本发明涉及一种光电复合承荷探测电缆,包括从外向内依次包裹的绝缘护套层、钢丝编制层、绝缘层、钢管、纤膏、光纤,绝缘护套层外面绞合环套有内铠装层,内铠装层外绞合环套有外铠装层;所述内铠装层由多根截面为圆形的钢丝绞合环套于绝缘护套层外部,所述外铠装层由多根截面为圆形的钢丝绞合环套于内铠装层外部。本发明所提供的电缆,在提高电缆承载力的同时还提高的电缆的导电性、密封性与可靠性。

光电复合承荷探测电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,具体的说,是涉及一种光电复合承荷探测电缆。
背景技术
随着电缆测井技术的迅猛发展,以及新型测井仪器的问世,与之配套使用的承荷探测电缆生产技术日益完善,这类电缆作为挂重仪器测量用连接线,主要用于各类油,气井的测井、射孔、取芯等作业;也可用于海洋调查,河流、港湾、水利、水文测量以及煤田地质勘探、地热测井等方面。
上述电缆中,分别有深井电缆、超深井电缆以及特超深井电缆。电缆的承重能力、防溢流性能、安装使用的方便性以及信号传输能力均对电缆质量起决定性作用。
因为外铠装层和内铠装层的钢丝之间的缝隙较大,电缆铠装层的密封性较差,会导致外部腐蚀液体腐蚀电缆内部,影响电缆正常使用寿命。因此需要改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种光电复合承荷探测电缆,提高电缆承载力,提高的电缆的导电性、密封性与可靠性。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种光电复合承荷探测电缆,包括从外向内依次包裹的绝缘护套层、钢丝编制层、绝缘层、钢管、纤膏、光纤,绝缘护套层外面绞合环套有内铠装层,内铠装层外绞合环套有外铠装层;所述内铠装层由多根截面为圆形的钢丝绞合环套于绝缘护套层外部,所述外铠装层由多根截面为圆形的钢丝绞合环套于内铠装层外部。
所述绝缘层为改性聚丙烯或氟塑料材质制成。
绝缘护套层采用聚丙烯或铁氟龙材质制成。
所述绝缘层的厚度为0.6-1.1mm。
所述内铠装层的圆形钢丝的直径为0.5-1.3mm。
外铠装层的圆形钢丝的直径为0.5-1.3mm。
内铠装层的钢丝一致向左或向右螺旋绞合;外铠装层与内铠装层螺旋方向相反。
本发明的有益效果是:在提高电缆承载力的同时还提高的电缆的导电性、密封性与可靠性,具体如下。
(1)光纤是传输信号的作用,用于测量井下温度、压力、流量,解决了传统测量方法中多个传感器、仪器较长的问题。纤膏采用耐高温纤膏。铜丝,屏蔽且供电,屏蔽使传输信号更纯净,减少干扰。铜丝供电,为井下设备提供动能,而且铜丝比较柔软,不影响电缆的灵活性。
(2)绝缘护套层使电缆形成密闭结构,不但能为铜丝起到绝缘作用,而且密封性相对于现有电缆而言有了极大的提升,在能够防止溢油污染的同时,能够减少液体腐蚀物进入电缆内部,防止电缆内部被腐蚀,保证电缆的抗拉强度,提高电缆的使用寿命。
(3)外铠装层与内铠装层的钢丝捻向相反,具有良好的不旋转性,牢固、不易散开,捻距大,结构伸长小。
(4)钢管具有一定的硬度,能够使电缆保持圆形,而且能够保护光纤。
(5)电缆外表光滑耐磨,形成纯圆形结构,可防止在使用过程中电缆遇阻、遇卡问题的出现。

一种光电复合承荷探测电缆,包括从外向内依次包裹的绝缘护套层1、钢丝编制层2、绝缘层3、钢管4、纤膏5、光纤6,绝缘护套层外面绞合环套有内铠装层7,内铠装层外绞合环套有外铠装层8;所述内铠装层由多根截面为圆形的钢丝绞合环套于绝缘护套层外部,所述外铠装层由多根截面为圆形的钢丝绞合环套于内铠装层外部。
所述绝缘层为改性聚丙烯或氟塑料材质制成。
绝缘护套层采用聚丙烯或铁氟龙材质制成。
所述绝缘层的厚度为0.6-1.1mm。可以采用0.60 mm、0.65 mm、0.75 mm、0.85 mm、0.95 mm、1.05 mm、1.10 mm。
所述内铠装层的圆形钢丝的直径为0.5-1.3mm。可以采用0.5 mm、0.6 mm、0.7mm、0.8mm、0.9 mm、1.00mm、1.10mm、1.20mm、1.30mm。
外铠装层的圆形钢丝的直径为0.5-1.3mm。钢丝直径可以采用0.5 mm、0.6 mm、0.7mm、0.8mm、0.9 mm、1.00mm、1.10mm、1.20mm、1.30mm。
内铠装层的钢丝一致向左或向右螺旋绞合;外铠装层与内铠装层螺旋方向相反。

1.一种光电复合承荷探测电缆,其特征在于,包括从外向内依次包裹的绝缘护套层、钢丝编制层、绝缘层、钢管、纤膏、光纤,绝缘护套层外面绞合环套有内铠装层,内铠装层外绞合环套有外铠装层;所述内铠装层由多根截面为圆形的钢丝绞合环套于绝缘护套层外部,所述外铠装层由多根截面为圆形的钢丝绞合环套于内铠装层外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光电复合承荷探测电缆,其特征在于,所述绝缘层为改性聚丙烯或氟塑料材质制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的光电复合承荷探测电缆,其特征在于,绝缘护套层采用聚丙烯或铁氟龙材质制成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的光电复合承荷探测电缆,其特征在于,所述绝缘层的厚度为0.6-1.1mm。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的光电复合承荷探测电缆,其特征在于,所述内铠装层的圆形钢丝的直径为0.5-1.3mm。
