Description

Virtual participation method and virtual participation system
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to a virtual participation method and a virtual participation system for virtually participating in a job at a job site from a remote site that is bidirectionally communicably connected to the job site via a communication network.
Background
When the skill of a field operator is insufficient during the operations such as manufacturing, setting, maintenance, and inspection of equipment in a factory, it is necessary to perform participation, guidance, and the like of the operation by a mentor having sufficient skill for the operation. In this case, it takes time, cost and labor for the instructor to go to the work site, and if the work site is far, the burden becomes large accordingly, and the difficulty of coping with an emergency case and a plurality of work sites geographically separated from each other increases. Therefore, conventionally, there has been proposed a method (hereinafter referred to as virtual participation) in which a job site is connected to a remote site via a communication network, and a job status at the job site is checked from the remote site in real time, so that a mentor virtually participates in the job (for example, patent documents 1 to 3).

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, when the virtual participation system described in patent documents 1 to 3 is used to guide a job on a work site from a remote site, and the like, it is found that the skill of the worker is insufficient in the middle of the job, the started job has to be interrupted. As a result, if the instructor must go to the site, time loss becomes large, and the operation of a factory or the like using the target equipment to be worked is also affected.
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a virtual joining method capable of effectively performing virtual joining to a work site using a communication network.
Means for solving the problems
(1) The virtual participation method according to at least one embodiment of the present invention,
in a virtual participation method using a virtual participation system for virtual participation, the virtual participation is to virtually participate in a job at a job site from a remote site which is connected to the job site via a communication network in a bi-directional communication manner,
the virtual participation system includes:
a field-side information device and a remote-place-side information device, which are information devices connected to the communication network, the field-side information device transmitting, in real time, a field image of the work field captured by the field to the communication network, the remote-place-side information device receiving and displaying the field image transmitted in real time at the remote place; and
a worker skill database that stores a worker skill evaluation result that is an evaluation result of a worker's work skill of a worker who works on the work site,
The virtual participation method comprises the following steps:
a worker skill evaluation result acquisition step of acquiring the worker skill evaluation result from the worker skill database, or acquiring the worker skill evaluation result by performing an evaluation of the worker skill of the worker performing the work on the work site using the site image displayed on the remote site side information device; and
and a virtual participation availability determination step of allowing the virtual participation from the remote site using the live image displayed on the remote site side information device when the worker skill evaluation result acquired by the worker skill evaluation result acquisition step satisfies a work permission condition.
According to the configuration of (1) above, by performing two-way communication via the communication network with the site-side information device and the remote site-side information device, the site image of the work site is displayed on the remote site side in real time, and thereby the work instruction of the work performed on the work site can be performed from the remote site, and the permission judgment of the work instruction (virtual participation) from the remote site can be performed based on the evaluation result of the work skill of the worker performing the work on the work site (the worker skill evaluation result). Thus, when the work instruction from the remote site is permitted, the instructor can perform the work instruction from the remote site without actually going to the site to participate in the work, and therefore, the time and cost for the instructor to move to the work site can be reduced, and the emergency case can be handled, and a plurality of work sites (a plurality of sites) separated from each other geographically can be handled.
Further, by performing the permission judgment of the operator's hand from the remote site based on the operator skill evaluation result, it is possible to prevent the operator from having to go to the work site from the middle of the work due to insufficient work skill or the like, and it is possible to prevent the waste of time or the like accompanying this. Further, by evaluating the work skills of the operator who works on the work site from the remote site, it is possible to eliminate the necessity of the operator at the remote site to go to the work site.
(2) In several embodiments, in the structure of (1) above,
the device also comprises: and a worker skill evaluation result storage step of storing a worker skill evaluation result obtained by evaluating the worker skill using the live image displayed on the remote-site-side information device in the worker skill database.
According to the configuration of (2) above, the operator skill evaluation result obtained by the evaluation from the remote site is stored in the operator skill database. Accordingly, since the subsequent operator skill evaluation results can be obtained from the operator skill database, the time required to evaluate the operator skill from a remote location can be saved, and efficiency can be improved until the actual work on the target product is completed.
