Example 3: black washable graffiti crayon
The formula is as follows: 1.5 parts by weight of beeswax; 9 parts of paraffin; 2 parts of Fischer-Tropsch wax; 9 parts of stearic acid; 36 parts of hardened oil; 3 parts of white mineral oil; 11.44 parts by weight of calcium carbonate; 4.5 parts of kaolin; 2.4 parts by weight of carbon black; 6.3 parts by weight of glycerol monooleate; 4.2 parts by weight of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (n is 5); 8.4 parts by weight of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (n is 12); 0.2 part by weight of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol; 2 parts of lavender essential oil; benzoic acid [2- [ (2, 6-dimethylphenyl) amino ] -N, N-diethylbenzylammonium 0.06 parts by weight.

The crayons of comparative examples 1a,2a,3a,4a were obtained by the same preparation method as in examples 1 to 4 described above.
And (3) product performance testing:
the wash graffiti crayons of examples 1-6 and the graffiti crayons prepared in comparative examples 1a-4a were evaluated for breaking strength, tinting strength, paintability, watercolor dissolution, and washability according to the following methods.
The anti-breaking force measuring method refers to QB/T1336 and 2000 crayon industry standards, and requires the anti-breaking force to be more than 4N.
The tinting strength test is to paint the sample on various surfaces of paper, skin, cloth, plastics, glass, marble, metal and the like, and to score the tinting strength:
a: the surface of each medium can be painted and colored, and the coloring power is good;
b: the color is easy to be colored on the rough surfaces of paper surfaces, cloth and the like, but is difficult to be colored on the smooth surfaces, and the color can be displayed only by repeatedly painting;
c: only the paper surface and the cloth can be painted and colored, and the other smooth surfaces cannot be colored.
The delineation test is a uniform full-paint of 50mm by 50mm size area on the lead paper with the test specimen and the delineation is scored:
a: drawing fluency, and coating the sample with uniform color;
b: paint smoothly but with uneven paint color;
c: the paint was not smooth and the paint was not uniform in color.
The water color dissolving effect test means that after a sample is painted on the lead painting paper, the drawn stitch is stained with water by a writing brush to be halated, the water-soluble condition of the stitch is observed, and the water color dissolving effect is scored:
a: the stitches are easy to dissolve in water, and the pigment is diffused on the paper surface to generate watercolor effect;
b: the traces are slightly soluble in water, and trace pigments exist in the water but cannot be diffused on the paper surface;
c: the stitch is insoluble in water, no diffusion change exists before and after water is added, and the pigment and the water are in a separated state.
The water washing performance test refers to that after color blocks with the size of 50mm x 50mm are respectively painted on the surfaces of different media such as skin, a table top, cloth and the like, the samples are washed by clean water, and the washing effect is observed; if not, adding a cleaning agent for scrubbing, observing the cleaning effect, and grading the washability:
a: the product can be cleaned by clear water without obvious residual trace;
b: the detergent can not be cleaned by clear water, and is required to be added for cleaning, so that no obvious residual trace exists;
c: after the detergent is added for cleaning, obvious residual traces still remain.
The test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from the results shown in table 1, the wash-graffiti crayons of the present invention have a higher coloring power than the comparative examples in terms of coloring power, and can be painted and colored on various surfaces such as paper, skin, cloth, plastic, glass, marble, metal, etc., as compared with the comparative examples; the water color has good dissolving effect, and the water color can be produced by water-stunning; the paint is easier to clean, and can be cleaned by clear water after being painted on different surfaces, and no residual trace exists; in terms of delineation, better smoothness, color fineness and uniformity; in addition, their flexural strength meets the requirements of the industry.
The crayon in the comparative example was not easily colored on a smooth surface, had a water-tinged waterless color effect, and was not easily cleaned after painting. The crayons of the comparative examples were inferior to the washable graffiti crayons of the present invention in terms of tinting strength, paintability, watercolor dissolution and washability.
From the above test results, it was shown that the wash-graffiti crayon of the present invention is excellent as a wash-graffiti crayon in terms of properties including breaking resistance, tinting strength, drawing properties, watercolor dissolving effect, and water washability, as compared to conventional crayons. The product is environment-friendly, nontoxic, antibacterial and safe, and has the fragrance of natural plants; the bitter taste is provided when the children eat the food by mistake and bite, the children can be effectively inhibited from eating by mistake and biting, and the bitter taste is more suitable for the children.
It should be noted by those skilled in the art that the described embodiments of the present invention are merely exemplary and that various other substitutions, alterations, and modifications may be made within the scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but is only limited by the claims.
Claims (12)
1. The washable graffiti crayon comprises a crayon base material, an environment-friendly pigment and a water-soluble washing auxiliary agent, and is characterized in that the water-soluble washing auxiliary agent comprises glycerol monooleate, lipophilic nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and hydrophilic nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether.
2. The washable graffiti crayon of claim 1, wherein said aqueous rinse aid comprises no more than 45% of the combined weight of said crayon substrate and said eco-friendly pigment.
