Abstract
The invention discloses a mopping machine. The invention relates to a floor mopping machine, comprising: the mop comprises a mop rod, a mop body and a battery, wherein one end of the mop rod is hinged with the upper surface of the mop body; the floor mopping machine body comprises a shell, a water tank arranged in the shell, a pedal water spray pump arranged in the shell, a micro switch arranged in the shell, a driving motor arranged in the shell and a grinding disc arranged at the bottom of the shell; the battery supplies power to the driving motor; the millstone is driven by the driving motor; the micro switch is used for controlling whether the battery supplies power to the driving motor. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the user utilizes the foot to step on the running-board of pedal spray pump, and when pedal spray pump work water spray, the mill does not take place to rotate, has reduced the possibility that the user slipped.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of mopping, in particular to a mopping machine.
Background
Most of the water spraying pumps of the existing floor mopping machine adopt film pumps, and the film pumps are blocked after spraying detergent for a long time, so that the floor mopping machine is damaged. The pedal water spraying pump has small failure rate and low cost. The membrane pump is now changed to a foot-operated water spray pump.
The traditional technology has the following technical problems:
when the pedal water spray pump is adopted, a user steps on the pedal of the pedal water spray pump by using feet, the pedal water spray pump can work to spray water, and because the millstone rotates simultaneously, the ground surface of the floor mopping machine is sprayed with water (the water often contains cleaning agents) in the use process, so that the user easily slides down.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the floor mopping machine, wherein a user steps on the pedal of the pedal water spray pump by using feet, when the pedal water spray pump works to spray water, the grinding disc does not rotate, and the possibility of slipping of the user is reduced.

the pedal water spraying pump comprises a water spraying pump body and a pedal plate connected with the water spraying pump body; the height of the upper surface of the foot pedal is greater than or equal to the height of the upper surface of the shell; when the pedal is stepped on, the pedal water spray pump sprays water in the water tank to the ground;
wherein the foot pedal is arranged on the upper surface of the shell; when the pedal is stepped on, the micro switch is disconnected, and the battery does not supply power to the driving motor; when the pedal is not stepped on, the micro switch is turned on, and the battery supplies power to the driving motor.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples, which are not intended to be limiting, so that those skilled in the art will better understand the invention and practice it.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a floor mopping machine includes: the mop comprises a mop rod 100, a mop body 200 and a battery, wherein one end of the mop rod is hinged with the upper surface of the mop body; the floor cleaning machine body comprises a shell 210, a water tank 220 arranged in the shell, a foot-operated water spray pump 230 arranged in the shell, a micro switch arranged in the shell, a driving motor 250 arranged in the shell and a grinding disc 260 arranged at the bottom of the shell; the battery supplies power to the driving motor; the millstone is driven by the driving motor; the micro switch is used for controlling whether the battery supplies power to the driving motor or not;
the foot operated water jet pump comprises a water jet pump body 231 and a foot pedal 232 connected with the water jet pump body; the height of the upper surface of the foot pedal is greater than or equal to the height of the upper surface of the shell; when the pedal is stepped on, the pedal water spray pump sprays water in the water tank to the ground;
wherein the foot pedal is arranged on the upper surface of the shell; when the pedal is stepped on, the micro switch is disconnected, and the battery does not supply power to the driving motor; when the pedal is not stepped on, the micro switch is turned on, and the battery supplies power to the driving motor.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

In one embodiment, the abrasive disc protrudes outwardly on the side that contacts the ground. The grinding disc is designed to be an arc surface, so that the purpose is to reduce resistance, the existing grinding disc is designed to be a plane, and the resistance is reduced by changing the grinding disc into a curved surface, so that the grinding disc is easier and more convenient to use.
Specifically, the abrasive disc comprises a disc body and a rag arranged on the disc body.
In one embodiment, the water tank comprises a tank body and a tank cover arranged on the tank body; the height of the upper surface of the case cover is greater than or equal to the height of the upper surface of the shell.

In one embodiment, the floor cleaning machine body further comprises a led (not shown) powered by the battery; the led is positioned at the bottom of the outer side of the box body, and the water tank is made of transparent materials.

A floor mopping machine, comprising: the mop comprises a mop rod, a mop body and a battery, wherein one end of the mop rod is hinged with the upper surface of the mop body; the floor mopping machine body comprises a shell, a water tank arranged in the shell, a pedal water spray pump arranged in the shell, a micro switch arranged in the shell, a driving motor arranged in the shell and a grinding disc arranged at the bottom of the shell; the battery supplies power to the driving motor; the millstone is driven by the driving motor; the micro switch is used for controlling whether the battery supplies power to the driving motor or not;
the pedal water spraying pump comprises a water spraying pump body and a pedal plate connected with the water spraying pump body; the height of the upper surface of the foot pedal is greater than or equal to the height of the upper surface of the shell; when the pedal is stepped on, the pedal water spray pump sprays water in the water tank to the ground;
wherein the foot pedal is arranged on the upper surface of the shell; when the pedal is stepped on, the micro switch is disconnected, and the battery does not supply power to the driving motor; when the pedal is not stepped on, the micro switch is turned on, and the battery supplies power to the driving motor.
2. The floor mopping machine of claim 1, wherein said abrasive disc projects outwardly on a surface thereof that contacts the floor surface.
3. The floor mopping machine of claim 1, wherein said abrasive disc includes a disc body and a wipe disposed on said disc body.
4. The floor mopping machine of claim 1, wherein said water tank includes a tank body and a tank cover provided on said tank body; the height of the upper surface of the case cover is greater than or equal to the height of the upper surface of the shell.
5. The floor cleaning machine of claim 4, wherein the lid is hingedly connected to the housing.
6. The floor cleaning machine of claim 4, wherein the floor cleaning machine body further comprises a first led powered by the battery; the first led is positioned at the bottom of the outer side of the box body, and the water tank is made of transparent materials.
7. The floor mopping machine of claim 1, wherein said battery is located within said wand.
8. The floor mopping machine of claim 1, wherein said battery is located within said housing.
