s510, fourth indication information is sent to the terminal, and the fourth indication information includes reference information which can judge whether a measurement interval needs to be started when the terminal performs measurement of the target base station.
According to the measurement method provided by the fifth embodiment of the invention, when the terminal performs measurement on the target base station, the reference information for judging whether the measurement interval needs to be started is sent to the terminal, so that the purpose of determining whether the measurement interval needs to be started when the auxiliary terminal performs measurement on the neighboring cells is achieved.
Preferably, the Reference information is a measurement quality threshold when the target base station performs measurement, for example, the measurement quality threshold is a measurement threshold of Reference Signal Receiving Power (Reference Signal Receiving Power, abbreviated as RSRP). Of course, the reference information is not limited to only the measurement threshold value capable of being the reference signal received power, and may be the reference information capable of assisting the terminal to determine whether the measurement interval needs to be started.
By adopting the mode, the terminal can measure the target base station in the current working frequency range, and if the measured cell quality of the target base station is lower than the measurement quality threshold value sent by the service base station, the terminal starts a measurement interval to measure; and if the measured cell quality of the target base station is higher than the measurement quality threshold value sent by the service base station, the terminal does not start the measurement interval for measurement.
Further, the method further comprises:
and transmitting measurement configuration information including the reference symbol transmission position for measurement of the target base station to the terminal.
By adopting the above manner, in the measurement method according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention, the position of the reference symbol for measurement of the target base station is sent to the terminal in the measurement configuration information, so that the terminal can determine the frequency point when the target base station is measured.
The method may further comprise:
receiving request information which is sent by a terminal and used for requesting to acquire a reference symbol sending position for measurement of a target base station;
and sending feedback information including the reference symbol sending position for measurement of the target base station to the terminal according to the request information.
In this way, in the measurement method according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention, when the terminal starts the measurement interval to perform measurement, the terminal may request the serving base station to acquire the transmission position of the reference symbol for measurement of the target base station, receive the transmission position of the reference symbol for measurement of the target base station, which is transmitted by the serving base station according to the request information, and determine the frequency point when performing measurement of the target base station.
The invention also provides a method for implementing the measurement, which is applied to a terminal, and as shown in fig. 6, the measurement method comprises the following steps:
s610, receiving fourth indication information sent by a serving base station, where the fourth indication information includes reference information for determining whether a measurement interval needs to be started when the terminal performs measurement on a target base station;
s620, when the terminal is measuring the target base station, judging whether the measurement interval needs to be started according to the reference information.
According to the measurement method in the sixth embodiment of the present invention, the terminal can obtain the reference information which is sent by the serving base station and can be used for determining whether the measurement interval needs to be started, and when the target base station is measured, the terminal can assist in performing the neighbor measurement according to the reference information to determine whether the measurement interval needs to be started.
Preferably, the Reference information is a measurement quality threshold when the target base station performs measurement, for example, the measurement quality threshold is a measurement threshold of Reference Signal Receiving Power (RSRP).
Specifically, in step S620, in the step of determining whether to start the measurement interval according to the reference information, when the cell quality when measuring the target base station is lower than the measurement quality threshold, it is determined that the measurement interval needs to be started.
Preferably, the method further comprises:
receiving measurement configuration information including a reference symbol sending position for measurement of a target base station, which is sent by a serving base station;
and when the measurement interval needs to be started is judged according to the reference information, determining the target frequency of frequency modulation according to the measurement configuration information.
In this way, the terminal can obtain the sending position of the reference symbol for measurement of the target base station through the measurement configuration information, and thus determine the target frequency when the target base station is measured according to the sending position of the reference symbol for measurement of the target base station.
Further, the method may further include:
when the measurement interval needs to be started according to the reference information, sending request information for requesting to acquire a reference symbol sending position for measurement of a target base station to a serving base station;
receiving feedback information which is sent by the serving base station according to the request information and comprises a reference symbol sending position for measurement of the target base station;
and determining the frequency modulation target frequency according to the feedback information.
In this way, when the terminal starts the measurement interval to perform measurement, the target frequency when performing measurement of the target base station may be determined by requesting the serving base station to acquire the measurement reference symbol transmission position of the target base station and receiving the measurement reference symbol transmission position of the target base station transmitted by the serving base station according to the request information.
