技术领域
本发明涉及防水建材领域,特别涉及一种耐腐蚀型外墙涂料。
背景技术
建筑涂料具有装饰功能、保护功能和居住性改进功能。各种功能所占的比重因使用目的不同而不尽相同。装饰功能是通过建筑物的美化来提高它的外观价值的功能。主要包括平面色彩、图案及光泽方面的构思设计及立体花纹的构思设计。但要与建筑物本身的造型和基材本身的大小和形状相配合,才能充分的发挥出来。保护功能是指保护建筑物不受环境的影响和破坏的功能。不同种类的被保护体对保护功能要求的内容也各不相同。如室内与室外涂装所要求达到的指标差别就很大。有的建筑物对防霉、防火、保温隔热、耐腐蚀等有特殊要求。居住性改进功能主要是对室内涂装而言,就是有助于改进居住环境的功能,如隔音性、吸音性、防结露性等。按照建筑涂料的形态分类(1)液态涂料,(2)粉末涂料;按照主要成膜物质的性质分为有机徐料、无机涂料、复合涂料;按照涂膜的状态分为平面涂料、彩砂涂料、复层涂料;按建筑物的使用方法分为外墙徐料、内墙涂料、顶棚涂料、地面涂料、屋面涂料;按涂膜的性能分为防水涂料、防火涂料、防腐涂料、防霉涂料、防虫涂料、助锈涂料、防结露涂料。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种耐腐蚀型外墙涂料,本发明涂料特别适于对水泥基外墙体表面涂刷或喷涂,本发明涂料对水泥基外墙体粘结力强,不易开裂、龟裂或脱落,耐酸碱腐蚀,耐火,防水性能好。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种耐腐蚀型外墙涂料,以重量份计由下列组份组成:石英粉60-70份,膨胀珍珠岩5-7份,防水剂5-8 份,钠基膨润土3-5 份,有机助剂7-10份,木质素磺酸1-3份,羟丙基甲基纤维素1.5-3.5 份,硅溶胶1.5-3 份,镁锌铁氧体0.5-1.8 份,水85-100 份,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将石英粉用10-15%硫酸浸泡3-4小时,去离子水洗涤,再用10-12%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,然后在600-700℃下煅烧2-3小时后,加入膨胀珍珠岩、钠基膨润土、适量水混合后造粒粉碎成改性石英颗粒;
2)将上述步骤得到的改性石英颗粒与防水剂、有机助剂、木质素磺酸、羟丙基甲基纤维素、硅溶胶、镁锌铁氧体、水混合,搅拌均匀加热至250-300℃,保温1-2小时,炉冷至50℃,保温2小时,再加热至100-120℃,保温1小时,以20℃/小时冷却至常温,即制得上述涂料。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明涂料特别适于对水泥基外墙体表面涂刷或喷涂,本发明涂料对水泥基外墙体粘结力强,不易开裂、龟裂或脱落,耐酸碱腐蚀,耐火,防水性能好。
具体实施方式
一种耐腐蚀型外墙涂料,以重量份计由下列组份组成:石英粉60-70份,膨胀珍珠岩5-7份,防水剂5-8 份,钠基膨润土3-5 份,有机助剂7-10份,木质素磺酸1-3份,羟丙基甲基纤维素1.5-3.5 份,硅溶胶1.5-3 份,镁锌铁氧体0.5-1.8 份,水85-100 份,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将石英粉用10-15%硫酸浸泡3-4小时,去离子水洗涤,再用10-12%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,然后在600-700℃下煅烧2-3小时后,加入膨胀珍珠岩、钠基膨润土、适量水混合后造粒粉碎成改性石英颗粒;
2)将上述步骤得到的改性石英颗粒与防水剂、有机助剂、木质素磺酸、羟丙基甲基纤维素、硅溶胶、镁锌铁氧体、水混合,搅拌均匀加热至250-300℃,保温1-2小时,炉冷至50℃,保温2小时,再加热至100-120℃,保温1小时,以20℃/小时冷却至常温,即制得上述涂料。

1.一种耐腐蚀型外墙涂料,其特征在于,以重量份计由下列组份组成:石英粉60-70份,膨胀珍珠岩5-7份,防水剂5-8 份,钠基膨润土3-5 份,有机助剂7-10份,木质素磺酸1-3份,羟丙基甲基纤维素1.5-3.5 份,硅溶胶1.5-3 份,镁锌铁氧体0.5-1.8 份,水85-100 份,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将石英粉用10-15%硫酸浸泡3-4小时,去离子水洗涤,再用10-12%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,然后在600-700℃下煅烧2-3小时后,加入膨胀珍珠岩、钠基膨润土、适量水混合后造粒粉碎成改性石英颗粒;
2)将上述步骤得到的改性石英颗粒与防水剂、有机助剂、木质素磺酸、羟丙基甲基纤维素、硅溶胶、镁锌铁氧体、水混合,搅拌均匀加热至250-300℃,保温1-2小时,炉冷至50℃,保温2小时,再加热至100-120℃,保温1小时,以20℃/小时冷却至常温,即制得上述涂料。
