本发明涉及电缆领域,具体的说是涉及WMF高韧性低应力承荷探测电缆。该WMF高韧性低应力承荷探测电缆,包括铜绞线、绝缘层、铠装层,其特征在于,所述铜绞线中间充填阻水沙,外围包裹内绝缘层,所述内绝缘层外侧套装阻水管,所述阻水管的外侧套装高强度皱纹复合合金管,所述高强度皱纹复合合金管外侧充填外绝缘层,所述外绝缘层的外侧环套有铠装层,所述开铠装层分为内铠装层和外铠装层,内铠装层外环套外铠装层,所述内铠装层、外铠装层由多根细钢丝合股后铠装而成,且内铠装层与外铠装层的铠装方向相反。

WMF高韧性低应力承荷探测电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,具体的说是涉及WMF高韧性低应力承荷探测电缆。
背景技术
承荷探测电缆作为下井仪器测量用连接线,在传递信号的同时,还具有承载设备的作用。现有承荷探测电缆,内、外铠装层均为圆钢丝铠装而成,且内、外铠装层合股方向相反,下井时承荷探测电缆会随仪器旋转,过度的旋转不可避免的会使电缆产生鼓包、跳丝,降低电缆的使用寿命,影响电缆的正常使用。综上所述,有必要设计一种新的电缆,来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种具有新的铠装结构的WMF高韧性低应力承荷探测电缆。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
WMF高韧性低应力承荷探测电缆,包括铜绞线、绝缘层、铠装层,其特征在于,所述铜绞线中间充填阻水沙,外围包裹内绝缘层,所述内绝缘层外侧套装阻水管,所述阻水管的外侧套装高强度皱纹复合合金管,所述高强度皱纹复合合金管外侧充填外绝缘层,所述外绝缘层的外侧环套有铠装层,所述开铠装层分为内铠装层和外铠装层,内铠装层外环套外铠装层,所述内铠装层、外铠装层由多根细钢丝合股后铠装而成,且内铠装层与外铠装层的铠装方向相反。
进一步的,所述铜绞线为铜丝、镀锡铜丝或镀银铜丝。
所述内绝缘层为XLPE绝缘材料或聚醚醚酮,在较高温度时依然保持较好的绝缘性能。
所述内绝缘层的厚度为0.10-0.65mm。
所述外绝缘层材质为改性聚丙烯或氟塑料。
所述外绝缘层2的厚度为0.45-1.2mm。
所述阻水沙、阻水管为高速膨胀阻水材质,每秒膨胀2-5mm高度,当电缆首端进水时,阻水沙能瞬间阻止水沿纵向延伸,将水阻止在电缆的首部,保证其电气性能。
所述铜绞线为单芯或多芯结构,当铜绞线为多芯结构时,每一芯的铜绞线外围均包裹有内绝缘层,相邻的内绝缘层绞合后套装阻水管。
所述内铠装层、外铠装层由多根钢丝合股成钢丝绳,多根钢丝绳铠装而成,铠装方向相反,这样的合股方式可以极大地减小钢丝的应力集中,使电缆更加柔软,应力极低,在使用过程中降低了电缆的旋转幅度,杜绝了电缆鼓包、跳丝的现象。
所述内铠装层和外铠装层之间充填密封胶,使得内铠装层和外铠装层之间无间隙存在,防止电缆内部被腐蚀和污染。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的WMF高韧性低应力承荷探测电缆,改变了铠装结构,由传统的单根圆钢丝,变为合股钢丝绳,降低电缆内部扭力,提高韧性,是电缆在使用时旋转幅度降低,解决电缆鼓包、跳丝的问题,同时本发明的电缆具有纵向阻水功能,防止电缆内部被腐蚀和污染。