Another aspect of the specific embodiment of the present invention provides a base station, as shown in fig. 7, the base station includes:
a processor, configured to acquire a reference symbol transmission position for measurement of a target base station;
a transceiver for transmitting first indication information including the reference symbol transmission position for measurement to a terminal.
In the base station according to the specific embodiment of the present invention, the first indication information including the transmission position of the reference symbol for measurement of the target base station is transmitted to the terminal, so that the terminal can determine whether to start the measurement interval when performing measurement of the target base station according to the transmission position of the reference symbol for measurement of the target base station, and thus the base station can assist the terminal in determining whether to start the measurement interval when performing measurement of the neighboring cell.
Specifically, the reference symbol transmission position for measurement is a center frequency point transmitted by the reference symbol for measurement.
Preferably, in the base station according to the embodiment of the present invention, the reference symbol sending position for measurement of the target base station may be obtained through an interface with the target base station; or the reference symbol sending position for measurement of the target base station is obtained through interface transfer between the target base station and the core network.
In addition, when in a connection state, the transceiver transmits the first indication information to a terminal through measurement configuration information; and in an idle state, the transceiver transmits the first indication information to a terminal through a broadcast message.
Further, the first indication information transmitted by the transceiver may include only a reference symbol transmission position for measurement; on the other hand, the first indication information may include the measurement reference symbol transmission position and the identification information of the target base station, and correspondingly, the first indication information may include the measurement reference symbol transmission positions of a plurality of target base stations, and each measurement reference symbol transmission position corresponds to the identification information of one target base station and indicates the measurement reference symbol transmission position of each target base station.
Preferably, the transceiver is further configured to:
and sending measurement configuration information for configuring a measurement interval mode of the terminal to the terminal.
Specifically, the measurement interval pattern may include a period of a measurement interval, a length of the measurement interval, and the like, where in the measurement configuration information, the serving base station may configure a measurement interval pattern for the terminal. By adopting the measurement interval mode, the serving base station only needs to send the first indication information only including the sending position of the reference symbol for measurement to the terminal, and the terminal completes the measurement of all cells according to the received first indication information and the measurement interval mode. On the other hand, in the measurement configuration information, the serving base station may configure multiple measurement interval modes for the terminal, and use the measurement interval modes, where the first indication information includes both the measurement reference symbol transmission position and the identification information of the target base station, and use a preset correspondence between different measurement interval modes in the measurement configuration information and different target base stations and a measurement sequence of different target base stations, and use the measurement reference symbol transmission position of the corresponding target base station indicated in the first indication information, to determine whether a measurement interval is needed during measurement of the target base station, and a specific manner of the measurement interval.
Another aspect of the specific embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal, as shown in fig. 8, where the terminal includes:
a transceiver for receiving first indication information transmitted by a serving base station; wherein the first indication information comprises a reference symbol sending position for measurement of the target base station;
and the processor is used for determining whether a measurement interval needs to be started for measurement according to the current working frequency range of the terminal and the measurement reference symbol sending position of the target base station in the first indication information.
By adopting the terminal of the embodiment of the invention, whether to start the measurement interval can be determined according to the sending position of the reference symbol for measurement of the target base station by acquiring the first indication information which is sent by the serving base station and comprises the sending position of the reference symbol for measurement of the target base station.
Specifically, the reference symbol transmission position for measurement is a center frequency point transmitted by the reference symbol for measurement.
When the target base station is measured, the central frequency point sent by the reference symbol for measurement of the target base station can be obtained and compared with the central frequency point sent by the reference symbol for measurement of the current service base station of the terminal, and whether the measurement interval needs to be started or not can be judged.
In addition, specifically, the transceiver receives first indication information sent by a serving base station through measurement configuration information; or the transceiver receives the first indication information transmitted by the serving base station through a broadcast message.
Preferably, the first indication information transmitted and received by the transceiver may only include the reference symbol transmission position for measurement; on the other hand, the first indication information may include the measurement reference symbol transmission position and the identification information of the target base station, and correspondingly, the first indication information may include the measurement reference symbol transmission positions of a plurality of target base stations, and each measurement reference symbol transmission position corresponds to the identification information of one target base station and indicates the measurement reference symbol transmission position of each target base station.
