Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗酸碱腐蚀的工业铝箔包装袋膜,包括依次设置的印刷保护层、第一胶黏剂层、铝箔层、防腐蚀钝化层、第二胶黏剂层、聚烯烃热封层;所述防腐蚀钝化层通过Cr(OH)2HCrO4、(Zr,Ti)OF2、AlF3、Al(OH)3、ZrO2的一种或多种组成物与铝基材化学反应沉积在所述铝箔层表面后形成。本发明的抗酸碱腐蚀的工业铝箔包装袋膜,通过在铝箔表面引入一层致密的惰性无机层,从而隔绝了酸碱腐蚀成分与铝箔的接触,有效解决了铝箔复合膜在包装了含酸碱成分内容物时的腐蚀脱层问题。本发明的抗酸碱腐蚀的工业铝箔包装袋膜抗酸碱腐蚀强,综合性能优越,使用效果好,具有很好的市场前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料领域,特别涉及一种抗酸碱腐蚀的工业铝箔包装袋膜。
背景技术
众所周知,铝箔是目前唯一一种用于复合包装材料的金属材料,其在无针孔缺陷的情况下不透光、不透氧、不透湿,具有理想的理论阻隔性。但是铝箔是两性金属,在接触到酸碱成分发生腐蚀现象,表现为铝箔包装袋在包装了含酸碱性成分的食品、农药后,在储存期间,这些酸碱小分子渗透过内层薄膜及胶黏剂层与铝箔相接触发生化学反应,出现脱层现象;严重时出现渗漏,存在安全质量陷患。
现有技术中,有在铝箔与内层膜间再加一层阻隔性的尼龙膜或聚酯薄膜,以其解决上述问题,但效果欠佳。其缺陷一是增加了包装成本,二是还是不能有效解决铝箔被腐蚀脱层的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种抗酸碱腐蚀的工业铝箔包装袋膜。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种抗酸碱腐蚀的工业铝箔包装袋膜,包括依次设置的印刷保护层、第一胶黏剂层、铝箔层、防腐蚀钝化层、第二胶黏剂层、聚烯烃热封层;
所述防腐蚀钝化层通过Cr(OH)2HCrO4、(Zr,Ti)OF2、AlF3、Al(OH)3、ZrO2的一种或多种组成物与铝基材化学反应沉积在所述铝箔层表面后形成。
优选的是,所述防腐蚀钝化层的厚度为100-300nm。
优选的是,所述印刷保护层为双向拉伸聚酯薄膜或双向拉伸尼龙薄膜或双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,其厚度为12~28μm。
优选的是,所述第一胶黏剂层和第二胶黏剂层均为聚氨酯胶黏剂层,其厚度为3~5μm。
优选的是,所述铝箔层的材质为软态铝箔,其厚度为6.5~9.0μm。
优选的是,所述聚烯烃热封层为三层共挤聚烯烃薄膜,包括依次设置的电晕层、芯层和热封合层。
优选的是,所述聚氨脂胶黏剂层由改性聚氨脂胶黏剂经干燥后制得,所述改性聚氨脂胶黏剂包括以下重量份的材料:

针对普通铝箔复合膜在包装了含酸碱成分的内容物,在储存流通中出现的铝箔被腐蚀脱层的问题,本发明提供了抗酸碱腐蚀的工业铝箔包装袋膜,通过在铝箔表面引入一层致密的惰性无机层,从而隔绝了酸碱腐蚀成分与铝箔的接触,有效解决了铝箔复合膜在包装了含酸碱成分内容物时的腐蚀脱层问题。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的抗酸碱腐蚀的工业铝箔包装袋膜,通过在铝箔表面引入一层致密的惰性无机层,从而隔绝了酸碱腐蚀成分与铝箔的接触,有效解决了铝箔复合膜在包装了含酸碱成分内容物时的腐蚀脱层问题。本发明的抗酸碱腐蚀的工业铝箔包装袋膜抗酸碱腐蚀强,综合性能优越,使用效果好,具有很好的市场前景。