(3) In several embodiments, in the structures (1) to (2) above,
further comprises:
a skill guidance step of performing skill guidance on the worker from the remote site side through the field image displayed on the remote site side information device when the worker skill evaluation result does not satisfy the work permission condition; and
and a skill improvement determination step of permitting the virtual participation using the live image displayed on the remote-site-side information device when the worker skill evaluation result is satisfied with the work permit condition by the skill guidance step.
According to the configuration of (3), when the evaluation result of the acquired work skill does not satisfy the work permission condition, the skill guidance for the operator on the work site is performed from the remote site. Thus, the instructor can improve the work skills of the operators at the work site, for which the operator skill evaluation result does not satisfy the work permission conditions, at the remote site, and the need for the instructor to travel from the remote site to the work site can be eliminated.
(4) In several embodiments, in the structures (1) to (3) above,
The worker skill evaluation results include results of evaluating at least one evaluation item,
the evaluation items are classified in advance as improvable items capable of meeting the work permission condition by skill guidance from the operator on the remote site side by using the live image displayed on the remote site side information apparatus, or non-improvable items incapable of meeting the work permission condition by the skill guidance,
the virtual participation method further comprises the following steps:
a skill guidance implementation determination step of determining to perform the skill guidance when the work permission condition is not satisfied by the worker skill evaluation result, and when the work permission condition is not satisfied by only the modifiable item included in the evaluation item.
According to the configuration of the above (4), virtual participation is not permitted when the project is unable to be improved and the job permitting condition is not satisfied, and skill guidance from a remote location is performed when the project is unable to be improved and the job permitting condition is not satisfied. Thus, the necessity of a mentor at a remote site to travel to the work site from the remote site can be eliminated.
(5) In several embodiments, in the structures (1) to (4) above,
further comprises: and a worker skill evaluation result reflecting step of reflecting the worker skill evaluation result performed by the virtual participation using the live image displayed on the remote site side information device to the worker skill database.
According to the configuration of (5) above, by reflecting the latest work skills of the worker on the worker skill database by the virtual participation, it is possible to appropriately determine whether or not the virtual participation of the worker performed later is possible, and it is possible to realize that the necessity for the operator at the remote place to go to the work site does not occur.

Detailed Description
Several embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the dimensions, materials, shapes, relative arrangements, and the like of the constituent members described as the embodiments or shown in the drawings are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention to these, but are merely illustrative examples.
For example, expression of "in a certain direction", "along a certain direction", "parallel", "orthogonal", "central", "concentric" or "coaxial" and the like means not only that such an arrangement is strictly expressed but also that the relative displacement is expressed by an angle or distance having a tolerance or a degree that the same function can be obtained.
For example, the expression that "identical", "equal", and "homogeneous" indicate that things are equal indicates not only a strictly equal state but also a state where there is a tolerance or a difference in the degree to which the same function can be obtained.
For example, the representation of the shape such as a quadrangle shape and a cylindrical shape represents not only the shape such as a quadrangle shape and a cylindrical shape in a geometrically strict sense, the shape including the concave-convex portion, the chamfer portion, and the like is also shown in a range where the same effect can be obtained.
On the other hand, the expression "comprising," "having," "including," or "having" one structural element is not an exclusive expression that excludes the presence of other structural elements.
Fig. 1 schematically illustrates a virtual participation system 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a flowchart showing a virtual participation method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a diagram showing the contents of the worker skill database a according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a diagram showing functional blocks of the virtual participation support program 9 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The virtual participation system 1 is a system capable of virtually participating in operations such as manufacturing, setting, inspection, and the like of an object 8 performed in the work site 6 from a remote site 7 connected to the work site 6 via the communication network 5 in a bi-directional communication manner. More specifically, as shown in fig. 1, at least one information device (tablet terminal in fig. 1) is provided in each of the work site 6 and the remote site 7 geographically separated from the work site 6 in the virtual participation system 1, and as will be described later, video and audio are communicated with each other via the communication network 5. Thus, the operator 6h who performs the work on the work site 6 can communicate with the instructor 7h at the remote site 7 who is on the position of performing the work instruction on the operator 6h in real time, and the instructor 7h can perform the work instruction on the operator 6h from the remote site 7 even if not actually on the work site 6.
