Abstract
本发明是一种耐磨材料的表面热稳定剂的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:基础油5‑15%、天然橡胶1‑5%、顺丁橡胶1‑10%、顺丁橡胶脂5‑15%、活性氧化锌3‑9%、PH调节剂2‑3%、硬脂酸1‑5%、防老剂11‑19%、凡士林5‑7%、双酚A型环氧树脂3‑5%、高耐磨炭黑3‑5%、N‑亚水杨乙胺1‑5%、促进剂5‑10%,此时耐磨材料的表面热稳定剂具有较强的水解安定性和热稳定性。

技术领域
本发明是一种耐磨材料的表面热稳定剂的配方。
背景技术
液压油是从防锈、抗氧液压油基础上发展而来的,它有碱性高锌、碱性低锌、中性高锌型及无灰型等系列产品,可广泛用于工业、航运和移动式的液压及传动系统中,也适用于普通负载的齿轮传动装置、轴承及其他工业机械的润滑可用于高压柱塞泵系统,现有的液压油中,其水解安定性能和热稳定性能不足。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种耐磨材料的表面热稳定剂的配方,具有良好的水解安定性和热稳定性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种耐磨材料的表面热稳定剂,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:基础油5-15%、天然橡胶1-5%、顺丁橡胶1-10%、顺丁橡胶脂5-15%、活性氧化锌3-9%、PH调节剂2-3%、硬脂酸1-5%、防老剂11-19%、凡士林5-7%、双酚A型环氧树脂3-5%、高耐磨炭黑3-5%、N-亚水杨乙胺1-5%、促进剂5-10%。
有益效果:通过本方法制备耐磨材料的表面热稳定剂为纯中药配方,具有良好的水解安定性和热稳定性。

一种耐磨材料的表面热稳定剂的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:基础油5%、天然橡胶1%、顺丁橡胶1%、顺丁橡胶脂5%、活性氧化锌3%、PH调节剂2%、硬脂酸1%、防老剂11%、凡士林5%、双酚A型环氧树脂3%、高耐磨炭黑3%、N-亚水杨乙胺1%、促进剂5%,此时耐磨材料的表面热稳定剂热稳定性不理想。
实施例2
一种耐磨材料的表面热稳定剂的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:基础油15%、天然橡胶5%、顺丁橡胶10%、顺丁橡胶脂15%、活性氧化锌9%、PH调节剂3%、硬脂酸5%、防老剂19%、凡士林7%、双酚A型环氧树脂5%、高耐磨炭黑5%、N-亚水杨乙胺5%、促进剂10%,此时耐磨材料的表面热稳定剂水解安定性不足。
实施例3
一种耐磨材料的表面热稳定剂的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:基础油10%、天然橡胶3%、顺丁橡胶6%、顺丁橡胶脂10%、活性氧化锌6%、PH调节剂2.3%、硬脂酸1.5%、防老剂11.9%、凡士林5.7%、双酚A型环氧树脂3.5%、高耐磨炭黑3.5%、N-亚水杨乙胺1.5%、促进剂8%,此时耐磨材料的表面热稳定剂具有较强的水解安定性和热稳定性。

1.一种耐磨材料的表面热稳定剂的配方,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:基础油5-15%、天然橡胶1-5%、顺丁橡胶1-10%、顺丁橡胶脂5-15%、活性氧化锌3-9%、PH调节剂2-3%、硬脂酸1-5%、防老剂11-19%、凡士林5-7%、双酚A型环氧树脂3-5%、高耐磨炭黑3-5%、N-亚水杨乙胺1-5%、促进剂5-10%。