3. The washable graffiti crayon of claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of said glycerol monooleate to the sum of the weights of said lipophilic polyoxyethylene nonylphenol ether and said hydrophilic polyoxyethylene nonylphenol ether is from 1:1 to 2.
4. The washable graffiti crayon of claim 1, wherein said lipophilic nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether is of formula C15H24O·(C2H4O)nThe nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether of (1), wherein n is one or more than one of 4 or 5; the hydrophilic polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ether has a molecular formula C15H24O·(C2H4O)nThe nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether of (1), wherein n is one or more of 9,10,11 and 12.
5. The washable graffiti crayon of claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of said lipophilic polyoxyethylene nonylphenol ether to said hydrophilic polyoxyethylene nonylphenol ether is from 1:2 to 3.
6. The washable graffiti crayon of any one of claims 1-5, wherein said crayon substrate comprises beeswax, wax, stearic acid, hardened oil, white mineral oil, fillers, antioxidants, natural botanical flavors, and food grade bitterants.
7. The washable graffiti crayon of claim 6, wherein the washable graffiti crayon comprises, by weight, 0.5 to 2 parts of said beeswax, 5 to 15 parts of said wax, 3 to 10 parts of said stearic acid, 30 to 40 parts of said hardened oil, 1 to 4 parts of said white mineral oil, 15 to 30 parts of said filler, 1 to 15 parts of said eco-friendly pigment, 0.01 to 1.5 parts of said antioxidant, 0.1 to 5 parts of said natural plant fragrance, 0.001 to 0.3 parts of said food-grade bittering agent, and 15 to 25 parts of said water-soluble water washing aid.
8. The washable graffiti crayon of claim 7,
the wax comprises at least one selected from paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax and synthetic wax;
the paraffin is semi-refined or fully refined paraffin with the melting point of 54-62 ℃;
the microcrystalline wax is microcrystalline wax with a melting point of 80-95 ℃;
the synthetic wax comprises at least one selected from Fischer-Tropsch wax, polyethylene wax, polypropylene wax, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer wax and oxidized polyethylene wax;
the hardened oil is saturated fatty acid glycerate;
the white mineral oil has a kinematic viscosity of 30-70mm at 40 deg.C2Cosmetic grade white oil/s;
the filler comprises at least one selected from calcium carbonate, kaolin, talcum powder, white carbon black and barium sulfate;
the natural plant perfume comprises at least one of plant essential oil and plant extract;
the food-grade bittering agent is benzoic acid [2- [ (2, 6-dimethylphenyl) amino ] -N, N-diethylbenzylammonium;
the antioxidant comprises at least one selected from 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol and (1, 1-dimethylethyl) -4-methoxyphenol;
the environment-friendly pigment comprises at least one color environment-friendly pigment with the content of harmful substances meeting the European Union EN71 standard.
9. A method of making the washable graffiti crayon of any one of claims 6-8, comprising:
mixing and melting the white mineral oil and a part of the total amount of the wax, a part of the total amount of the stearic acid and a part of the total amount of the hardened oil to obtain a mixed wax liquid;
step (b) adding the environment-friendly pigment into the mixed wax liquid obtained in the step (a) for uniform stirring, heating while stirring, and stirring to obtain a uniform mixture;
grinding the uniform mixture obtained in the step (b) into a fine-particle semi-solid pigment pretreatment;
mixing and melting the water-soluble washing assistant, the antioxidant, the residual wax, the residual stearic acid and the residual hardened oil to obtain aqueous wax liquid;
step (e) adding the pigment pretreatment obtained in step (c), the beeswax, the filler, the natural plant perfume and the bittering agent into the aqueous wax liquid obtained in step (d), heating until the beeswax, the filler, the natural plant perfume and the bittering agent are completely melted, and stirring to obtain uniform liquid slurry;
and (f) carrying out a forming process on the liquid pulp obtained in the step (e) to obtain the crayon.
10. The method according to claim 9,
the melting temperature in the step (a) is 80-110 ℃, and the melting time is 60-120 minutes;
the heating temperature in the step (b) is 70-90 ℃, and the stirring time is 30-60 minutes;
the melting temperature in the step (d) is 80-110 ℃, and the melting time is 60-120 minutes;
the heating temperature in the step (e) is 80-110 ℃, and the stirring time is 30-60 minutes;
the cooling temperature of the molding process in the step (f) is 15-30 ℃.
11. The method according to claim 9,
in the step (a), mixing and melting the white mineral oil with half of the total amount of the wax, half of the total amount of the stearic acid and half of the total amount of the hardened oil;
in the step (d), the water-soluble washing assistant, the antioxidant, the wax of the other half, the stearic acid of the other half, and the hardened oil of the other half are mixed and melted.
12. The method according to claim 9,
the step (c) comprises grinding the homogeneous mixture by a three-roll grinder until the particle fineness of the fine granular semi-solid is 5-50 μm;
and (e) stirring until the particle fineness of the liquid slurry is 5-50 μm.
