The support further comprises a first reinforcing member 124 fixedly connected with the right support 22 and the right upper support 24 at two ends, and/or a second reinforcing member 224 fixedly connected with the left support 12 and the left upper support 14 at two ends. The harvester also comprises a sliding mechanism 5 and a hoisting device 6, wherein two ends of the sliding mechanism 5 are respectively connected with the left upper supporting piece 14 and the right upper supporting piece 24 in a sliding manner, the sliding mechanism 5 performs relative movement close to and far away from the harvester on the left upper rotating piece 13 and the right upper rotating piece 23, and the hoisting device 6 is installed on the sliding mechanism 5.
The sliding mechanism 5 has grooves at two ends, the left upper support 14 and the right upper support 24 are respectively located in the grooves 50 at the two ends, and the bottom in the groove 50 further has a limiting member 51. The inner sides of the left upper rotating piece 13 and the right upper rotating piece 23, namely, the sides closest to the left upper rotating piece and the right upper rotating piece, are respectively provided with a groove body 231 for the sliding mechanism 5 to slide, and one side of the groove body 231, which is far away from the sugarcane harvester, is opened and the side close to the sugarcane harvester is closed. The sugarcane harvester further comprises a bearing part 7, two ends of the bearing part 7 are fixedly connected with the left connecting rod 41 and the right connecting rod 42 respectively, and when the sliding mechanism 5 slides to the end closest to the sugarcane harvester, the weight of the sliding mechanism 5 and the weight of the hoisting device 6 are just located on the bearing part 7 and the surfaces of the sliding mechanism 5 and the hoisting device are connected.
The hoisting device 6 comprises a hoisting mechanism, an operating mechanism, a luffing mechanism and a rotating mechanism, and can be understood as an electric hoist; the hoisting device can also be a rope winch which consists of a motor or a lifting hydraulic cylinder and a stranded wire plate, and a hook is arranged at the end of a lifting rope on the stranded wire plate. The invention can be realized only by achieving the purpose of lifting the sugarcane.
It is understood that the sliding connection between the sliding mechanism 5 and the left upper support 14 and the sliding mechanism 5 and the right upper support 24 may also be implemented by the inner portions of the left upper support 14 and the right upper support 24 being configured as an i-shaped groove, and the sliding mechanism 5 slides in the i-shaped groove. Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides another comparative sugar cane collecting device, based on any one of embodiments 1 to 3, the present invention further includes a reel 8, the reel 8 is fixedly mounted inside the left support 12 or the right support 22 through a fixing member 81, one end of the reel 8 is provided with a ratchet 9 and a pawl 10, the pawl 10 is used in cooperation with the ratchet 9, one side of the receiving portion 3 is connected with the reel 8, the other side is movably connected with the left support 12 or the right support 22 far away from the reel 8, and the reel 8 rotates clockwise or counterclockwise through a motor.
In this embodiment, the device further comprises an anti-tipping rod 120, the anti-tipping rod 120 is respectively installed at one end of the left support member 12 away from the sugar cane harvester and one end of the right support member 22 away from the sugar cane harvester, the minimum distance of the anti-tipping rod 120 to the ground height is 5cm, and the maximum distance is smaller than the distance of the left support member 12 or the right support member 22 to the ground. The end of the anti-toppling rod 120 close to the ground is provided with a pulley, so that the anti-toppling rod can conveniently slide in the contact with the ground, and the resistance to the advancing of the sugarcane harvester is reduced. The anti-toppling bar 120 is adjustable in length.
When the sugarcane harvester works on a sloping field or uneven land, the sugarcane is easy to tilt backwards particularly when the weight of the sugarcane collected by the sugarcane harvester is larger, and the anti-tilting rod is arranged on the device, so that the situation can be effectively avoided, and the safety of the sugarcane harvester is improved; the end of the anti-toppling rod close to the ground is provided with the pulley, so that the anti-toppling rod can conveniently slide in the contact with the ground, and the resistance to the advancing of the sugarcane harvester is reduced.

