Abstract

一种变速箱靶向修复技术,是由下述重量百分比的原料组成:三次加氢基础油78%‑90%,纳米铜及其合金靶向修复因子0.5%‑10%,复合添加剂8%‑12%。本发明技术产品用于变速箱润滑,与变速箱润滑油配合使用,可免拆靶向修复变速箱磨损,解决变速箱异响、换挡不畅、加速无力、顿挫等问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑油添加剂技术领域,特别涉及一种变速箱靶向修复技术。
背景技术
汽车变速箱如果不按时保养或保养不当或使用不当会产生异响,换挡不畅,加速无力、顿挫等问题。此类故障产生的主要原因是汽车长期处于高负荷状态下,变速箱油温升高,抗磨性能和润滑性能下降,导致变速箱内轴承、齿轮、部件等出现磨损。出现此类问题通常的做法是把变速箱从汽车上拆解下来进行故障诊断,更换配件等进行维修,这种做法耗时耗力,代价不菲。变速箱靶向修复因子具有纳米材料特性,能附着在变速箱摩擦副表面,形成抗剪切力极高的油膜,减少摩擦阻力。在磨损部位,由于高温和极压作用被激活,能熔融并牢固渗嵌到金属表面凹痕和微孔的晶格中,与金属基体形成合金,从而达到靶向修复变速箱磨损的目的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种与润滑油一起使用,减少变速箱磨损发热,即时修复变速箱磨损,还可免拆解决变速箱换挡不畅、异响和顿挫的技术方案。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种变速箱靶向修复技术,其特征在于,是由下述重量百分比的组成原料:三次加氢基础油:78%-90%;纳米铜及其合金靶向修复因子:0.5%-10%;复合添加剂:8%-12%;复合添加剂含有清净分散剂、抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂、抗泡剂、粘度指数改进剂、降凝剂、摩擦改进剂、金属减活剂。
所述的基础油为100N、150N、500N、150BS中的两种或两种以上。所述的纳米铜及其合金靶向修复因子为由亲油性官能团修饰的纳米铜及其合金杂化材料,粒径为5-20nm,所述的纳米铜及其合金靶向修复因子的合金组分为锌、锡、镍、铁、银、钼、钨中的一种或两种以上。所述的复合添加剂中清净分散剂为磺酸盐、烷基水杨酸盐、聚异丁烯丁二酸酯中至少一种。所述的复合添加剂中抗氧剂为硫磷烷基酚锌盐、2,6-二叔丁基酚、4,4’-亚甲基双-(2,6-二叔丁基酚)中至少一种。所述的复合添加剂中极压抗磨剂为硫化异丁烯、二烷基二硫代磷酸盐中至少一种。所述的复合添加剂中抗泡剂为聚丙烯酸酯、甲基硅油中至少一种。所述的复合添加剂中粘度指数改进剂为聚异丁烯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚烷基苯乙烯中至少一种。所述的复合添加剂中降凝剂为聚α烯烃、聚丙烯酸酯中至少一种。所述的复合添加剂中摩擦改进剂为硫磷酸钼锌复合物。所述的复合添加剂中金属减活剂为苯三唑衍生物、噻二唑衍生物中至少一种。
本发明取得的有益效果在于:可直接与变速箱润滑油配合使用,可有助于降低变速箱工作温度,减少变速箱磨损和发热,有效修复变速箱内部磨损,消除异响、换挡顺畅,延长变速箱使用寿命。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种变速箱靶向修复技术,是由下述重量百分比的原料组成:150N基础油17%、500N基础油45%、150BS基础油26%、纳米铜及其合金靶向修复因子4%、低碱值烷基水杨酸钙1.5%、聚异丁烯丁二酸酯0.5%、2,6-二叔丁基酚0.5%、二辛基二硫代磷酸锌碱式盐0.5%、聚丙烯酸酯0.005%、聚异丁烯4%、聚α烯烃0.35%、硫磷酸钼锌复合物0.5%、噻二唑多硫化物0.145%。将上述原料加入调和釜中,开启调和釜搅拌均匀后得到添加剂粗品,再将得到的粗品经800目过滤泵过滤即可。可用于手动变速箱养护与磨损靶向修复。
实施例2