具体实施方式
附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。如附图1所示,该WMF高韧性低应力承荷探测电缆,包括铜绞线1、绝缘层、铠装层,铜绞线1为铜丝、镀锡铜丝或镀银铜丝,铜绞线1中间充填阻水沙5,外围包裹厚度为0.10-0.65mm内绝缘层3,内绝缘层8为XLPE绝缘材料或聚醚醚酮,在较高温度时依然保持较好的绝缘性能。所述内绝缘层8外侧套装阻水管7,所述阻水管7的外侧套装高强度皱纹复合合金管6,所述高强度皱纹复合合金管6外侧充填外绝缘层2,外绝缘层2材质为改性聚丙烯或氟塑料,厚度为0.45-1.2mm;所述外绝缘层2的外侧环套有铠装层,所述开铠装层分为内铠装层3和外铠装层4,内铠装层3外环套外铠装层4,所述内铠装层3、外铠装层4由多根细钢丝合股后铠装而成,且内铠装层3与外铠装层4的铠装方向相反,内铠装层3和外铠装层4之间充填密封胶9,使得内铠装层3和外铠装层4之间无间隙存在,防止电缆内部被腐蚀和污染。
所述阻水沙5、阻水管7为高速膨胀阻水材质,每秒膨胀2-5mm高度,当电缆首端进水时,阻水沙能瞬间阻止水沿纵向延伸,将水阻止在电缆的首部,保证其电气性能。
铜绞线1为单芯或多芯结构,当铜绞线1为多芯结构时,每一芯的铜绞线1外围均包裹有内绝缘层8,相邻的内绝缘层8绞合后套装阻水管7。
所述内铠装层3、外铠装层4由多根钢丝合股成钢丝绳,多根钢丝绳铠装而成,铠装方向相反,例如多根钢丝合股成钢丝绳时,合股方向为左向,内铠装层3的铠装方向为右向,则外铠装层4的铠装方向为左向,或内铠装层3的铠装方向为左向,则外铠装层4的铠装方向为右向,这样的合股方式可以极大地减小钢丝的应力集中,使电缆更加柔软,应力极低,在使用过程中降低了电缆的旋转幅度,杜绝了电缆鼓包、跳丝的现象。
本发明的WMF高韧性低应力承荷探测电缆,改变了铠装结构,由传统的单根圆钢丝,变为合股钢丝绳,降低电缆内部扭力,提高韧性,是电缆在使用时旋转幅度降低,解决电缆鼓包、跳丝的问题,同时本发明的电缆具有纵向阻水功能,防止电缆内部被腐蚀和污染

Claims (10)

1.WMF高韧性低应力承荷探测电缆,包括铜绞线(1)、绝缘层、铠装层,其特征在于:所述铜绞线(1)中间充填阻水沙(5),外围包裹内绝缘层(3),所述内绝缘层(8)外侧套装阻水管(7),所述阻水管(7)的外侧套装高强度皱纹复合合金管(6),所述高强度皱纹复合合金管(6)外侧充填外绝缘层(2),所述外绝缘层(2)的外侧环套有铠装层,所述开铠装层分为内铠装层(3)和外铠装层(4),内铠装层(3)外环套外铠装层(4),所述内铠装层(3)、外铠装层(4)由多根细钢丝合股后铠装而成,且内铠装层(3)与外铠装层(4)的铠装方向相反。
2.根据权利要求1所述的WMF高韧性低应力承荷探测电缆,其特征在于:所述铜绞线(1)为铜丝、镀锡铜丝或镀银铜丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的WMF高韧性低应力承荷探测电缆,其特征在于:所述内绝缘层(8)为XLPE绝缘材料或聚醚醚酮。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的WMF高韧性低应力承荷探测电缆,其特征在于:所述内绝缘层(8)的厚度为0.10-0.65mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的WMF高韧性低应力承荷探测电缆,其特征在于:所述外绝缘层(2)材质为改性聚丙烯或氟塑料。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的WMF高韧性低应力承荷探测电缆,其特征在于:所述外绝缘层(2)的厚度为0.45-1.2mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的WMF高韧性低应力承荷探测电缆,其特征在于:所述阻水沙(5)、阻水管(7)为高速膨胀阻水材质,每秒膨胀2-5mm高度。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的WMF高韧性低应力承荷探测电缆,其特征在于:所述铜绞线(1)为单芯或多芯结构,当铜绞线(1)为多芯结构时,每一芯的铜绞线(1)外围均包裹有内绝缘层(8),相邻的内绝缘层(8)绞合后套装阻水管(7)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的WMF高韧性低应力承荷探测电缆,其特征在于:所述内铠装层(3)、外铠装层(4)由多根钢丝合股成钢丝绳,多根钢丝绳铠装而成,铠装方向相反。
10.根据权利要求1或9所述的WMF高韧性低应力承荷探测电缆,其特征在于:所述内铠装层(3)和外铠装层(4)之间充填密封胶(9),使得内铠装层(3)和外铠装层(4)之间无间隙存在。