Claims (9)

1. A sugar cane harvesting apparatus comprising: the sugarcane harvester comprises a left movable part, a right movable part, a containing part (3) and a connecting part, wherein the left movable part comprises a left rotating piece (11) and a left supporting piece (12), the right movable part comprises a right rotating piece (21) and a right supporting piece (22), the connecting part comprises a left connecting rod (41) and a right connecting rod (42), and the left connecting rod (41) and the right connecting rod (42) are respectively installed on the left side and the right side of an outlet of a sugarcane harvester; the left rotating piece (11) is mounted on a left connecting rod (41) and rotates by taking the left connecting rod (41) as a center, the left supporting piece (12) is fixedly connected with the left rotating piece (11), the right rotating piece (21) is mounted on a right connecting rod (42) and rotates by taking the right connecting rod (42) as a center, the right supporting piece (22) is fixedly connected with the right rotating piece (21), the accommodating parts (3) are respectively and movably mounted on the left supporting piece (12) and the right supporting piece (22) to form a sugarcane accommodating surface, and the accommodating parts (3) are positioned at the lower part of a sugarcane outlet; still include spool (8), spool (8) pass through mounting (81) fixed mounting in the inboard of left side support piece (12) or right support piece (22), the one end of spool (8) is provided with ratchet (9) and pawl (10), one side of storage portion (3) with spool (8) are connected, the another side and left support piece (12) or right support piece (22) swing joint who keeps away from spool (8), spool (8) carry out clockwise or reverse time rotation through the motor.

The sugarcane collecting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the left movable part further comprises an upper left rotating part (13) and an upper left supporting part (14), the upper left rotating part (13) is mounted on the left connecting rod (41) and rotates around the left connecting rod (41), the upper left rotating part (13) is located at the upper end of the left rotating part (11), the upper left supporting part (14) is fixedly connected with the upper left rotating part (13), and two ends of the first reinforcing part (124) are fixedly connected with the left supporting part (12) and the upper left supporting part (14) respectively; the right movable part also comprises a right upper rotating part (23) and a right upper supporting part (24), the right upper rotating part (23) is arranged on the right connecting rod (42) and rotates by taking the right connecting rod (42) as the center, the right upper rotating part (23) is positioned at the upper end of the right rotating part (21), and the right upper supporting part (24) is fixedly connected with the right upper rotating part (23); two ends of the second reinforcing member (224) are fixedly connected with the right supporting member (22) and the right upper supporting member (24) respectively.

The sugar cane harvesting device of claim 2 further comprising a shield selected from one or more of canvas, sheet iron, wire mesh, and wire mesh, wherein the shield is adapted to shield the left active portion, the right active portion, and a side opposite the harvester, such that the sugar cane harvesting device forms a bag portion with only an open top.

A sugar cane harvesting apparatus according to claim 2 further comprising a sliding mechanism (5) and a lifting device (6), wherein both ends of the sliding mechanism (5) are slidably connected with the left upper support member (14) and the right upper support member (24) respectively, and the lifting device (6) is mounted on the sliding mechanism (5).
5. A sugar cane harvesting apparatus according to claim 4 wherein the sliding mechanism (5) has grooves at both ends, the left upper support (14) and the right upper support (24) are located in the grooves at both ends, respectively, and the bottom within the grooves also has a stop (51).

A sugarcane collecting device as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the insides of the upper left rotary member (13) and the upper right rotary member (23) are respectively provided with a groove (231) for the sliding mechanism (5) to slide, and one side of the groove (231) far away from the sugarcane harvester is open and one side close to the sugarcane harvester is closed.

A sugar cane harvesting apparatus according to claim 6 further comprising a bearing member (7), the bearing member (7) having respective ends fixedly connected to the left and right connecting rods (41, 42), the weight of the sliding mechanism (5) and the lifting apparatus (6) being located just above the bearing member (7) and interfacing with each other when the sliding mechanism (5) is slid to the end closest to the sugar cane harvester.

A sugar cane harvesting apparatus according to claim 1 further comprising an anti-tipping bar (120), the anti-tipping bar (120) being mounted downwardly at an end of the left and right supports (12, 22) remote from the sugar cane harvester, respectively, the anti-tipping bar (120) having a minimum distance from ground level of 5 cm.
9. A sugar cane harvesting apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the receiving portions (3) are each movably mounted in a manner selected from one or more of: snap connection, hook and loop connection, threaded connection, splined connection.