应当理解,本文所使用的诸如“具有”、“包含”以及“包括”术语并不排除一个或多个其它元件或其组合的存在或添加。
如图1所示,本实施例的一种抗酸碱腐蚀的工业铝箔包装袋膜,包括由外至内依次设置的印刷保护层1、第一胶黏剂层2、铝箔层3、防腐蚀钝化层4、第二胶黏剂层5、聚烯烃热封层6。
其中,防腐蚀钝化层4通过Cr(OH)2HCrO4、(Zr,Ti)OF2、AlF3、Al(OH)3、ZrO2的一种或多种组成物与铝基材化学反应沉积在铝箔层3表面后形成,其厚度为100-300nm。
在一种实施例中,防腐蚀钝化层4通过Cr(OH)2HCrO4、(Zr,Ti)OF2、AlF3、Al(OH)3、ZrO2的一种与铝基材化学反应沉积在铝箔层3表面后形成。
在一种实施例中,防腐蚀钝化层4通过Cr(OH)2HCrO4、(Zr,Ti)OF2、AlF3、Al(OH)3和ZrO2的混合物与铝基材化学反应沉积在铝箔层3表面后形成。
其中,印刷保护层1为双向拉伸聚酯薄膜或双向拉伸尼龙薄膜或双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,其厚度为12~28μm。第一胶黏剂层2和第二胶黏剂层5均为聚氨酯胶黏剂层,作层间粘接用,其厚度为3~5μm。铝箔层3的材质为软态铝箔,表面清洁度高,其厚度为6.5~9.0μm。聚烯烃热封层6为三层共挤聚烯烃薄膜,包括由内至外(图1中由上至下)依次设置的电晕层61、芯层62和热封合层63。
聚氨脂胶黏剂层由改性聚氨脂胶黏剂经干燥后制得,改性聚氨脂胶黏剂包括以下重量份的材料:
聚砜酰胺纤维和环氧树脂的复配添加能有效提高制得的聚氨脂胶黏剂层的耐腐蚀性、耐温性、耐候性。
其中,填料为纳米碳酸钙粉、纳米氧化铝粉和纳米二氧化硅的混合物。纳米碳酸钙粉能提高粘结强度和耐温性能;纳米氧化铝粉能提高分散性能、耐疲劳性能和抗蠕变性能;纳米二氧化硅能增强粘结强度、耐腐蚀性能、密封性、抗冲击强度。纳米碳酸钙粉、纳米氧化铝粉和纳米二氧化硅作为填料,复配添加,能产生协同增强效果,大大提高制得的聚氨脂胶黏剂层的粘结强度、耐腐蚀性能、耐温性能、耐疲劳性能。
其中,助剂至少包括溶剂、稳定剂和偶联剂。
其中,改性聚氨脂胶黏剂还包括10-30重量份的闭式-1,2-二碳代十二硼烷。闭式-1,2-二碳代十二硼烷的添加能提高制得的聚氨脂胶黏剂层的化学稳定性和热稳定性,提高其耐腐蚀性能。
本发明还提供一种改性聚氨脂胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将甲苯二异氰酸酯、蓖麻油、苯乙烯、过氧化二苯甲酰、聚砜酰胺纤维、环氧树脂和助剂加入搅拌釜中加热搅拌均匀;
2)继续加入填料和固化剂,再重复搅拌,得到改性聚氨脂胶黏剂。
然后将改性聚氨脂胶黏剂辊涂在层间(印刷保护层1和铝箔层3之间的第一胶黏剂层2、防腐蚀钝化层4和聚烯烃热封层6之间的第二胶黏剂层5),干燥后即得到第一胶黏剂层2和第二胶黏剂层5。
以下还提供改性聚氨脂胶黏剂的具体实施例,以对本发明做进一步说明。

改性聚氨脂胶黏剂包括以下重量份的材料:

尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

1.一种抗酸碱腐蚀的工业铝箔包装袋膜,其特征在于,包括依次设置的印刷保护层、第一胶黏剂层、铝箔层、防腐蚀钝化层、第二胶黏剂层、聚烯烃热封层;
所述防腐蚀钝化层通过Cr(OH)2HCrO4、(Zr,Ti)OF2、AlF3、Al(OH)3、ZrO2的一种或多种组成物与铝基材化学反应沉积在所述铝箔层表面后形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗酸碱腐蚀的工业铝箔包装袋膜,其特征在于,所述防腐蚀钝化层的厚度为100-300nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗酸碱腐蚀的工业铝箔包装袋膜,其特征在于,所述印刷保护层为双向拉伸聚酯薄膜或双向拉伸尼龙薄膜或双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,其厚度为12~28μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗酸碱腐蚀的工业铝箔包装袋膜,其特征在于,所述第一胶黏剂层和第二胶黏剂层均为聚氨酯胶黏剂层,其厚度为3~5μm。
