Abstract

竹柳提取水杨酸和过氢离子纤维素的方法,其特征在于将二、三年生洗净的竹柳连皮带秆采用非金属搓丝机分解成丝绒状纤维束,输送至不锈钢容器中,加温至80‑100度,边搅拌边添加氢氧根离子水溶液,采用紫外光催化使纤维中的发色基团降解,成为60%‑80%ISO白度的纤维素,再输送到高速疏解筛选机中细化、软化后输送到不锈钢密封容器中,边搅拌边加入2%‑6%的稀硫酸进行溶解反应,浆料释放后挤出溶液用于提取有机水杨酸,纤维素经筛选、除渣、烘干后根据需要细化成20目‑200目甚至更细的过氢离子纤维素,用于轻工、食品、医药、化工、军工、农资行业。

竹柳提取水杨酸和过氢离子纤维素的方法
技术领域 本发明是新能源与生物新材料的发明。
背景技术 竹柳因生长快、易栽培、木质好、抗寒抗旱抗逆性能高在全国各省市大面积种植,但由于制浆造纸污染重和提取水杨酸投入高难度大而很难实现规模化工业生产,尤其是二、三年生长的竹柳,连皮带秆制作过氢离子纤维素国内外尚无先例。
发明内容 将二、三年生洗净的竹柳连皮带秆采用非金属履带式搓丝机分解成丝绒状纤维束,输送送至不锈钢容器中,加温至80-100度,边搅拌边添加氢氧根离子水溶液,采用紫外光催化使纤维中的发色基团降解,成为60%-80%ISO白度的纤维素,再输送到高速疏解筛选机中进行细化、软化后输送到不锈钢密封容器中,边搅拌边加入2%-6%的稀硫酸进行溶解反应,原料释放后挤出溶液提取有机水杨酸,纤维素经筛选、除渣、烘干,根据需要细化成20目-200目甚至更细的过氢离子纤维素,用于轻工、食品、医药、化工、军工、农资行业。

2、将纤维束输送至不锈钢容器中,加温至80-100度,边搅拌边添加氢氧根离子水溶液,采用紫外光催化使纤维中的发色基团降解,成为60%-80%ISO白度的纤维素。
3、将纤维素浆料输送到高速疏解筛选机中进行细化、软化后输送到不锈钢密封容器中,边搅拌边添加2%-6%的稀硫酸进行溶解反应,浆料释放后挤出溶液提取有机水杨酸。
4、纤维素浆料经筛选、除渣、烘干后根据需要细化成20目-200目甚至更细的过氢离子纤维素,用于轻工、食品、医药、化工、军工、农资行业。

Claims (1)

1.竹柳提取水杨酸和过氢离子纤维素的方法,将二、三年生的竹柳皮和秆采用非金属履带式搓丝机分解成丝绒状纤维束,输送至不锈钢容器中加温至80-100度,添加氢氧根离子水溶液,采用紫外光催化使纤维中的发色基团降解,成为白度为60%-80%ISO的纤维素,再输送到高速疏解机中进行细化、软化后输送到不锈钢密封容器中,添加2-6%的稀硫酸溶液进行溶解反应,浆料释放后水溶液提取有机水杨酸,纤维素经筛选、除渣,根据需要细化成20目-200目甚至更细的过氢离子纤维素,用于轻工、食品、医药、化工、军工、农资行业。
