the brake structure is composed of two groups which are symmetrically arranged, each group comprises an operating rod, a fixed shaft, an L-shaped inserted rod, a sleeve and a holding rod, and the lower part of the operating rod is rotationally connected with the fixed shaft fixed on the outer side of the upper part of the bottom frame beam; the L-shaped inserted rod is inserted into a sleeve fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the upper part of the bottom frame beam; one end of the L-shaped inserted link is hinged with the lower end of the operating link; the two L-shaped inserted bars are symmetrically arranged in parallel along the axis of the bottom frame beam, the maximum push-pull distance of the two L-shaped inserted bars exceeds the outer edge of the round steel ring, the distance between the two L-shaped inserted bars is smaller than the length between holding bars symmetrically arranged on two sides of the round steel ring, and the distance between the two L-shaped inserted bars is larger than the outer diameter of the section of the steel tube of the round steel ring.
2. The outdoor sports body-building rotary handstand machine of claim 1, wherein the circular steel ring is of a steel tube structure, and the inner diameter of the circular steel ring is between 200 cm and 260 cm.
3. The outdoor sports body-building rotary handstand machine of claim 1, wherein the first upright post is fixedly connected with the circular steel ring through a connecting shaft.