In this way, the virtual joining system 1 is a system based on the communication network 5. The communication network 5 of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 includes, for example, a wide area communication network (WAN) such as the internet, and connects a local area network 61 (LAN) provided at the work site 6 where the operator 6h is provided and a corporate intranet 71 (LAN) provided at the remote site 7 where the instructor 7h is provided. The site-side information device 2, which is an information device provided at the work site 6, is connected to the communication network 5 via the local network 61, and the remote site-side information device 3, which is an information device provided at the remote site 7, is connected to the communication network 5 via the company internal network 71. However, the present invention is not limited to the present embodiment, and in other embodiments, the communication network 5 may be configured to include a mobile communication network or a mobile communication network and a wide area communication network.
Further, the site-side information device 2 and the remote site-side information device 3 can exchange video, audio, text, and the like in both directions by establishing a session in which both can be communicatively connected using a signaling protocol such as SIP (Session Initiation Protocol: session initiation protocol), for example. In other words, these information devices are provided with: a microphone for acquiring sounds such as voice; a camera for taking images and the like; a speaker for outputting sound; a display capable of outputting images and the like; and a communication device that assumes a communication function. When one information device converts the acquired video, audio, and the like into data and transmits the data to the communication network 5, the communication data is routed through the communication network 5 based on address information such as an IP address and received by the other information device. The information device returns the received communication data to the audio and video, and outputs the data.
More specifically, the remote-site-side information device 3 can transmit at least the live video V of the work site 6 to the communication network 5 in real time. On the other hand, the remote-site-side information device 3 is capable of receiving and displaying at least the live video V transmitted in real time by the live-site-side information device 2 at the remote site 7 via the communication network 5. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the field-side information device 2 and the remote-site-side information device 3 are each tablet terminals that can be connected to a LAN by wireless. Further, by installing programs (applications) capable of video call in the respective information devices (2, 3), video call can be performed between the programs. Thus, in the remote site 7, the instructor 7h can confirm the site image V of the work performed by the worker 6h in the work site 6, and can perform work guidance from the instructor 7h to the worker 6h, and can answer and report from the worker 6h to the instructor 7h, thereby realizing virtual participation.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, both the field-side information device 2 and the remote-site-side information device 3 are tablet terminals, but in other embodiments, they may not be the same type of devices. For example, one may be a tablet terminal, and the other may be a smart phone. For example, the field side information device 2 may be a tablet terminal, and the remote place side information device 3 may be a desk top computer.
As shown in fig. 1, the virtual participation system 1 includes a worker skill database a. The worker skill database a is a database storing the worker skill evaluation results, which are the evaluation results of the worker skill of the worker 6h working at the working site 6, and the worker skill evaluation results of the worker 6h can be obtained by referring to the worker skill database a as described later. For example, in several embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the worker skill database a may have a table Ta having a field for storing the work content information W described later for each worker 6h and an evaluation result field capable of storing the evaluation result of the work specified by the work content information W for each evaluation item I. By searching the worker skill database a using the work content information W and the identification information (worker ID, name, etc.) as keywords, the work skill of the worker 6h related to the work (target work) to be performed at the work site 6 can be acquired from the worker skill database a.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the operator skill database a is managed by the file device 4. The file device 4 is connected to the company internal network 71, and is communicably connected to the remote-site-side information apparatus 3 via the company internal network 71. The file device 4 also manages other databases such as a license condition database B, a job key database C, a relevant regulation information database D, and an appearance information database E, which will be described later. However, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and in other embodiments, the file device 4 may be configured to include a cloud server connected via a network.
In the virtual participation system 1 having the above-described configuration, after the session is established between the site-side information device 2 and the remote site-side information device 3, in the work site 6, before the worker 6h starts the intended work, it is determined whether or not the worker 6h sufficiently holds the work skill related to the intended work, and when the work skill of the worker 6h is sufficient, the execution (starting) of the work is permitted (virtual participation method). With this configuration, it is possible to prevent insufficient work skills of the operator from being recognized after the operator 7h starts the work on the work site 6 by virtually participating in the work, and it is possible to avoid a large time loss caused by the operator 7h having to travel to the work site 6.