Preferably, in the terminal, the transceiver is further configured to: and receiving measurement configuration information which is transmitted by the serving base station and used for configuring the measurement interval mode of the terminal.
Specifically, the measurement interval pattern may include a period of a measurement interval, a length of the measurement interval, and the like, where in the measurement configuration information, the serving base station may configure a measurement interval pattern for the terminal. In addition, the present invention provides a base station of another embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the base station includes:
a first transceiver for acquiring a reference symbol transmission position for measurement of a target base station;
and the second transceiver is used for sending second indication information indicating whether the measurement interval needs to be started for measurement to the terminal according to the reference symbol sending position for measurement.
The base station of the embodiment of the invention judges whether the terminal needs to be configured to start the measurement interval or not by acquiring the transmission position of the reference symbol for measurement of the target base station and according to the current working frequency range of the terminal, and transmits second indication information for indicating whether the measurement interval needs to be started to carry out measurement to the terminal. The measurement method can also assist the terminal in determining whether the measurement interval needs to be started when the terminal performs the neighbor cell measurement.
Specifically, the reference symbol transmission position for measurement is a center frequency point transmitted by the reference symbol for measurement.
In addition, in the second indication information transmitted by the second transceiver:

Another terminal is further provided in the specific embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12, the terminal includes:
the first transceiver is configured to receive fourth indication information sent by a serving base station, where the fourth indication information includes reference information that can determine whether a measurement interval needs to be started when the terminal performs measurement on a target base station;
and the first processor is used for judging whether the measurement interval needs to be started or not according to the reference information when the terminal carries out the measurement of the target base station.
The terminal of the embodiment of the invention can acquire the reference information which is sent by the serving base station and can be used for judging whether the measurement interval needs to be started, and when the target base station is measured, the terminal can assist in the measurement of the adjacent cell according to the reference information so as to determine whether the measurement interval needs to be started.
Preferably, the reference information is a measurement quality threshold value when the target base station performs measurement;
wherein, according to the reference information, the first processor is specifically configured to: and when the cell quality when the target base station is measured is lower than the measurement quality threshold value, determining that the measurement interval needs to be started.
Preferably, the terminal further includes:
a second transceiver for receiving measurement configuration information including a reference symbol transmission position for measurement of a target base station transmitted by a serving base station;

Embodiments of the present invention further provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements the measurement method as described in any one of the above.
Those skilled in the art should understand the specific structure of the communication device and the computer readable storage medium using the measurement method described in any of the above embodiments, and will not be described in detail here.
In the measurement method, the base station and the terminal according to the embodiments of the present invention, the serving base station can provide reference information for assisting in determining whether the measurement interval needs to be started or not for the terminal, or the auxiliary terminal determines whether the measurement interval needs to be configured for starting the terminal, so as to achieve the purpose that the auxiliary terminal determines whether the measurement interval needs to be started or not when performing the neighbor cell measurement.

1. A measurement method applied to a serving base station, the method comprising:
acquiring a reference symbol sending position for measurement of a target base station;
transmitting first indication information including the reference symbol transmission position for measurement to a terminal;
the first indication information is used for indicating that a plurality of reference symbol sending positions for measurement belong to a plurality of target base stations in common;
or, the number of the reference symbol sending positions for measurement is multiple, and the first indication information is used to indicate that each reference symbol sending position for measurement belongs to one target base station.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the position where the reference symbol for measurement is transmitted is a center frequency point where the reference symbol for measurement is transmitted.
3. The measurement method according to claim 1, wherein the first indication information further includes identification information of the target base station.
4. The measurement method according to claim 1, wherein the first indication information is transmitted to a terminal through measurement configuration information in a connected state; and in an idle state, sending the first indication information to a terminal through a broadcast message.
5. A measurement method is applied to a terminal, and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
receiving first indication information sent by a serving base station; wherein the first indication information comprises a reference symbol sending position for measurement of the target base station;
determining whether a measurement interval needs to be started for measurement according to the current working frequency range of the terminal and the measurement reference symbol sending position of the target base station in the first indication information;
the first indication information is used for indicating that a plurality of reference symbol sending positions for measurement belong to a plurality of target base stations in common;
or, the number of the sending positions of the reference symbols for measurement is multiple, and the first indication information is used to indicate that each sending position of the reference symbols for measurement belongs to one target base station.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the position where the reference symbol for measurement is transmitted is a center frequency point where the reference symbol for measurement is transmitted.
