Abstract

发明的创意是用一种由电动机驱动飞机起落架上的车轮转动,让起落架车轮在飞机起飞过程中由被动转动变为主动转动,与飞机发动机产生的推动合力,加快飞机向前滑行速度缩短飞机起飞滑行距离和起飞过程。新起落架的结构是在起落架上安装驱动电动机,在电动机上安装起落架车轮和其他辅件。飞机启动起飞滑行过程的同时给电动机供电,带动起落架车轮转动,与飞机发动机产生的推力合力,加快飞机向前滑行速度,缩短飞机起飞滑行距离和起飞过程。由于飞机起飞滑行动能提升,可提高飞机的有效载荷。在飞机降落过程中可回收飞机的动能。

Description

飞机用电动助推轮和起落架
在现有飞机起落架结构中加装驱动电动机,用一种有驱动电动机和起落架车轮组成的飞机起落架取代现用飞机起落架。在飞机起飞过程中,由电动机驱动起落架车轮转动,助推飞机向前滑行,缩短飞机的滑行距离和起飞过程。
技术领域
飞机的基本结构在机身下部安装有起落架,起落架由起落架支架和起落架车轮组成。起落架车轮直接接触地面,承载飞机重量。图1为起落架结构示意图。
现在飞机滑行起飞的过程是:由喷气发动机向后喷射气体产生的作用力推动飞机向前滑行。或由螺旋桨向后排风产生的反作用力推动飞机向前滑行。飞机起落架上的车轮是被动的转动滑行,飞机的向前滑行动力完全由飞机发动机提供。为了缩短飞机的起飞的滑行距离和起飞过程已发明使用了如弹射起飞、滑跃起飞等方法。
本发明创意是用一种由电动机驱动飞机起落架上车轮转动,让起落架车轮由被动转动改为主动转动驱动飞机前行,与飞机发动机产生的推力合力,加快飞机向前滑行速度,缩短飞机起飞滑行距离和起飞过程的创新方案。新起落架的基本结构是在飞机起落架上安装驱动电动机,在电动机上安装起落架车轮和其他辅件。飞机启动起飞滑行过程的同时给电动机供电,带动起落架车轮转动,产生向前的推动力,助推飞机整体向前滑行。飞机整体离开地面升空后,关闭电动机的供电,收起飞机起落架,完成飞机的起飞过程。飞机降落时放下起落架,起落架车轮接触地面后快速转动,带动电动机快速转动,利用电动机可回收飞机降落时的速度动能产生电能,既起到刹车减速的作用又能节约能源。
创新实施方案
方案1:飞机起落架支架安装在电动机外壳上,在电动机转动轴上安装起落架车轮和辅件。工作时电动机转轴转动带动起落架车轮转动。图2为方案示意图。图中右侧轮为半幅剖面。
方案2:飞机起落架支架安装在电动机的中心轴(转动轴)上,在电动机外壳上安装起落架车轮和辅件,工作时电动机中心轴不转动,电动机外壳转动,带动起落架车轮转动。图3为方案示意图。
本创新方案的特点:
1.所述两种不同结构的电动机已有成熟的技术可利用。
2.由于增加了电动助推可有效缩短飞机起飞滑行时间,缩短起飞滑行距离长度。
3.由于飞机起飞过程中滑行动能提升,可提高飞机的有效载荷。
4.在飞机降落过程中,可回收飞机减速的动能。
飞机起落架和电动助推轮的功能是用电力驱动起落架车轮转动,增加飞机起飞动力。它的专利保护范围应包括:
1.在飞机的起落架上安装电动机,起落支架安装在电动机外壳上,在电动机转动轴上安装起落架车轮,电动机转轴带动起落架车轮转动,助力飞机起飞。
2.起落支架安装在电动机中心轴(转动轴)上,起落架车轮安装在电动机外壳上。工作时电动机外壳转动,带动起落架车轮转动,助力飞机起飞。

Claims (3)

1.在飞机起落架上安装电动机,飞机起飞滑行时,用电力驱动起落架车轮转动。增加飞机的起飞动力与发动机合力,缩短飞机的起飞过程。
2.起落架支架安装在电动机外壳上,在电动机转轴上安装起落架车轮。工作时电动机转轴带动起落架转动,助力飞机起飞。
3.起落架支架安装在电动机中心轴上,起落架车轮安装在电动机外壳上。工作时,电动机外壳转动,带动起落架车轮转动,助力飞机起飞。
