The hand wheel 63 is operated to drive the sixth bevel gear 61 to rotate, and further the sixth bevel gear 61 rotates the fifth bevel gear 60 engaged with the sixth bevel gear, the fifth bevel gear 60 and the first support rod 58 form a screw nut structure, the first support rod 58 is fixedly connected with the support plate 37 through the second bearing 57, the second support rod 59 is used for supporting the fifth bevel gear 60, and the limit block 64 can further limit the rotation of the support plate 37 during the up-and-down movement.
