The pressure sensor can be wired or wireless, is not limited in this regard, and the controller can play a role in alarming for cargo deflection occurring in the loading or carrying process by receiving signals of the pressure sensor; secondly, the information of the loading capacity (such as full load or no load or the residual load) can be sent to a remote terminal through a receiving and sending device, so that the dynamic information of the pallet and the goods can be timely known by a user, and the planned execution rate and the informatization level of a supply chain are improved; in addition, in the transportation process, information such as unbalanced load and falling of goods caused by loading and unloading can be rapidly adopted as emergency intervention measures or as a proof material of goods loss; the user can acquire the cargo loading change condition in time;
the positioning device can transmit positioning information to the controller, the controller actively transmits or passively transmits the transportation position information of the tray to the remote terminal according to the requirement, when the tray enters and exits in the set geographic coordinate area, the positioning device can remotely transmit messages and early warning information to the application management system in real time or at fixed time, and a user can acquire the position information of the tray in time to make relevant research and judgment; the planned execution rate and the informatization level of the supply chain are improved, and the cargo damage risks caused by cargo theft and cargo loading deviation are reduced.
The controller (CPU or PLC or singlechip) is provided with a rechargeable battery, a buzzer and a pressure sensor (wired or wireless); positioning devices (GPS, position tracker), receiving and transmitting devices (GPS modules) already belong to the existing mature technology and do not need to give detailed specific models.
And the first end beam and the second end beam are provided with logistics information storage codes, and the logistics information storage codes can uniquely confirm the identity authentication of the supporting seat and provide third-party logistics application system software to acquire a logistics information carrier. The logistics information storage code comprises, but is not limited to, a bar code, a two-dimensional code or a serial number; the logistic information storage code corresponds to information of goods carried by the pallet each time stored in third-party logistic application system software. The positioning or pressure information sent by the intelligent boxes in each tray is uniquely matched with the logistics information storage codes arranged on the end beams of the trays, the generated data can be shared and managed with the stored information on the third-party logistics application system software, and terminal clients can query and manage the real-time geographic position and cargo loading state information of the corresponding trays at any time by means of the logistics information storage codes on the third-party logistics application system software, so that the problem of logistics information island is solved.
When the pallet carries goods at every logistics node, related operators or equipment perform physical verification and data processing on the third-party logistics application system software corresponding to the logistics information storage code, and correct the data transmitted by the pallet intelligent box with each other, so that the whole-course continuity and integrity of logistics information are realized, and the safety and timeliness of the logistics information are improved.
In order to further improve the loading efficiency and the cargo carrying safety, light holes are formed in the lower bottom surfaces of the first end beam and the second end beam, and LED lamp strips are arranged in the first end beam and the second end beam and are electrically connected with rechargeable batteries. The LED lamp strip radiation light source can be guided by loading and unloading to distinguish loading and unloading areas of the pallet by a forklift driver, so that collision to the pallet and cargoes during forklift operation can be reduced, and loading and unloading efficiency of the pallet is improved.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the gravity center deviation unbalance easily occurs after the goods on the tray are stacked up, and the damage of the tray and the goods is caused by side turning collision; to further secure the article: the tray is provided with a protective frame, the protective frame comprises side rods, cross rods and connecting pieces, an inner regular polygon first connecting hole is formed in the axial direction of the supporting leg, and a regular polygon second connecting hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the supporting leg, of the bearing support part; the side bars penetrate through the bearing support parts and are connected with the supporting feet, cross bars are arranged between the two adjacent side bars, and the cross bars are connected with the side bars through connecting pieces.
The side lever bottom is provided with the side lever locating hole, and locking mechanism will stretch into the side lever of supporting legs equally and fix, guarantees the stability of protection frame.
The connecting piece adopts a three-dimensional tee joint, connecting a side rod with the two cross rods; the whole frame serves as a frame, plays a limiting role in loading cargoes, and the frame can be matched with articles such as plates, ropes, chains and cloth bags for use, so that the loading safety can be ensured.
In addition, each outer surface of the three-dimensional tee piece is plane, or a groove is arranged on each outer surface. When the trays are stacked, the supporting feet of the tray disc positioned above are directly seated on the plane of the three-dimensional tee piece or sunk into the groove (when sunk into the groove, the upper tray and the lower tray are more stable), the total weight of the tray above is vertically transferred to the supporting feet through the side rods, and the stacking of the two adjacent trays is more stable; the protective frame can effectively keep the goods in each tray from being pressed.
In addition, a protective cover is sleeved outside the protective frame. The protective cover is a cover bag with meshes or with functions of moisture resistance, collision resistance, static resistance and the like. And the bottom edge of each cover body can be provided with a button hole, so that the fixing is convenient. Effectively prevent goods from being damaged by rain and snow or scattered and lost in transportation.
The thickness, density and form of the protective cover can be changed according to the requirements of goods, besides the mesh cloth or the dampproof cover, the thickness of the protective cover (such as a sponge interlayer) can be increased, the protective cover is heat-insulating and anti-collision, and a protective cover with certain functionality is added. It is also conceivable to apply a fluorescent strip to the protective cover to alert the front and rear vehicles.
In addition, in order to match with the stability of transportation, hooks with downward openings are arranged on one side of the end beams and one side of the cross beams. The goods can be bound on the tray through the rope, so that the tray and the goods are guaranteed to be in an integrated structure.
In addition, the soft bearing support part such as a net and a bag can also be directly matched with the hook through the rope of the soft bearing support part and can be arranged on the bearing seat.
In addition, as shown in fig. 19, in this embodiment, the protection beam is improved, and an upward auxiliary upright post is added in the middle position of the protection beam, and the upright post has a supporting effect on the whole material when the bearing support part is made of soft materials (such as a net bag, soft cloth and a bag), so that the sagging of the material is avoided, and friction is generated between the upright post and the ground.

the support leg comprises a base and a connecting column, a lower threaded connecting part is arranged at the joint of the connecting column and the base, an upper threaded connecting part is arranged at the upper part of the connecting column corresponding to the lower threaded connecting part, and a unthreaded smooth column is arranged between the lower threaded connecting part and the upper threaded connecting part;
the support leg is limited to rotate by the locking mechanism; the locking mechanism comprises a first lock hole, a second lock hole, a locking bolt and an upright post; the first lock hole is arranged on the baffle plate, the baffle plate is fixed at the inner side of the threaded hole, an upright post is fixed at the outer side of the threaded hole; the second locking hole is arranged at the top of the connecting column, the front end of the locking bolt penetrates through the second locking hole to enter the first locking hole, the tail end of the locking bolt is provided with a circular ring, and the circular ring is sleeved on the upright column;
the first cross beam and the third cross beam are connected and fixed at one end of the protection beam, and the second cross beam and the fourth cross beam are connected and fixed at the other end of the protection beam;
the protection beam is parallel to the first end beam and the second end beam, so that the first support seat and the second support seat are connected to form a bearing seat;
the bearing support part is positioned on the bearing seat;
