Abstract
本发明公开了一种可均匀注水的搅拌装置,包括本体、进料口、出料口、搅拌柱和电机,进料口位于本体顶部,出料口位于本体底部,电机设置于本体的底端中心,带动竖直于本体内部中心位置的搅拌柱转动,搅拌柱由本体底部穿过其顶部,搅拌柱上设置多个横向的横杆,中空的横杆与中空的搅拌柱相通,且在横杆上有多个圆孔。本发明装置通过将水分由本体顶端直接注入,且深入本体内部,从各个角度,各个高度同时渗出,保证了饲料与水融合的均匀性,同时,加快了搅拌效率,水分同时与位于本体内各个地方的饲料接触,缩短了所需的融合时间,有利于提高工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种搅拌装置,具体是一种可均匀注水的搅拌装置,属于饲料生产领域。
背景技术
在饲料的生产过程中,需要对饲料搅拌,在搅拌时,需要在搅拌装置内添加水等液体,现有的技术是从进料口直接添加,由顶端向下渗入,这种方法会造成在搅拌过程中水分的添加融合不均匀,造成饲料各部分的含水量不同,直接影响饲料的融合程度,同时,也不利于提高搅拌的效率。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种可均匀注水的搅拌装置,以实现搅拌过程中水分的均匀注入,提高搅拌效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种可均匀注水的搅拌装置,包括本体、进料口、出料口、搅拌柱和电机,进料口位于本体顶部,出料口位于本体底部,电机设置于本体的底端中心,带动竖直于本体内部中心位置的搅拌柱转动,搅拌柱由本体底部穿过其顶部,搅拌柱上设置多个横向的横杆,中空的横杆与中空的搅拌柱相通,且在横杆上有多个圆孔。
进一步的,在本体顶部设置水箱,通过水泵由水管将水由搅拌柱顶部注入本体内。
进一步的,搅拌柱位于本体内的部分也设置圆孔。
进一步的,搅拌柱和横杆上的圆孔为均匀分布。
本发明装置通过将水分由本体顶端直接注入,且深入本体内部,从各个角度,各个高度同时渗出,保证了饲料与水融合的均匀性,同时,加快了搅拌效率,水分同时与位于本体内各个地方的饲料接触,缩短了所需的融合时间,有利于提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,一种可均匀注水的搅拌装置,包括本体1、进料口2、出料口3、搅拌柱4和电机7,进料口2位于本体1顶部,出料口3位于本体1底部,电机7设置于本体1的底端中心,带动竖直于本体1内部中心位置的搅拌柱4转动,搅拌柱4由本体1底部穿过其顶部,搅拌柱4上设置多个横向的横杆5,中空的横杆5与中空的搅拌柱4相通,且在横杆5上有多个圆孔6。
在本体1顶部设置水箱8,通过水泵9由水管10将水由搅拌柱4顶部注入本体1内,在本体1顶部设置水箱8,可以避免使用管子人工注水,不用在爬到搅拌本体1的顶端进行注水工作,更加方便操作。
搅拌柱4位于本体1内的部分也设置圆孔6,搅拌柱4上的圆孔6作用同横杆5上的圆孔6,可以加快水的注入速度,使得在本体1内部中间位置的饲料也接触到水分。
搅拌柱4和横杆5上的圆孔6为均匀分布,这样可以使水分的深入速度更均匀。
本发明装置在使用时,在搅拌的同时,将水分由搅拌柱4顶端注入,水分流经横杆5,通过圆孔6可以渗入到本体1内部各个方向,使得饲料和水的的接触面积增加,提高了搅拌融合速度。

1.一种可均匀注水的搅拌装置,包括本体(1)、进料口(2)、出料口(3)、搅拌柱(4)和电机(7),进料口(2)位于本体(1)顶部,出料口(3)位于本体(1)底部,电机(7)设置于本体(1)的底端中心,带动竖直于本体(1)内部中心位置的搅拌柱(4)转动,其特征在于,搅拌柱(4)由本体(1)底部穿过其顶部,搅拌柱(4)上设置多个横向的横杆(5),中空的横杆(5)与中空的搅拌柱(4)相通,且在横杆(5)上有多个圆孔(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可均匀注水的搅拌装置,其特征在于,在本体(1)顶部设置水箱(8),通过水泵(9)由水管(10)将水由搅拌柱(4)顶部注入本体(1)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可均匀注水的搅拌装置,其特征在于,搅拌柱(4)位于本体(1)内的部分也设置圆孔(6)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可均匀注水的搅拌装置,其特征在于,搅拌柱(4)和横杆(5)上的圆孔(6)为均匀分布。