7. The measurement method according to claim 5, wherein the first indication information further includes identification information of the target base station.
8. The measurement method according to claim 5, wherein the first indication information transmitted by the serving base station is received through the measurement configuration information; or receiving the first indication information transmitted by the serving base station through a broadcast message.
9. A measurement method applied to a serving base station, the method comprising:
acquiring a reference symbol sending position for measurement of a target base station;
sending second indication information indicating whether a measurement interval needs to be started for measurement to the terminal according to the sending position of the reference symbol for measurement;
the method further comprises the following steps:
transmitting third indication information including the reference symbol transmission position for measurement to a terminal;
the third indication information is used for indicating that a plurality of reference symbol sending positions for measurement belong to a plurality of target base stations in common;
or, the number of the reference symbol sending positions for measurement is multiple, and the third indication information is used to indicate that each reference symbol sending position for measurement belongs to one target base station.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the step of sending second indication information indicating whether the measurement interval needs to be started for measurement to the terminal comprises:
the second indication information indicates the terminal to start a measurement interval or close the measurement interval through one bit; or
A bit in the second indication information after passing through the neighboring cell information indicates whether a target base station corresponding to the neighboring cell information needs to start a measurement interval; or alternatively
The second indication information indicates whether measurement intervals need to be started for a plurality of target base stations through a plurality of bits, wherein each bit corresponds to one target base station respectively.
11. A measurement method is applied to a terminal, and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
receiving second indication information sent by a service base station, wherein the second indication information is used for indicating whether a terminal needs to start a measurement interval for measurement;
wherein the method further comprises:
receiving third indication information sent by the serving base station; wherein the third indication information comprises a reference symbol sending position for measurement of the target base station;
the third indication information is used for indicating that a plurality of reference symbol sending positions for measurement belong to a plurality of target base stations in common; or
The third indication information is used for indicating that each sending position of the reference symbols for measurement belongs to a target base station.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the step of receiving the second indication information sent by the serving base station comprises:
the second indication information indicates the terminal to start a measurement interval or close the measurement interval through one bit; or
A bit in the second indication information after passing through the neighboring cell information indicates whether a measurement interval needs to be started for a target base station corresponding to the neighboring cell information; or
The second indication information indicates whether measurement intervals need to be started for a plurality of target base stations through a plurality of bits, wherein each bit corresponds to one target base station respectively.
13. A measurement method applied to a serving base station, the method comprising:
sending fourth indication information to a terminal, wherein the fourth indication information comprises reference information which can judge whether a measurement interval needs to be started or not when the terminal measures a target base station;
the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving request information which is sent by a terminal and used for requesting to acquire a reference symbol sending position for measurement of a target base station;
and sending feedback information including the reference symbol sending position for measurement of the target base station to the terminal according to the request information.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the reference information is a measurement quality threshold value when the target base station performs measurement.
15. The measurement method according to claim 13, characterized in that the method further comprises: and transmitting measurement configuration information including the reference symbol transmission position for measurement of the target base station to the terminal.
16. A measurement method applied to a terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving fourth indication information sent by a serving base station, wherein the fourth indication information includes reference information for judging whether a measurement interval needs to be started when the terminal performs measurement on a target base station;
when the terminal is measuring the target base station, judging whether a measurement interval needs to be started or not according to the reference information;
the method further comprises the following steps:
when the measurement interval needs to be started according to the reference information, sending request information for requesting to acquire a reference symbol sending position for measurement of a target base station to a serving base station;
receiving feedback information which is sent by the service base station according to the request information and comprises a reference symbol sending position for measurement of the target base station;
and determining the frequency modulation target frequency according to the feedback information.
17. The measurement method according to claim 16, wherein the reference information is a measurement quality threshold value when the target base station performs measurement;
in the step of judging whether the measurement interval needs to be started or not according to the reference information, when the cell quality when the target base station is measured is lower than the measurement quality threshold value, the measurement interval needs to be started is determined.
