Abstract
本发明提出了一种易清洗涤纶针刺毡,所述针刺毡为在涤纶预针刺毡层表面水刺复合多橘瓣型超细纤维面层,所述橘瓣型超细纤维面层表面经表面处理剂进行抗静电处理。本发明的优点是过滤效率高,具有很好的抗静电效果,简单易清洗,高效过滤掉PM2.5颗粒,生产成本低,易于清洗。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及针刺毡技术领域,具体涉及一种易清洗涤纶针刺毡。
背景技术
随着社会经济的飞速发展,工业化规模不断扩大,同时也带来了日益恶化的环境问题,近些年来,PM2.5颗粒污染已经严重影响了人们的正常社会生活。目前,对工业废气的处理主要采用针刺毡过滤的方法,在钢铁、燃煤等行业会产生大量粒度细的煤粉,且废气中粉尘浓度高,废气的温度较高;由于高浓度煤粉随空气流动与摩擦,粉尘与滤袋表面的冲击会产生静电,静电的积累会产生火花引起燃烧和爆炸,给企业造成损失。
为了实现可持续环境友好型发展战略,国家出台了一系列的环保排放新标准,在此环保排放政策形势下,提升对细小颗粒的排放标准,对烟气尘气提高颗粒过滤效率,这些环保要求的提升也促进了滤袋过滤性能及效率的不断增强与提高。这是本申请需要着重改善的地方。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供一种易清洗涤纶针刺毡,本发明的优点是过滤效率高,具有很好的抗静电效果,简单易清洗,高效过滤掉 PM2.5 颗粒,生产成本低,易于清洗。
本发明提供一种易清洗涤纶针刺毡,所述针刺毡为在涤纶预针刺毡层表面水刺复合多橘瓣型超细纤维面层,所述橘瓣型超细纤维面层表面经表面处理剂进行抗静电处理。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述表面处理剂由以下原料制备而成:聚四氟乙烯乳液10-20份;聚丙烯酸酯乳液5-10份,偶联剂0.5-1份,抗静电剂0.3-0.8份,余量为去离子水。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述表面处理剂由以下原料制备而成:聚四氟乙烯乳液15份;聚丙烯酸酯乳液7份,偶联剂0.7份,抗静电剂0.5份,余量为去离子水。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述多橘瓣型超细纤维面层为橘瓣型超细分裂纤维在线水刺开纤构成多橘瓣型超细纤维面层。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述多橘瓣型超细纤维面层为6瓣橘型超细纤维面层、或为8瓣橘型超细纤维面层、或为16瓣橘型超细纤维面层、或为24瓣橘型超细纤维面层、或为36瓣橘型超细纤维面层。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述超细纤维的单纤直径为10-100nm。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述涤纶预针刺毡为涤纶长丝基布上、下表层水刺复合涤纶纤维网。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明产品的橘瓣型分裂纤维面层是经水刺开纤的超细纤维,过滤性能获得提升,经过水刺加固后的针刺毡,孔隙更小更密,可以过滤掉PM2.5等细小颗粒,同时提高易清灰性,生产成本低;
(2)本发明产品过滤效率高,具有很好的抗静电效果,简单易清洗,过滤后粉尘排放量都小于10mg/m3,尤其能够高效过滤掉PM2.5颗粒,达到实现烟尘的高标准排放,应用前景很广,用途面大,效率高。

实施例1
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种易清洗涤纶针刺毡,所述针刺毡为在涤纶预针刺毡层2表面水刺复合橘瓣型分裂纤维面层所述针刺毡为在涤纶预针刺毡层表面水刺复合多橘瓣型超细纤维面层1,所述橘瓣型超细纤维面层1表面经表面处理剂进行抗静电处理。所述多橘瓣型超细纤维面层1为橘瓣型超细分裂纤维在线水刺开纤构成多橘瓣型超细纤维面层。所述多橘瓣型超细纤维面层1为6瓣橘型超细纤维面层、或为8瓣橘型超细纤维面层、或为16瓣橘型超细纤维面层、或为24瓣橘型超细纤维面层、或为36瓣橘型超细纤维面层。所述涤纶预针刺毡为涤纶长丝基布上、下表层水刺复合涤纶纤维网。所述橘瓣型超细纤维的单纤直径为10-100nm。