Hereinafter, a virtual participation method executed in the virtual participation system 1 having the above-described configuration will be described with reference to fig. 2. As shown in fig. 2, the virtual participation method includes worker skill evaluation result acquisition steps (S1 to S4) and virtual participation availability determination steps (S5 to S6) that are executed before the worker 6h starts the actual work. The virtual participation method may be implemented in the operation. Alternatively, software (virtual participation support program 9) may be used to support at least a part of these steps. In other words, in this case, each step is performed under the management of the virtual participation support program 9 installed in the information apparatus. The virtual participation support program 9 is software for causing the information device (computer) to realize the functions of the functional units shown in fig. 4 described later.
The worker skill evaluation result obtaining steps (S1 to S4) are steps for obtaining a worker skill evaluation result, which is an evaluation result of the work skill of the worker 6h who performs the work at the work site 6.
In several embodiments, the operator skill evaluation result of the operator 6h may be obtained by referring to the operator skill database a. For example, the instructor 7h may refer to the contents of the worker skill database a displayed on the screen of the remote-site-side information device 3 or another information device (for example, a desktop PC or the like) that is not shown, or may refer to the contents printed on paper.
In other embodiments, the evaluation of the work skill of the worker 6h who works on the work site 6 may be performed on site by the site image V displayed on the remote site side information device 3 through the session for the two-way communication, thereby obtaining the result of the evaluation of the worker skill. Specifically, the operator 6h at the work site 6 may be instructed to perform a predetermined work on the sample by the instructor 7h at the remote site 7 via the remote site side information device 3, and the field image V of the work performed on the sample by the operator 6h transmitted from the site side information device 2 may be confirmed in real time by the remote site side information device 3, whereby the work skill may be evaluated.
In other embodiments, both of the above embodiments may be performed (see fig. 2). Specifically, first, the operator skill database a is referred to attempt to acquire the operator skill evaluation result. For example, when the worker performs the work for the first time 6 hours, the worker skill evaluation result cannot be obtained from the worker skill database a. In this way, when there is no objective operator skill evaluation result from the operator skill database a, the operator 6h evaluates the work skill of the target work on site. In this embodiment, in several embodiments, the worker skill database a may further include a field for storing a date and time (or simply a date) of registration of the worker skill evaluation result. When a predetermined time (predetermined period) has elapsed from the date and time at which the target operator skill evaluation result was registered, the effective period may not be acquired from the operator skill database a even when the target operator skill evaluation result is stored in the operator skill database a.
For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the elapsed time (period) is determined using the internal clock 4 c. More specifically, when a predetermined time has elapsed from the date and time of registration, the contents of the field of the operator skill evaluation result in the operator skill database a may be set to be non-displayed or rewritten to be unregistered. The table Ta of the operator skill database a may be further provided with a field for storing the elapsed time, and the content of the elapsed time field may be updated each time the table Ta is referred to, or the operator 7h may be allowed to easily grasp the elapsed time. In addition to or instead of the elapsed time field, a field indicating whether the operator skill evaluation result is valid or invalid may be provided in the table Ta.
In this way, when a predetermined time has elapsed, for example, the status of the latest work skill of the worker 6h for the work is checked, and thus the work after the start of virtual participation can be effectively performed.
The virtual participation availability determination steps (S5 to S6) permit virtual participation from the remote site 7 by the live image V displayed on the remote site side information device 3 when the operator skill evaluation result obtained by the operator skill evaluation result obtaining steps (S1 to S4) satisfies the operation permission condition. When the virtual participation is permitted, the worker 6h starts the work, and the instructor 7h starts the virtual participation of the worker 6h in the work on the object 8. At this time, the operator 6h and the instructor 7h perform the work on the object 8 while referring to an inspection procedure (work procedure), related regulations, appearance information, and the like related to the work specified by the work content information W (described later). In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 2, the remote site side information device 3 can access a job key database C storing (storing) a check key (job key), a relevant regulation information database D storing relevant regulations, and an appearance information database E storing appearance information, and the instructor 7h can mainly conduct instruction of a job with reference to the above information. In addition, the instructor 7h may operate the remote-site-side information device 3 or the like to capture information thereof, or may file and transfer information, or the like, and may refer to the operator 6h via the site-side information device 2.
