Abstract

本发明涉及一种清洁剂,具体涉及一种厕所用防垢剂及其制备方法。本发明所述的厕所用防垢剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚乙烯醇40‑60份;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5‑10份;十二烷基三甲基氯化铵6‑8份;柠檬酸10‑12份;芒硝16‑20份;硬脂酸3‑5份;聚丙烯酰胺2‑4份;对二氯苯4‑8份;磷酸酯10‑12份;香精10‑20份;表面活性剂0.5‑1.5份。本发明防垢剂能够在马桶表面形成保护膜,有效防止结垢;阻垢能力强,延长马桶的清洗周期,并且能够防止细菌滋生;所述制备方法简单易行。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种除垢剂,具体涉及一种具有除臭功能的厕所用除垢剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
卫生间除垢是人们日常生活中很重要的清洁卫生任务,残留的污垢首先是影响感官,其次会滋生大量有害的微生物、细菌、病毒等,影响人类生活。现市场上常见的厕所类除垢产品,大多都是强酸性物质进行化学腐蚀除垢,这种方式除垢能力强,快速高效。但是,相应带来的问题便是强烈的刺激性气味,并且通常会持续很长一段时间。而刺激性气味不够强的除垢剂往往又效果很差,除垢效果慢。绝大多数除垢剂仅仅只是除垢,没有除臭功能。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种具有除臭功能的厕所用除垢剂,无刺激性气味,并且能够快速去垢;本发明同时提供其简单易行的制备方法。
本发明所述的具有除臭功能的厕所用除垢剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
磷酸三钠2~7份、硅油2~4份、聚丙烯酸钠1~2份、硝酸盐1~3份、芒硝10~15份、草酸1~3份、柠檬酸2~5份、香精1~5份、水10~30份、氨基磺酸5~15份、硅酸钠2~5份、无水硫酸钠20~30份和聚乙二醇10~20份。
优选地,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
磷酸三钠5份、硅油3份、聚丙烯酸钠1.5份、硝酸盐2份、芒硝12份、草酸2份、柠檬酸3份、香精3份、水20份、氨基磺酸10份、硅酸钠4份、无水硫酸钠25份和聚乙二醇15份。
其中:所述的硝酸盐为硝酸钠。
所述的具有除臭功能的厕所用除垢剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将水、磷酸三钠与聚丙烯酸钠在常温下均匀混合,静置10~20分钟;
(2)依次加入硝酸盐、芒硝、硅酸钠和无水硫酸钠,加热至溶解;
(3)降温至20~30℃,加入硅油、草酸、柠檬酸、香精、氨基磺酸和聚乙二醇混合均匀。
其中,
步骤(2)中所述的加热为加热至60~80℃。
本发明具有如下优点:
1、除垢速度快,并且没有强烈的刺激性气味,除垢之后保持清洁效果时间长。
2、除垢能力强,并且还保持有一定香味。
3、制备方法简单易行。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但不限定本发明。
实施例1
所述的具有除臭功能的厕所用除垢剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
磷酸三钠5份、硅油3份、聚丙烯酸钠1.5份、硝酸盐2份、芒硝12份、草酸2份、柠檬酸3份、香精3份、水20份、氨基磺酸10份、硅酸钠4份、无水硫酸钠25份和聚乙二醇15份。
其制备方法如下:
(1)将水、磷酸三钠与聚丙烯酸钠在常温下均匀混合,静置15分钟;
(2)依次加入硝酸盐、芒硝、硅酸钠和无水硫酸钠,加热至溶解;
(3)降温至25℃,加入硅油、草酸、柠檬酸、香精、氨基磺酸和聚乙二醇混合均匀。
实施例2
所述的具有除臭功能的厕所用除垢剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
磷酸三钠2份、硅油2份、聚丙烯酸钠1份、硝酸盐1份、芒硝10份、草酸1份、柠檬酸2份、香精1份、水10份、氨基磺酸5份、硅酸钠2份、无水硫酸钠20份和聚乙二醇10份。
其制备方法如下:
(1)将水、磷酸三钠与聚丙烯酸钠在常温下均匀混合,静置10分钟;
(2)依次加入硝酸盐、芒硝、硅酸钠和无水硫酸钠,加热至溶解;
(3)降温至20℃,加入硅油、草酸、柠檬酸、香精、氨基磺酸和聚乙二醇混合均匀。
实施例3
所述的具有除臭功能的厕所用除垢剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
磷酸三钠7份、硅油4份、聚丙烯酸钠2份、硝酸盐3份、芒硝15份、草酸3份、柠檬酸5份、香精5份、水30份、氨基磺酸15份、硅酸钠5份、无水硫酸钠30份和聚乙二醇20份。
其制备方法如下:
(1)将水、磷酸三钠与聚丙烯酸钠在常温下均匀混合,静置20分钟;
(2)依次加入硝酸盐、芒硝、硅酸钠和无水硫酸钠,加热至溶解;
(3)降温至30℃,加入硅油、草酸、柠檬酸、香精、氨基磺酸和聚乙二醇混合均匀。

1.一种具有除臭功能的厕所用除垢剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:
磷酸三钠2~7份、硅油2~4份、聚丙烯酸钠1~2份、硝酸盐1~3份、芒硝10~15份、草酸1~3份、柠檬酸2~5份、香精1~5份、水10~30份、氨基磺酸5~15份、硅酸钠2~5份、无水硫酸钠20~30份和聚乙二醇10~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有除臭功能的厕所用除垢剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:
磷酸三钠5份、硅油3份、聚丙烯酸钠1.5份、硝酸盐2份、芒硝12份、草酸2份、柠檬酸3份、香精3份、水20份、氨基磺酸10份、硅酸钠4份、无水硫酸钠25份和聚乙二醇15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有除臭功能的厕所用除垢剂,其特征在于:所述的硝酸盐为硝酸钠。
4.一种权利要求1-3任一所述的具有除臭功能的厕所用除垢剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将水、磷酸三钠与聚丙烯酸钠在常温下均匀混合,静置10~20分钟;
(2)依次加入硝酸盐、芒硝、硅酸钠和无水硫酸钠,加热至溶解;
(3)降温至20~30℃,加入硅油、草酸、柠檬酸、香精、氨基磺酸和聚乙二醇混合均匀。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有除臭功能的厕所用除垢剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述的加热为加热至60~80℃。