一种变速箱靶向修复技术,是由下述重量百分比的原料组成:100N基础油27%、150N基础油63%、纳米铜及其合金靶向修复因子6%、有机磺酸钙1.5%、聚异丁烯丁二酸酯0.5%、2,6-二叔丁基酚0.5%、二烷基二硫代磷酸盐0.6%、甲基硅油0.003%、聚丙烯酸酯0.4%、硫磷酸钼锌复合物0.4%、噻二唑多硫化物0.097%。将上述原料加入调和釜中,开启调和釜搅拌均匀后得到添加剂粗品,再将得到的粗品经800目过滤泵过滤即可。可用于7速以下自动变速箱养护与磨损靶向修复。
实施例3
一种变速箱靶向修复技术,是由下述重量百分比的原料组成:100N基础油25%、150N基础油58%、纳米铜及其合金靶向修复因子8%、聚异丁烯丁二酸酯3%、4,4’-亚甲基双-(2,6-二叔丁基酚)3%、二烷基二硫代磷酸盐1.8%、甲基硅油0.005%、聚α烯烃0.4%、硫磷酸钼锌复合物0.6%、噻二唑多硫化物0.195%。将上述原料加入调和釜中,开启调和釜搅拌均匀后得到添加剂粗品,再将得到的粗品经800目过滤泵过滤即可。可用于7速以上自动变速箱养护与磨损靶向修复。

1.一种变速箱靶向修复技术,其特征在于,是由下述重量百分比的组成原料:
三次加氢基础油:78%-90%;
纳米铜及其合金靶向修复因子:0.5%-10%;
复合添加剂:8%-12%;
复合添加剂含有清净分散剂、抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂、抗泡剂、粘度指数改进剂、降凝剂、摩擦改进剂、金属减活剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种变速箱靶向修复技术,其特征在于,所述的基础油为100N、150N、500N、150BS中的两种或两种以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种变速箱靶向修复技术,其特征在于,所述的纳米铜及其合金靶向修复因子为由亲油性官能团修饰的纳米铜及其合金杂化材料,粒径为5-20nm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种变速箱靶向修复技术,其特征在于,所述的纳米铜及其合金靶向修复因子的合金组分为锌、锡、镍、铁、银、钼、钨中的一种或两种以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种变速箱靶向修复技术,其特征在于,所述的复合添加剂中清净分散剂为磺酸盐、烷基水杨酸盐、聚异丁烯丁二酸酯中至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种变速箱靶向修复技术,其特征在于,所述的复合添加剂中抗氧剂为硫磷烷基酚锌盐、2,6-二叔丁基酚、4,4’-亚甲基双-(2,6-二叔丁基酚)中至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种变速箱靶向修复技术,其特征在于,所述的复合添加剂中极压抗磨剂为硫化异丁烯、二烷基二硫代磷酸盐中至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种变速箱靶向修复技术,其特征在于,所述的复合添加剂中抗泡剂为聚丙烯酸酯、甲基硅油中至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种变速箱靶向修复技术,其特征在于,所述的复合添加剂中粘度指数改进剂为聚异丁烯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚烷基苯乙烯中至少一种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种变速箱靶向修复技术,其特征在于,所述的复合添加剂中降凝剂为聚α烯烃、聚丙烯酸酯中至少一种。
11.根据权利要求1所述的一种变速箱靶向修复技术,其特征在于,所述的复合添加剂中摩擦改进剂为硫磷酸钼锌复合物。
12.根据权利要求1所述的一种变速箱靶向修复技术,其特征在于,所述的复合添加剂中金属减活剂为苯三唑衍生物、噻二唑衍生物中至少一种。
