本发明涉及一种隔热保温涂料,按照重量份数计包括如下组份:水性丙烯酸乳液100‑150份、苯丙乳液20‑25份、环氧树脂15‑20份、膨胀珍珠岩10‑15份、水玻璃30‑45份、分散剂10‑20份、纳米氧化锡2‑5份、滑石粉10‑15份、增稠剂4‑6份、成膜助剂1‑5份、颜料30‑50份、水80‑100份。与现有技术相比,本发明的隔热涂料隔热保温效果好,可广泛用于各种建筑外墙,还可用于船舶、矿山机械等,本发明的隔热保温涂料施工工艺简单,施工难度低,成本低廉,便于大规模推广应用。

技术领域
本发明属于化工涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种隔热保温涂料。
背景技术
在当前全球热效应加剧的今天,节能减排是世界建筑行业普遍面临的问题,我国的资源相对不足,但耗能日巨,能源问题已经成为制约经济发展的主要因素,节约能源刻不容缓,随着我国对节约能源与保护环境的不断重视,建筑节能是大势所趋,建筑结构的保温技术也在日益加强,尤其是外墙保温技术得到长足的发展。目前在外墙保温这个技术体系中有多种多样的做法,比较成熟的建筑外墙保温技术主要是外挂式建筑外墙保温,该技术是采用粘接或者是专用的固定件,将岩(矿)棉板、玻璃棉毡、聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板、钢丝网架夹芯墙板等保温材料贴、挂在建筑外墙上,然后抹抗裂砂浆,压入玻璃纤维网格布,使其形成保护层,最后加做装饰面。该技术的操作方法较复杂,需要先贴、挂,后又要抹抗裂砂浆和加上玻璃纤维网格布,以及做装饰面,这种外挂式的外墙保温材料虽然成本廉价,但在安装时施工难度大,耗费人力和工时;而且,目前普遍使用的外墙保温材料大部分是可燃的,只是在材料中加入部分阻燃剂才达到了阻燃效果,一旦遇到火宅,它们在焚烧下会产生有毒气体,威胁到人们的生命安全。
随着涂料技术的发展,保温涂料技术日臻成熟,目前由涂刷保温涂料代替外挂式外墙保温层已经成为一种技术趋势,但是受制于涂料的厚度较薄,涂料保温的技术效果还是没有外挂式外墙保温层好,目前急需研发保温效果好的保温涂料。

本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种隔热保温效果好的隔 热保温涂料。

一种隔热保温涂料,按照重量份数计包括如下组份:水性丙烯酸乳液100-150份、苯丙乳液20-25份、环氧树脂15-20份、膨胀珍珠岩10-15份、水玻璃30-45份、分散剂10-20份、纳米氧化锡2-5份、滑石粉10-15份、增稠剂4-6份、成膜助剂1-5份、颜料30-50份、水80-100份。
优选的,所述的隔热保温涂料按照重量份数计包括如下组份:水性丙烯酸乳液125份、苯丙乳液23份、环氧树脂18份、膨胀珍珠岩12份、水玻璃40份、分散剂15份、纳米氧化锡3份、滑石粉12份、增稠剂5份、成膜助剂3份、颜料40份、水90份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的隔热涂料隔热保温效果好,可广泛用于各种 建筑外墙,还可用于船舶、矿山机械等,本发明的隔热保温涂料施工工艺简 单,施工难度低,成本低廉,便于大规模推广应用。