18. The method of measuring according to claim 16, further comprising:
receiving measurement configuration information including a reference symbol sending position for measurement of a target base station, which is sent by a serving base station;
and when the measurement interval needs to be started is judged according to the reference information, determining the target frequency of frequency modulation according to the measurement configuration information.
19. A base station, comprising:
a processor, configured to acquire a reference symbol transmission position for measurement of a target base station;
a transceiver for transmitting first indication information including the reference symbol transmission position for measurement to a terminal;
the first indication information is used for indicating that a plurality of reference symbol sending positions for measurement belong to a plurality of target base stations in common;
or, the number of the reference symbol sending positions for measurement is multiple, and the first indication information is used to indicate that each reference symbol sending position for measurement belongs to one target base station.
20. A terminal, comprising:
a transceiver for receiving first indication information transmitted by a serving base station; wherein the first indication information comprises a reference symbol sending position for measurement of the target base station;
the processor is used for determining whether a measurement interval needs to be started for measurement according to the current working frequency range of the terminal and the measurement reference symbol sending position of the target base station in the first indication information;
the first indication information is used for indicating that a plurality of reference symbol sending positions for measurement belong to a plurality of target base stations in common;
or, the number of the reference symbol sending positions for measurement is multiple, and the first indication information is used to indicate that each reference symbol sending position for measurement belongs to one target base station.
21. A base station, comprising:
a first transceiver for acquiring a reference symbol transmission position for measurement of a target base station;
the second transceiver is used for sending second indication information indicating whether measurement interval needs to be started for measurement to the terminal according to the sending position of the reference symbol for measurement;
the base station further comprises:
a third transceiver for transmitting third indication information including the reference symbol transmission position for measurement to a terminal;
the third indication information is used for indicating that a plurality of reference symbol sending positions for measurement belong to a plurality of target base stations in common;
or, the number of the reference symbol sending positions for measurement is multiple, and the third indication information is used to indicate that each reference symbol sending position for measurement belongs to one target base station.
22. A terminal, comprising:
the first transceiver is used for receiving second indication information sent by a service base station, wherein the second indication information is used for indicating whether a terminal needs to start a measurement interval for measurement;
the terminal further comprises:
a second transceiver, configured to receive third indication information sent by a serving base station; wherein the third indication information comprises a reference symbol sending position for measurement of the target base station;
the third indication information is used for indicating that a plurality of reference symbol sending positions for measurement belong to a plurality of target base stations in common; or
The third indication information is used for indicating that each of the reference symbol sending positions for measurement belongs to one target base station.
23. A base station, comprising:
the first transceiver is used for sending fourth indication information to the terminal, wherein the fourth indication information comprises reference information which can judge whether a measurement interval needs to be started or not when the terminal measures a target base station;
the base station further comprises:
a third transceiver, configured to receive request information for requesting to acquire a reference symbol sending position for measurement of a target base station, where the request information is sent by a terminal;
and a fourth transceiver for transmitting feedback information including a transmission position of a reference symbol for measurement of the target base station to the terminal according to the request information.
24. A terminal, comprising:
the first transceiver is configured to receive fourth indication information sent by a serving base station, where the fourth indication information includes reference information that can determine whether a measurement interval needs to be started when the terminal performs measurement on a target base station;
the first processor is used for judging whether a measurement interval needs to be started or not according to the reference information when the terminal measures the target base station;
the terminal further comprises:
a third transceiver, configured to send, to the serving base station, request information for requesting to acquire a reference symbol sending position for measurement of the target base station when it is determined that the measurement interval needs to be started according to the reference information;
a fourth transceiver, configured to receive feedback information including a transmission position of a reference symbol for measurement of a target base station, which is transmitted by a serving base station according to the request information;
and the second processor is used for determining the frequency modulation target frequency according to the feedback information.

A communication device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the measurement method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, or implements the measurement method according to any one of claims 5 to 8, or implements the measurement method according to any one of claims 9 to 10, or implements the measurement method according to any one of claims 11 to 12, or implements the measurement method according to any one of claims 13 to 15, or implements the measurement method according to any one of claims 16 to 18.