In the case of using the embodiment of the virtual participation support program 9 described above, as shown in fig. 4, the virtual participation support program 9 includes: a worker skill evaluation result obtaining unit 91 that obtains a worker skill evaluation result of a worker 6h who actually performs work on the work site 6; and a virtual participation availability determination unit 92 for, when the acquired operator skill evaluation result satisfies the job permission condition, permitting virtual participation from the remote site 7 by the live image V displayed on the remote site side information device 3. In other words, the worker skill evaluation result acquisition unit 91 supports the execution of the worker skill evaluation result acquisition steps (S1 to S4), and the virtual participation availability determination unit 92 supports the execution of the virtual participation availability determination steps (S5 to S6). The worker skill evaluation result obtaining unit 91 is connected to the virtual participation availability judging unit 92, and transmits the obtained worker skill evaluation result to the virtual participation availability judging unit 92.
The virtual participation support program 9 can be operated on the remote site side information device 3, for example. Then, in the remote site side information apparatus 3, the worker skill evaluation result obtaining unit 91 requests the input of the worker skill evaluation result. Specifically, a text box or the like may be displayed on the screen, and the operator skill evaluation result may be directly requested to be input. Alternatively, the information may be acquired from the worker skill database a. In this case, a text box or the like may be displayed on the screen to request the input of the identification information such as the work content information W and the work ID of the work person 6h, and in this case, the work skill evaluation result obtaining unit 91 accesses the work skill database a with the work content information W and the work ID input from the instructor 7h or the like as keywords to obtain the work skill evaluation result. In this case, if the information cannot be obtained from the operator skill database a, the information (such as text and voice) may be notified and the operator skill evaluation result may be requested to be input.
On the other hand, the virtual participation availability determination unit 92 may notify that virtual participation is permitted when the job permission condition is satisfied (the same applies). Further, the live video V may be output to the screen of the remote site side information device 3 when virtual participation is permitted, and may not be output to the screen of the remote site side information device 3 when no participation is permitted. Specifically, when virtual participation is not permitted, the field-side information device 2 may not be able to perform video call, and may perform only call communication. Alternatively, an image or the like different from the live image V may be superimposed on the live image V displayed on the screen of the remote-site-side information device 3, so that it is difficult to grasp the status of the work site 6 from the live image V transmitted from the live-site-side information device 2 even when the remote-site-side information device 3 is observed.
A virtual participation method including the above two steps will be described with reference to a flow shown in fig. 2. Further, a case where an inspection operation of the object 8 to be operated is performed will be described as an example.
In step S1 of fig. 2, the instructor 7h provided at the remote site 7 acquires the work content information W and the worker ID (identification information of the worker 6 h) for specifying the work performed at the work site 6. The job content information W includes: object specifying information for specifying an object 8 to be a work object; job position determination information for determining a job position in the object 8; and job destination information for specifying which kind of job such as new setting, repair, modification, replacement, addition, manufacture, inspection, and the like is to be performed on the job position specified by the object specification information and the job position specification information. For example, the object 8 may be a single product or a component constituting a product, and for example, if it is a pump component, it may be a component such as a housing, a main shaft, an impeller, a drain bowl, a water lifting pipe, or the like. The work position specifying information may be a member constituting the product or the component, and in the case of the inspection work, for example, a seal, a valve, a flange, a bottle hole, a housing, or the like.
In step S2, the instructor 7h determines whether or not the work skill of the worker 6h has been evaluated for the work specified by the work content information W. Specifically, in the case where the result of searching the worker skill database a in step S1 is that the result of the worker skill evaluation is obtained ("yes"), it is determined that the worker skill of the worker 6h has been evaluated, and the flow proceeds to step S5. In contrast, in step S2, when the operator skill evaluation result is not obtained from the operator skill database a (in the case of no), the process proceeds to step S3.
In step S2 described above, when there are a plurality of records (evaluation items I) in which the work content information W matches in the table Ta of the work skill database a, as described later, it is determined that the work skill evaluation result for the intended work has been evaluated, when the evaluation result is stored in the work skill evaluation result field, in all of the records (evaluation items I) of one or more records in which the work content information W matches. In other words, in this case, the determination result in step S2 is yes, and the process proceeds directly to step S5. In contrast, when the evaluation result is not stored in the evaluation result field in at least one record, it is determined that the operator skill evaluation result is not evaluated. In other words, in this case, the determination result in step S2 is no, and the process proceeds directly to step S3.
