残疾人辅助器具的科研开发是残疾人康复工作的基础和保障,辅具对于残疾人的康复、就业、就学、独立生活都有着非常重要的意义,是残疾人克服身体功能障碍,平等参与社会生活的重要支持手段,也是残疾人区别于其他社会群体的特殊需求之一。辅具服务事业是党和政府关心和支持残疾人事业的重要载体,也反映了一个国家和社会的文明进步的程度。
人的身体因长期受自身体重、年龄老化及其他外重力、压力、职业习惯性姿势、天灾、人祸等因素的影响,使得人们身体会出现各种缺陷或残疾,比如:颈椎疾病、腰椎疾病、上肢疾病、下肢疾病等,甚至会出现偏瘫、截瘫及其他重症,这些疾病给患者带来病痛及不适,故研制一种功能强大、价格低廉、通用性和实用性强、安全可靠的辅具迫在眉睫!为此,项目组研发一款多功能娱乐健身康复车,该车可对偏瘫等病人或残疾人在休闲娱乐过程中轻松的进行颈椎、腰椎、上肢、下肢等身体全方位被动、主动和康复运动,也可通过该设备进行理疗和健身达到预防疾病的目的。多功能娱乐健身康复车主要由颈椎腰椎被动和主动康复训练装置、上肢被动和主动康复训练装置、下肢被动和主动康复训练装置、四轮自行车支撑架和动态、静态、前进、后退、转弯娱乐训练模式转换装置组成,本发明主要介绍下肢被动和主动康复训练装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的:本发明研制一种下肢被动和主动康复训练装置,该装置属于娱乐健身康复车的一部分,利用该装置可使偏瘫等病人或残疾人在娱乐健身康复车上轻松的进行下肢的被动恢复性和主动康复训练,也可通过该装置进行下肢的理疗健身,达到预防疾病的目的。
本发明的技术方案是:一种娱乐健身康复车下肢被动和主动康复训练装置,其本体主要由左腿伸缩装置、右腿伸缩装置、传动机构、摩擦打滑装置和四轮自行车支撑架组成,所述的传动机构的主动链轮5空套在摩擦打滑装置17的蜗杆轴11轴上,主动链轮离合器7处在蜗杆轴11的一端,实现主动链轮5和蜗杆轴11的离合,左腿伸缩装置的左曲柄26和右腿伸缩装置的右曲柄28固结在传动机构的从动链轮25的两侧,左腿伸缩装置的大腿左支撑杆23和右腿伸缩装置的大腿右支撑杆32分别通过圆柱销钉与四轮自行车支撑架座板21组成圆柱转动副,颈椎腰椎提拉摩擦打滑装置的传动轴一13和动力源的电机1联接,传动机构的从动链轮25、双联链轮牙盘19和支撑框架39,以及摩擦打滑装置的蜗杆轴11和传动轴一13均通过轴承支撑在四轮自行车支撑架38上。

所述的摩擦打滑装置17主要由轴承支座一2、主动摩擦片支撑板一3、主动摩擦片一4、从动摩擦片一6、从动摩擦片支撑板一8、轴承支座三9蜗杆轴11、轴承支座二12、传动轴一13、调压螺母一14、垫片一15和弹簧一16组成,所述的传动轴一13前端一段为方形轴,中间有一段螺纹,主动摩擦片支撑板一3内部孔为方形孔,主动摩擦片支撑板一3的方形孔和传动轴一13前端的方形轴组成间隙配合,主动摩擦片支撑板一3可在传动轴一13前端的方形轴段轴向移动,主动摩擦片一4和主动摩擦片支撑板一3固结,从动摩擦片一6和从动摩擦片支撑板一8固结,弹簧一16套装在传动轴一13上,两端分别与垫片一15和主动摩擦片支撑板一3接触,调压螺母一14和传动轴一13的螺纹啮合,通过垫片一15、弹簧一16和主动摩擦片支撑板一3把主动摩擦片一4压紧在从动摩擦片一6上,压紧力由调压螺母一14调节,从动摩擦片支撑板一8和蜗杆轴11固结,蜗杆轴11和传动轴一13分别由轴承支座支撑。
本发明的有益效果是:该装置可使偏瘫等病人或残疾人在娱乐健身康复车上轻松的进行下肢被动恢复性和主动康复训练,也可通过该装置进行下肢的理疗健身,达到预防疾病的目的。

