)以豆粕作为原料,添加纳豆芽孢杆菌与嗜酸乳杆菌的复合菌,在液体培养基进行进行发酵,发酵温度37℃,时间为56小时,离心过滤得到发酵液;液体培养基的包括以下重量百分数的组分:1.6%蜂蜜、0.1%氯化钠、0.05%磷酸二氢钾、0.08%碳酸钙与0.024%的硫酸锌,余量为水。复合菌的添加量为豆粕重量的3.5%,所述纳豆芽孢杆菌与所述嗜酸乳杆菌的质量之比为1:2。
2)将发酵液的升温至57℃,再调节pH为7,加入木瓜蛋白酶进行酶解,酶解时间为3h,降温至42℃,加入肽酶进行酶解,酶解时间为1h,再加入碱性蛋白酶进行酶解,酶解时间为2.5h,然后再进行离心过滤,得到上清液;木瓜蛋白酶的添加量为发酵液重量的0.45%,肽酶的添加量为发酵液重量的0.11%,碱性蛋白酶的添加量为发酵液重量的0.21%。
3)向步骤2)的上清液中添加朱砂与红枣提取物,得到混合液;朱砂的添加量为上清液重量的0.13%,红枣提取物的添加量为上清液重量的1.32%;
4)将步骤3)的混合液进行真空干燥即可。
实施例4
一种乳仔猪健康养殖用的饲料添加剂,由以下方法制备得到:
1)以豆粕作为原料,添加纳豆芽孢杆菌与嗜酸乳杆菌的复合菌,在液体培养基进行进行发酵,发酵温度32℃,时间为48小时,离心过滤得到发酵液;液体培养基的包括以下重量百分数的组分:1.3%蜂蜜、0.1%氯化钠、0.05%磷酸二氢钾、0.08%碳酸钙与0.024%的硫酸锌,余量为水。复合菌的添加量为豆粕重量的3.7%,所述纳豆芽孢杆菌与所述嗜酸乳杆菌的质量之比为1:4。
2)将发酵液的升温至62℃,再调节pH为6,加入木瓜蛋白酶进行酶解,酶解时间为3h,降温至45℃,加入肽酶进行酶解,酶解时间为2h,再加入碱性蛋白酶进行酶解,酶解时间为3.5h,然后再进行离心过滤,得到上清液;木瓜蛋白酶的添加量为发酵液重量的0.36%,肽酶的添加量为发酵液重量的0.12%,碱性蛋白酶的添加量为发酵液重量的0.19%。
3)向步骤2)的上清液中添加朱砂与红枣提取物,得到混合液;朱砂的添加量为上清液重量的0.11%,红枣提取物的添加量为上清液重量的0.79%;
4)将步骤3)的混合液进行真空干燥即可。
对比例1
一种乳仔猪健康养殖用的饲料添加剂,由以下方法制备得到:
1)以豆粕作为原料,添加纳豆芽孢杆菌与嗜酸乳杆菌的复合菌,在液体培养基进行进行发酵,发酵温度30℃,时间为46小时,离心过滤得到发酵液;液体培养基的包括以下重量百分数的组分:1%蜂蜜、0.1%氯化钠、0.05%磷酸二氢钾、0.08%碳酸钙与0.024%的硫酸锌,余量为水。复合菌的添加量为豆粕重量的2.7%,纳豆芽孢杆菌与嗜酸乳杆菌的质量之比为1:3。
2)向步骤1)的发酵液中添加朱砂与红枣提取物,得到混合液;朱砂的添加量为上清液重量的0.09%,红枣提取物的添加量为上清液重量的0.98%;
4)将步骤3)的混合液进行真空干燥即可。
试验例
试验猪选用日龄(24~27日龄)、体重相近,公母对等,同批次断奶的杜长大三元无杂交仔猪300头,随机分成6组,每组5个重复,每个重复10头公母各半,其中包括1个空白组、对比例组和4个试验组。空白对照组日粮为基础日龄,4个试验组日粮为在基础日粮中分别添加4.5%的实施例1~4制得的添加剂,对比例组为在基础日粮中分别添加4.5%的对比例制得的添加剂,生猪自由采食和饮水,按常规进行免疫和驱虫。试验期共30天。计算每个处理组日增重、料肉比和腹泻率,具体实验结果见表1。
试验正式开始及试验结束时分别在早上空腹称体重。随机分成5组,

Claims (5)
1.一种乳仔猪健康养殖用的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,由以下方法制备得到:
1)以豆粕作为原料,添加纳豆芽孢杆菌与嗜酸乳杆菌的复合菌,在液体培养基进行进行发酵,发酵温度25℃~37℃,时间为40~56小时,离心过滤得到发酵液;
2)将步骤1)的发酵液依次通过木瓜蛋白酶、肽酶与碱性蛋白酶进行酶解,酶解结束之后进行离心过滤,得到上清液;
3)向步骤2)的上清液中添加朱砂与红枣提取物,得到混合液;所述朱砂的添加量为上清液重量的0.02~0.13%,所述红枣提取物的添加量为上清液重量的0.58~1.32%;
4)将步骤3)的混合液进行真空干燥即可;
所述步骤2)中的具体酶解步骤为:将发酵液的升温至57~67℃,再调节pH为6~7,加入木瓜蛋白酶进行酶解,酶解时间为3~4h,降温至42~50℃,加入肽酶进行酶解,酶解时间为1~2h,再加入碱性蛋白酶进行酶解,酶解时间为2.5~3.5h,然后再进行离心过滤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乳仔猪健康养殖用的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述液体培养基的包括以下重量百分数的组分:0.6~1.6%蜂蜜、0.1%氯化钠、0.05%磷酸二氢钾、0.08%碳酸钙与0.024%的硫酸锌,余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的乳仔猪健康养殖用的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述复合菌的添加量为豆粕重量的0.6~3.7%,所述纳豆芽孢杆菌与所述嗜酸乳杆菌的质量之比为1:2~5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的乳仔猪健康养殖用的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述木瓜蛋白酶的添加量为所述发酵液重量的0.23~0.45%,所述肽酶的添加量为所述发酵液重量的0.08~0.12%,所述碱性蛋白酶的添加量为所述发酵液重量的0.12~0.21%。
5.根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的乳仔猪健康养殖用的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述红枣提取物主要是红枣经过煮沸提取获得的提取液。
