Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of liquid crystal product manufacturing, in particular to a touch substrate and a touch display device.
Background
Currently, an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) display module is widely applied to various electronic products as a display component of an electronic device, and with the development of display technologies and increasing demands of users, a full-screen mobile phone is more and more favored by users. The common full-screen display module is designed by adopting a pad bonding technology, a touch substrate is connected with a main circuit board through a flexible circuit board, and a sensor on the touch substrate transmits a signal to a touch circuit chip on the main circuit board through the flexible circuit board arranged in a bent mode. Although the lower frame can be reduced to a certain extent by the method, the reduction of the lower frame is not obvious due to the limitation of the connection process of the flexible circuit board; and because one end of the flexible circuit board needs to be bound and connected to the touch substrate, the binding connection area of the flexible substrate can be subjected to certain stress, and the binding connection area of the flexible substrate is actually an ACF (Anisotropic Conductive Film) adhesive, so that the reliability of the touch function is difficult to avoid being affected.

As shown in fig. 1, the existing touch substrate is connected with the main circuit board through the flexible circuit board 30, the sensor on the touch substrate 10 transmits a signal to the touch circuit chip on the main circuit board through the flexible circuit board 30 set by bending, the flexible circuit board 30 includes a first binding connection area bound and connected with the sensor on the touch substrate 10, and a second binding connection area bound and connected with the main circuit board, the flexible circuit board 30 is bent to make the first binding connection area and the second binding connection area all receive certain stress, thereby easily causing the connection instability of the first binding connection area and the second binding connection area, thereby affecting the reliability of the touch function, and due to the limitation of the flexible circuit board connection process, the width of the lower frame of the display module is also limited. The polarizer 20 is disposed on the side of the touch substrate 10 away from the display panel 40, and due to the limitation of the first binding connection region, the length of the polarizer 20 in the first direction (the X direction in fig. 1) is limited, so that the risk of light leakage is high.
In view of the above problems, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the present embodiment provides a touch substrate, including a flexible substrate, where the flexible substrate includes:
a touch sensing area 31 for setting a touch sensing structure;
a binding connection region 33 for connecting with a main circuit board of the display device;
a first bendable region 32 located between the touch sensing region 31 and the bonding region 33, wherein a signal line for transmitting a signal of the touch sensing structure to the touch circuit chip 6 is disposed on the first bendable region 32.
The first bendable region 32 of the flexible substrate is provided with a signal line for transmitting the signal of the touch sensing structure to the touch circuit chip 6, i.e. the function of the flexible circuit board is integrated on the flexible substrate, and the flexible circuit board does not need to be arranged independently, so that the connection instability caused by bending is avoided due to the integrated arrangement, and the reliability of the touch function is enhanced; the flexible circuit board is omitted, so that the cost is reduced; and the thickness of the flexible substrate base plate is far smaller than that of the flexible circuit board, so that the width of the lower edge of the display module is narrower due to the fact that the flexible circuit board is omitted, and the comprehensive screen design is achieved.
In order to clearly show the positions of the touch sensing area 31, the first bendable area 32, and the bonding area 33, the positions are divided by dotted lines in fig. 4, it should be noted that fig. 4 is a schematic diagram, and the positions of the dotted lines in fig. 4 are drawn only for illustrating the positions of the touch sensing area 31, the first bendable area 32, and the bonding area 33, and are not limited to the protection range of the touch substrate.
The touch circuit chip 6 may be disposed on a main circuit board of the display device, or may be integrated on the flexible substrate, in this embodiment, the touch circuit chip 6 is disposed in the bonding area 33, and an orthographic projection of the touch circuit chip on the bonding area completely falls within the bonding area, so that the touch circuit chip 6 and the touch sensing structure are integrated into a whole, thereby effectively enhancing reliability of a touch function.
The touch sensing structure may have a plurality of specific structural forms, in this embodiment, the touch sensing structure includes a plurality of sensors distributed in an array manner in the touch sensing area 31, but not limited thereto.
The sensor located in the touch sensing area 31 transmits a signal to the touch circuit chip 6 on the binding connection area 33 through the signal line on the first bending area, and the sensor, the signal line and the touch circuit chip 6 are integrated into a whole, so that the reliability of a touch function is enhanced.
