本发明公开了一种电梯控制柜,包括安装有柜门的柜体,所述柜体内部设有弱电控制箱,所述弱电控制箱位于所述柜体的前部且所述弱电控制箱的敞口侧靠近所述柜门,所述弱电控制箱的背面上安装有一个具有散热片的变频器,所述柜体内部安装有制动电阻,所述制动电阻位于所述弱电控制箱的后部并固定于所述柜体的侧板上,所述柜体的底板上安装有变压器,所述柜体的侧板上安装有散热装置,所述柜体的后盖板上设有散热孔。本发明采用了上述技术方案后,变压器和制动电阻打破了传统的安装方式,分别安装在柜底和侧板上,大大节约了安装空间,减小了柜体的体积;后盖板上设置的散热孔和侧板上了设置的散热装置增强了本产品的散热性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力控制柜技术,尤其涉及一种电梯控制柜。
背景技术
电梯控制柜是电梯系统的核心,关系着电梯运行的安全稳定问题,由于电梯控制所涉及的部件较多,并且某些元件例如,变频器,制动电阻等散发的热量比较多,考虑到安装空间和散热距离的问题,目前,电梯控制柜一般设计的比较大,柜体内部的空间利用不足,而且散热效果不太理想。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种节省空间并且散热性能好的电梯控制柜。
本发明的技术方案是:一种电梯控制柜,包括一个安装有柜门的柜体,所述柜体内部设有弱电控制箱,所述弱电控制箱位于所述柜体的前部且所述弱电控制箱的敞口侧靠近所述柜门,所述弱电控制箱的背面上安装有一个具有散热片的变频器,所述柜体内部安装有制动电阻,所述制动电阻位于所述弱电控制箱的后部并固定于所述柜体的侧板上,所述柜体的底板上安装有变压器,所述柜体的侧板上安装有散热装置,所述柜体的后盖板上设有散热孔。
所述弱电控制箱下端安装有接线端子,所述弱电控制箱底部设有与所述接线端子相对应的出线孔。
所述变频器散热片与所述弱电控制箱之间安装有隔热板。
所述散热装置包括所述侧板上设有的散热窗,所述散热窗上装有滤网,所述散热窗内侧装有风扇。
本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,变压器和制动电阻打破了传统的安装方式,分别安装在柜底和侧板上,大大节约了安装空间,减小了柜体的体积;后盖板上设置的散热孔和侧板上设置的散热装置,增强了本发明的散热性能。

具体实施方式
如图1,图2共同所示,本实施例包括一个安装有柜门107的柜体100,所述柜体100内部设有弱电控制箱200,所述弱电控制箱200位于所述柜体的前部且所述弱电控制箱200的敞口侧靠近所述柜门107,所述柜体100内部安装有制动电阻400,所述制动电阻400位于所述弱电控制箱200的后部并固定于所述柜体100的侧板101上,所述柜体100的底板102上安装有变压器500,所述柜体的侧板200上安装有散热装置,所述散热装置包括所述侧板101上设有的散热窗103,所述散热窗103上装有滤网,所述散热窗103内侧装有风扇104。所述散热窗103共有四个,左右侧板102各装有两个,所述散热窗103安装于所在侧板102的上下两端处。所述柜体的后盖板105上设有散热孔106。
所述弱电控制箱100背面上安装有变频器散热片300,所述变频器散热片300与所述弱电控制箱200之间安装有隔热板301。
本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,变压器和制动电阻打破了传统的安装方式,分别安装在柜底和侧板上,大大节约了安装空间,减小了柜体的体积;后盖板上设置的散热孔和侧板上设置的散热装置,增强了本发明的散热性能。

1.一种电梯控制柜,包括一个安装有柜门的柜体,其特征在于:所述柜体内部设有弱电控制箱,所述弱电控制箱位于所述柜体的前部且所述弱电控制箱的敞口侧靠近所述柜门,所述弱电控制箱的背面上安装有一个具有散热片的变频器,所述柜体内部安装有制动电阻,所述制动电阻位于所述弱电控制箱的后部并固定于所述柜体的侧板上,所述柜体的底板上安装有变压器,所述柜体的侧板上安装有散热装置,所述柜体的后盖板上设有散热孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的电梯控制柜,其特征在于:所述弱电控制箱下端安装有接线端子,所述弱电控制箱底部设有与所述接线端子相对应的出线孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的电梯控制柜,其特征在于:所述变频器的散热片与所述弱电控制箱之间安装有隔热板。
4.如权利要求1所述的电梯控制柜,其特征在于:所述散热装置包括所述侧板上设有的散热窗,所述散热窗上装有滤网,所述散热窗内侧装有风扇。
