一种填充体及其用途。该填充体包括表层面料、里层面料以及表里层面料之间的充填物，其中里层面料的通气量在10.0～200cm3/cm2/s之间，充填物为芯鞘结构的长纤维填充棉、且其中至少含有涤纶长纤维。该填充体具有轻量、保温、透气特点，在保持原有的舒适性的同时也增强了洗涤耐久性、运动追随性。