In step S3, the operator 6h is instructed to perform the inspection of the sample in order to evaluate the work skill of the operator 6h from the live image V displayed on the remote site side information device 3. Based on the instruction, in step S4, the operator 6h performs work content (inspection in fig. 2) on the sample at the work site 6, and the operator 7h observes the state at the remote site 7 to evaluate the work skills.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, in step S4, the operator skill evaluation result obtained by evaluating the operation skill by the field image V displayed on the remote site side information device 3 is stored in the operator skill database a in step S4a (operator skill evaluation result storage step). Specifically, the operator skill evaluation result obtained in step S4 is stored in the operator skill database a by the input of the instructor 7 h. In several embodiments, for example, as shown in fig. 4, the virtual participation support program 9 may be provided with a worker skill evaluation result storage unit 93, and the worker skill evaluation result storage unit 93 may receive an input of a worker skill evaluation result from the instructor 7h or the like to obtain a worker skill evaluation result, and store the worker skill evaluation result in a field specified by the work content information W and the worker ID to update the database. Accordingly, since the subsequent operator skill evaluation results are obtained from the operator skill database a, the time required for evaluating the operation skills (S3 to S4 in fig. 2) of the operator 6h from the remote site 7 can be saved, and efficiency can be improved until the actual operation on the target product 8 is completed. In other words, the worker skill evaluation result storage unit 93 supports the execution of the worker skill evaluation result storage step (S4 a) described above.
In step S5, it is determined whether the acquired operator skill evaluation result satisfies the work permission condition. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the instructor 7h acquires the job permission conditions from the permission condition database B using the job content information W as a keyword. When it is determined that the operator skill evaluation result satisfies the work permission condition, the inspection work on the object 8 is permitted and the work is started in step S6. In other words, virtual participation is started. In contrast, in step S6, when it is determined that the operator skill evaluation result does not satisfy the work permission condition, the inspection work on the object 8 is not permitted.
According to the above configuration, by performing two-way communication via the communication network 5 with the field side information device 2 and the remote site side information device 3, the field image V of the work site 6 can be displayed on the remote site side in real time, and the work instruction of the work performed on the work site 6 can be performed from the remote site 7, and the permission judgment of the work instruction (virtual participation) from the remote site 7 can be performed based on the evaluation result of the work skill (the worker skill evaluation result) of the worker 6h who performs the work on the work site 6. Thus, when the work instruction from the remote site 7 is permitted, the instructor can perform the work instruction from the remote site 7 without actually going to the site to participate in the work, so that the time, cost, and the like for the instructor 7h to move to the work site 6 can be reduced, and emergency cases can be handled, and a plurality of work sites (a plurality of sites) geographically separated from each other can be handled.
Further, by performing the permission judgment of the work start from the remote site 7 based on the result of the skill evaluation of the operator, it is possible to prevent the operator 6h from having to go to the work site 6 from the middle of the work due to insufficient work skill or the like, and it is possible to prevent the waste of time or the like accompanying this. Further, by evaluating the work skills of the operator 6h who performs the work on the work site 6 from the remote site 7, it is possible to realize that the necessity for the instructor 7h at the remote site 7 to go to the work site 6 does not occur.
Next, an embodiment will be described in which, when the operator skill evaluation result obtained as described above does not satisfy the work permission condition, the virtual participation system 1 is used to guide the skill of the operator 6h on the work site 6 from the instructor 7h at the remote site 7.
In several embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the virtual participation method may further include: a skill guidance step (S8) of performing skill guidance on the operator 6h at the work site 6 from the remote site 7 side by the site image V displayed on the remote site side information device 3 when the operator skill evaluation result does not satisfy the work permission condition; and a skill improvement determination step (S9) for permitting virtual participation by the live image V displayed on the remote site side information device 3 when the skill guidance step (S8) has changed to the result that the skill of the operator satisfies the work permission condition.
In this embodiment, when the above-described embodiment of the virtual participation support program 9 is used, the virtual participation support program 9 may further include, as shown in fig. 4: the skill guidance processing unit 94, when the result of skill evaluation of the operator does not satisfy the work permission condition, performs notification to prompt the operator 6h on the work site 6 from the remote site 7 side by the site image V displayed on the remote site side information device 3; and a skill improvement determination unit 95 that permits virtual participation by the live image V displayed on the remote site side information device 3 when the skill guidance indicates that the result of skill evaluation of the operator satisfies the work permission condition. In other words, the skill guidance processing unit 94 supports the execution of the skill guidance step (S8), and the skill improvement judging unit 95 supports the execution of the skill improvement judging step (S9).