实施例3
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种易清洗涤纶针刺毡,所述针刺毡为在涤纶预针刺毡层2表面水刺复合橘瓣型分裂纤维面层所述针刺毡为在涤纶预针刺毡层表面水刺复合多橘瓣型超细纤维面层1,所述橘瓣型超细纤维面层1表面经表面处理剂进行抗静电处理。所述多橘瓣型超细纤维面层1为橘瓣型超细分裂纤维在线水刺开纤构成多橘瓣型超细纤维面层。所述多橘瓣型超细纤维面层1为6瓣橘型超细纤维面层、或为8瓣橘型超细纤维面层、或为16瓣橘型超细纤维面层、或为24瓣橘型超细纤维面层、或为36瓣橘型超细纤维面层。所述涤纶预针刺毡为涤纶长丝基布上、下表层水刺复合涤纶纤维网。所述橘瓣型超细纤维的单纤直径为10-100nm。
所述表面处理剂由以下原料制备而成:聚四氟乙烯乳液15份;聚丙烯酸酯乳液7份,偶联剂0.7份,抗静电剂0.5份,余量为去离子水。
本发明的制作工艺:开松混合后的涤纶短纤维梳理后通过交叉铺网形成涤纶纤维网,再将橘瓣型分裂纤维喂入开松混棉机开松处理,后进入梳理机进行纤维梳理。将梳理好的橘瓣型分裂纤维以一定厚度均匀铺叠在涤纶短纤维网上面,后通过传送带和压力辊作用进入水刺机进行水刺预刺过程,使得纤维网降低蓬松度以便更好地进行水刺加固,继续进入几道水刺加固后进入热风烘燥箱进行干燥处理,最后收集成卷。再进行热定型、烧毛、轧光、涂层等后处理工序,然后进行分切成卷制袋。所述橘瓣型分裂纤维,经过水刺开纤后成为超细纤维,滤料纤维比表面积增大,纤维直径更细,滤材孔径率高,孔隙率大,且表面光滑平整,易于清洁多次有效使用。可生产出克重轻而强度较高的高效过滤性能的过滤材料,生产成本低。
本发明易清洗涤纶针刺毡主要适用于烟气废气过滤,橘瓣型分裂纤维面层能够有效捕捉PM2.5颗粒,过滤效率高,过滤后粉尘排放量都小于10mg/m3,尤其能够高效过滤掉PM2.5颗粒,达到实现烟尘的高标准排放,应用前景很广,用途面大,效率高

1.一种易清洗涤纶针刺毡,其特征在于:所述针刺毡为在涤纶预针刺毡层表面水刺复合多橘瓣型超细纤维面层,所述橘瓣型超细纤维面层表面经表面处理剂进行抗静电处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗涤纶针刺毡,其特征在于:所述表面处理剂由以下原料制备而成:聚四氟乙烯乳液10-20份;聚丙烯酸酯乳液5-10份,偶联剂0.5-1份,抗静电剂0.3-0.8份,余量为去离子水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的易清洗涤纶针刺毡,其特征在于:所述表面处理剂由以下原料制备而成:聚四氟乙烯乳液15份;聚丙烯酸酯乳液7份,偶联剂0.7份,抗静电剂0.5份,余量为去离子水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗涤纶针刺毡,其特征在于:所述多橘瓣型超细纤维面层为橘瓣型超细分裂纤维在线水刺开纤构成多橘瓣型超细纤维面层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的易清洗涤纶针刺毡,其特征在于:所述多橘瓣型超细纤维面层为6瓣橘型超细纤维面层、或为8瓣橘型超细纤维面层、或为16瓣橘型超细纤维面层、或为24瓣橘型超细纤维面层、或为36瓣橘型超细纤维面层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗涤纶针刺毡,其特征在于:所述超细纤维的单纤直径为10-100nm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗涤纶针刺毡,其特征在于:所述涤纶预针刺毡为涤纶长丝基布上、下表层水刺复合涤纶纤维网。
