Technical Field
The invention relates to an antibacterial functional fiber and a processing technology thereof.
Background
There are four major quilts currently on the market: firstly, the method comprises the following steps: the porous fiber is used in all quilts, and the fiber should be calculated to be the most moderate in price, and the selling price is generally about 300 yuan. The fiber quilt can be divided into four-hole, seven-hole, nine-hole quilts and the like, and the larger the number of the fiber holes, the better the heat retention property, elasticity and air permeability are. Nowadays, the number of such quilt core "holes" is increasing and the technology is also more advanced. The design of a seven-hole hollow structure not only has high resilience and fluffiness, but also enhances the cohesive force and the heat retention function of the fiber. It has the great advantage of machine washing without deformation. II, secondly: a silk quilt. The best silk quilt should be filled with 100% mulberry silk. As silkworms cannot touch chemical articles such as pesticides and the like in the growth process, the silk quilt is a 'green' environment-friendly quilt. The main component of the silk is animal protein fiber, which contains more than ten kinds of amino acids and is beneficial to human body. The silk floss quilt is made of natural silk, is characterized by air permeability, light softness and comfortable touch feeling, and can be seen to be close to skin of people even if people feel like the second layer of skin of people. The silk is pure natural animal protein fiber, has very high moisture absorption and air permeability, and is called as 'fiber queen'. The silk quilt filled with the silk can allow the skin to freely sweat and secrete, keep the skin clean and make people feel comfortable. Thirdly, the method comprises the following steps: wool comforter. Cashmere is the latest product introduced this year. Wool fibers have good crimp characteristics and therefore the heat retention of wool is not questionable. Generally, ordinary families can select the quilt, and the wool quilt is warmer, slightly lower in air permeability than down feather and silk, but not high in manufacturing cost, and suitable for families. The wool quilt is natural, cannot be like a down quilt which is worried about jumping down and mistakenly enters respiratory tract to cause discomfort, and is also pressed by wind more than a silk quilt, so the wool quilt is very suitable for children. Fourthly, the method comprises the following steps: a down quilt. The main filling materials of the down quilt are goose down and duck down. Has good heat retention, good moisture absorption and sweat permeability, and is dry and comfortable. If you are a kind of people with high requirements on living quality, a good down quilt is not selected, and the down quilt has good warmth retention property and softness, does not have oppression feeling and stuffy feeling, and also has the functions of moisture absorption and sweat releasing. Compared with quilts of the same volume, the duvet is the lightest, only 1 to 1.5 kilograms, and is about 1/3 of quilts, 1/2 of wool quilts and silk quilts. Therefore, the mountaineering sleeping bag for mountains uses high-quality down as a filling material. In addition, the down quilt is very durable, does not harden and deform, and generally has a service life of two to thirty years. However, with the improvement of the living standard of people in recent years, the requirements of people on the comfort and the functionality of household textiles are higher and higher, and the after-finishing of the textiles becomes one of the important ways for improving the functions and the added value of products. The quilt core in the existing market is difficult to achieve light and comfortable, and has antibacterial and aromatic effects and certain insect prevention effect.
Kapok fiber is the finest, lightest, most hollow and warmest fiber material due to its unique properties. Has the characteristics of mildew resistance, softness, water tightness, heat insulation, strong hygroscopicity and the like. At present, the fabric is widely applied to various home textile products. The pomegranate leaf is the leaf of pomegranate, and is a plant of genus Punica of family Punicaceae. Pomegranate is deciduous shrub or arbor, with high common height of 3-5m and rarefaction of 10 m. The top of the branch is often sharp, sharp and long, the young branch has edges and corners and is hairless, and the old branch is nearly cylindrical. Pomegranate leaf has antibacterial, astringent, antidiarrheal, antidotal, diarrhea relieving, acne treating, skin sore treating, and traumatic injury treating effects. The invention utilizes the improved essential oil extraction technology, the microcapsule technology and the hollow characteristic of the kapok fiber to prepare the finishing agent into the microcapsule for fiber after-finishing, and can obtain good preservation of the finishing agent in the kapok fiber and good use durability.