More specifically, the virtual participation availability determination unit 92 notifies the skill guidance processing unit 94 of the fact that the worker skill evaluation result obtained by the worker skill evaluation result obtaining unit 91 does not satisfy the work permission condition. In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the virtual participation availability determination unit 92 transmits the notification to the skill guidance implementation determination unit 96 described later, and the skill guidance implementation determination unit 96 determines the virtual participation availability determination unit to perform the notification to the skill guidance processing unit 94. Then, upon receiving the notification, the skill guidance processing unit 94 displays an instruction to perform skill guidance on the screen of the remote-site-side information device 3 or notifies the instruction by a sound from a speaker. Upon receiving the report, the instructor 7h performs skill guidance on the operator 6h at the work site 6 from the remote site 7.
On the other hand, the skill improvement determination unit 95 prompts the operator skill assessment result of the skill-guided operator 6h to be input, and determines whether or not the input operator skill assessment result satisfies the work permission condition. In this case, the skill improvement determination unit 95 may display one or more evaluation items I (hereinafter referred to as target evaluation items) specified by the above-described work content information W in the worker skill database a on the screen of the remote-site-side information device 3, request input of evaluation of the work skills guided by the skill to the instructor 7h, and determine whether improvement is performed based on the input result. The skill improvement determination unit 95 may send the input evaluation result of the work skill to the above-described work skill evaluation result storage unit 93 or the like, and update the work skill database a.
According to the above configuration, when the evaluation result of the acquired work skill does not satisfy the work permission condition, the skill guidance is performed from the remote site 7 to the worker 6h at the work site 6. Thus, the instructor can improve the work skills of the operator 6h at the work site 6, for which the result of the evaluation of the skill of the operator does not satisfy the work permission conditions, while at the remote site 7, and the instructor 7h does not need to travel from the remote site 7 to the work site 6.
In addition, in several embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the operator skill evaluation result includes a result of evaluating at least one evaluation item I. The evaluation items I may be classified in advance into modifiable items that can satisfy the work permission conditions by the skill guidance from the operator 6h at the remote site 7 by the live image V displayed on the remote site side information device 3, or non-modifiable items that cannot satisfy the work permission conditions by the skill guidance described above. As shown in fig. 2, the technique guidance implementation determination step (S7) is further provided, in which it is determined that the technique guidance step (S8) is performed when only the modifiable item included in the evaluation item I does not satisfy the job permitting condition. In other words, the work skills of the worker 6h are evaluated by evaluating one or more evaluation items I determined for each work, which are determined by the work content information W. For example, each evaluation item I may be evaluated in two stages, that is, in a possible or non-possible stage, or may be evaluated in three or more stages. For example, in the case of four-stage evaluation, it may be evaluated as 3 if one person can perform the evaluation correctly, as 2 if there is a possibility that an error may occur although the evaluation is possible, as 1 if the evaluation is not possible and improvement is required, as 0 if there is a problem in the work and the evaluation is intolerable, or the like.
The classification of the evaluation items I may be performed by the table Ta of the operator skill database a having an item type field indicating whether an item can be improved or not. By checking the content of the item type field, the classification of each evaluation item I can be determined. For example, the improvement item may include an evaluation item I that is a precondition for performing a job appropriately, such as whether the latest version is brought to the site or whether a tester for expiration date is not used. On the other hand, the non-improvable item is a case where a lot of time is required for skill guidance, a case where there is no prop required for skill guidance in the work site 6, or the like, and a case where the operator 7h and the worker 6h actually meet at an appropriate place is considered to perform a good evaluation item I. For example, the non-improvable items may include evaluation items I that affect the actual work accuracy, such as whether or not the measurement points are properly found.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, when it is determined in step S5 that the worker skill evaluation result does not satisfy the work permission condition, it is determined in step S7 (skill guidance implementation determination step) whether or not there is an item evaluated as NG among the non-improvable items included in the target evaluation item. The NG indicates that the evaluation result is evaluated as not possible in the above example, or that the evaluation is not possible and the evaluation is required to be improved or the like, which is smaller than the predetermined stage. As a result of this determination, when none of the non-improvable items included in the target evaluation item include an item evaluated as NG, the skill guidance step (S8: S8a to S8 b) described above is performed. That is, the instructor 7h performs the job guidance while confirming the job of the worker 6h transmitted from the site-side information device 2 by the site image V via the remote site-side information device 3, and reevaluates the evaluation item I stored in the worker skill database a specified by the job content information W. The re-evaluation may be performed at least for an evaluation item I included in the target evaluation item and not already evaluated.