如图1—图4,下肢被动和主动康复训练装置可实现下肢被动恢复性和主动康复训练。
当需要下肢被动康复训练时,首先把康复病人坐在娱乐健身康复车上,左腿的大小腿分别搭在大腿左支撑杆23和小腿左支撑杆24,右腿的大小腿分别搭在大腿右支撑杆32和小腿右支撑杆30上,左、右腿分别由均布的多个左腿固定架22和右腿固定架31上的绑带绑紧,随后启动电机1,电机1的驱动力经摩擦打滑装置驱动蜗杆轴11转动,因主动链轮5空套在蜗杆轴11轴上,当主动链轮离合器7没有使主动链轮5和蜗杆轴11结合时,主动链轮5不转动,只有通过旋转主动链轮离合器7的离合器旋钮10,通过主动链轮离合器7使主动链轮5空套在蜗杆轴11结合时,转动的蜗杆轴11才能带动主动链轮5同步转动,主动链轮5把动力依次经传动链一18、双联链轮牙盘19、传动链二20和从动链轮25驱动左曲柄26和右曲柄28圆周转动,左曲柄26驱动由左曲柄26、小腿左支撑杆24和大腿左支撑杆23组成的曲柄摇杆运动,同时右曲柄28驱动由右曲柄28、小腿右支撑杆30和大腿右支撑杆32组成曲柄摇杆机构运动,于是小腿左支撑杆24和大腿左支撑杆23带动和其捆绑在一起的左腿按照曲柄摇杆规律的路线运动,小腿右支撑杆30和大腿右支撑杆32带动和其捆绑在一起的右腿按照曲柄摇杆规律的路线运动,从而达到被动恢复性训练的目的。当运动阻力达到设定力或机构卡死时,提拉摩擦打滑装置的主动摩擦片和从动摩擦片之间便会出现摩擦打滑现象,从动摩擦片因打滑停止转动,从而避免了因下肢继续运动导致扭伤或设备卡死损坏的危险,设定力的大小是由摩擦打滑装置的调压螺母一14调节。当下肢不需要被动恢复性训练时,可以通过旋转主动链轮离合器7的离合器旋钮10使主动链轮5和蜗杆轴11的脱离结合状态,还可通过停止电机1的方式实现。
当需要下肢主动康复训练时,首先把康复病人坐在娱乐健身康复车上,左腿的大小腿分别搭在大腿左支撑杆23和小腿左支撑杆24,右腿的大小腿分别搭在大腿右支撑杆32和小腿右支撑杆30上,左、右腿分别由均布的多个左腿固定架22和右腿固定架31上的绑带绑紧,左右脚分别固定在左脚踏板27和右脚踏板29上,并使电机1断电,然后像骑自行车一样,两腿交替的蹬脚踏板使从动链轮25转动,从动链轮25把驱动力依次经传动链二20、双联链轮牙盘19和传动链一18驱动主动链轮5转动,主动链轮5转动带动蜗杆轴11转动(因此时通过调节旋转主动链轮离合器7的离合器旋钮10已使主动链轮5转动带动蜗杆轴11结合),蜗杆轴11带动从动摩擦片一6转动,因电机1有抱闸刹车装置,和电机轴固结在一起的传动轴一13不转动,套装在传动轴一13的主动摩擦片一4也不能转动,故从动摩擦片一6相对于主动摩擦片一4开始出现摩擦打滑,从动摩擦片一6与主动摩擦片一4之间的摩擦阻力确定了下肢主动康复训练的运动阻力,通过摩擦打滑装置的调压螺母一14可调节下肢主动康复训练的运动阻力大小。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种娱乐健身康复车下肢被动和主动康复训练装置,其特征是所述的传动机构主要由主动链轮、主动链轮离合器、离合器旋钮、传动链一、双联链轮牙盘、传动链二和从动链轮组成,双联链轮牙盘为大、小两个链轮牙盘固结在一起的双联链轮牙盘,双联链轮牙盘的大链轮牙盘与传动链一和主动链轮组成一套链传动,双联链轮牙盘的小链轮牙盘与传动链二和从动链轮组成另外一套链传动,通过旋转主动链轮离合器的离合器旋钮实现主动链轮和蜗杆轴的离合。