Then, in step S9 (skill improvement determination step), it is determined whether or not the work skill is improved, and if it is determined that the work skill is improved, the flow proceeds to step S6 described above, and virtual participation is permitted. In contrast, in step S9, if it is determined that the work skill has not been improved by the implementation of step S8, the routine proceeds to step 10. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the result of the reevaluation performed in the skill guidance step (S8) is stored in the worker skill database a.
On the other hand, in the above-described step S7 (skill guidance implementation determination step), if there is one non-modifiable item that is NG evaluation among the non-modifiable items included in the target evaluation item, it is not determined that the skill guidance step is to be performed (S8). In other words, in this case, virtual participation is not permitted. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, if no in step S7, it is determined in step S10 that the work skill of the operator 6h is insufficient, and the instructor 7h is moved from the remote point 7 to the work site 6 to participate.
In the present embodiment, in the case of the above-described embodiment using the virtual participation support program 9, as shown in fig. 4, the virtual participation support program 9 further includes a skill guidance implementation determination unit 96, and the skill guidance implementation determination unit 96 determines to perform skill guidance when the worker skill evaluation result does not satisfy the work permission condition, and when only the modifiable item included in the evaluation item I does not satisfy the work permission condition. In other words, the skill guidance implementation determination unit 96 supports the skill guidance implementation determination step (S7).
In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, when the virtual participation availability determination unit 92 determines that the worker skill evaluation result obtained by the worker skill evaluation result obtaining unit 91 does not satisfy the work permission condition, it sends a notification to that effect to the skill guidance implementation determination unit 96. Upon receiving the notification, the skill guidance implementation determination unit 96 confirms one or more evaluation items I included in the target evaluation items, determines whether each of the evaluation items I is an improvable item or an un-improvable item based on the item type field, and determines whether or not the improvable item satisfies the job approval condition.
According to the above configuration, virtual participation is not permitted when the project cannot be improved and the job permission condition is not satisfied, and skill guidance from a remote location is performed when the project cannot be improved and the job permission condition is not satisfied. This makes it possible to prevent the need for the instructor 7h at the remote site 7 to travel to the work site 6.
In addition, in several embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the virtual participation method further includes a worker skill evaluation result reflecting step (S11) of reflecting the worker skill evaluation result performed by virtual participation by the live image V displayed on the remote site side information device 3 to the worker skill database a. The instructor 7h virtually participates in the work of the worker 6h, and if there is a change in the evaluation of the work skill, updates the work skill evaluation result stored in the work skill database a so as to reflect the information. Further, by storing the content and improvement items for which the job guidance is performed during the virtual participation, the next job can be facilitated.
In the present embodiment, in the case of using the above-described embodiment of the virtual participation support program 9, as shown in fig. 4, the virtual participation support program 9 may be configured to display the evaluation item I specified by the above-described work content information W on the screen of the remote point side information device 3 in accordance with an operation or the like by the instructor 7h, and receive an input of an evaluation of the work skill, and the above-described work skill evaluation result storage unit 93 may update the work skill database a. In other words, the worker skill evaluation result storage unit 93 in this case supports the execution of the worker skill evaluation result reflecting step (S11) described above.
According to the above configuration, by reflecting the latest work skills of the worker 6h in the worker skill database a by using virtual participation, it is possible to appropriately determine whether or not virtual participation of the work performed by the worker 6h performed later is possible, and it is possible to realize that the necessity for the instructor 7h at the remote site 7 to go to the work site 6 does not occur.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and includes a mode in which the above-described embodiments are deformed and a mode in which these modes are appropriately combined.
