Detailed Description
In order for those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present specification, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present specification, not all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art based on the embodiments in the present specification shall fall within the scope of protection.
An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a coupon amount checking method, referring to fig. 1, which may include the steps of:
s101, acquiring a set of coupons to be checked in a target period for checking the amount;
it is understood that the amount checking is performed in units of the target period in order to improve the efficiency of the amount checking, and the target period for the amount checking can be flexibly set by those skilled in the art according to actual demands. For example, the number of coupons to be checked in the collection can be accumulated, and when the number reaches a preset threshold value, the accumulated coupons are checked in batch amount; for another example, the amount checking can be performed periodically in advance, if the amount checking is performed at a specific time every day, the target period is 24 hours before the periodic checking is triggered this time; etc., and the embodiments of the present specification are not limited thereto.
S102, determining coupon information of each coupon to be checked in the set, wherein the coupon information comprises: issuing merchant information, issuing time information, amount information and coupon identification;
in the coupon amount checking scheme provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, for each coupon to be checked, several pieces of coupon information of the coupon need to be determined.
Wherein, for the purpose of checking the amount, it is obviously necessary to determine the amount information of each coupon to be checked. And each coupon has a unique coupon identification, so that different coupons are distinguished in each stage of coupon issuing, acquisition, consumption, verification, and the like.
Coupons issued by merchants generally have a certain service life, for example, coupons with a service life of several months, and after users get the coupons, the coupons may be used in different time periods from several hours to several months, that is, there is a time difference between the issuance of the coupons and the verification of the coupons, so that the merchant can relatively scatter the inflow and outflow of funds in the account of the pre-stored funds started by the payment platform. Therefore, in the solution provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to make coupon amount verification more accurate, issuing merchant information and issuing time information of each coupon to be verified will also be determined.
Of course, those skilled in the art may determine other coupon information of the coupons to be checked according to actual needs, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
In addition, the embodiment of the present specification is not limited to the specific form of the coupon information. In a specific embodiment, the information of the issuing merchant, the information of the issuing time and the coupon identifier may be encoded in the form of serial number segments as shown in fig. 2, and different issuing merchants, different issuing times and different coupons respectively have different number segments, so that the merchants, the times and the coupons can be distinguished according to the number segments.
S103, counting the preferential amount in the target period according to the determined amount information;
s104, counting the verification amount in the target period according to the determined coupon identification and the pre-recorded verification details;
s105, counting the release amount of the corresponding merchant in the corresponding release period according to the determined release merchant information and release time information;
s106, checking whether the counted preferential amount, the verification amount and the release amount meet preset conditions.
For convenience of description, S103 to S106 will be described in combination.
When checking the amount of the coupon to be checked in the target period, the preferential amount and the verification amount, namely the amount deducted after the user uses the coupon, and the amount paid in the merchant pre-stored fund account need to be checked, and whether the relationship between the preferential amount and the verification amount is correct or not is determined.
Specifically, firstly, according to the determined amount information, counting the preferential amount in the target period, and then, according to the determined coupon identification and the pre-recorded verification and approval details, counting the verification and approval amount in the target period, so that whether the relationship between the counted preferential amount and verification and approval amount is correct or not can be compared, and if the relationship is equal, the relationship is compared directly.
In one embodiment, in order to find out the problems of the cancellation funds, such as the cross-account, the preferential amount and the cancellation amount of each merchant involved in the sum statistics can be counted and compared respectively.
Specifically, first, according to the determined issuing merchant information, the issuing merchant of each coupon to be checked is determined, and then, for any of the determined issuing merchants: and counting the preferential amount of the merchant in the target period according to the amount information of the corresponding coupon to be checked, namely counting the deducted preferential amount when the user consumes the coupon of the merchant.
Further, for any of the determined issuing merchants: the verification details recorded in advance by the merchant are read, and the verification details can be recorded when the user uses each coupon, specifically, information such as coupon identification, payment (deduction) amount and the like can be recorded. And then counting the verification amount of the merchant in the target period according to the identification and verification details of the corresponding coupon to be verified.
After the preferential amount and the verification amount of the merchant are obtained through statistics, whether the preferential amount and the verification amount of the merchant are equal or not can be compared, and if yes, the preferential amount and the verification amount of the merchant are determined to be in accordance with preset conditions.
Of course, other dimensions of verification may be performed, for example, specifically comparing each coupon of the user with each recorded verification details according to the coupon identifier and the amount information, and the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited.
When the amount of the coupon to be checked in the target period is checked, no matter whether the coupon amount and the verification amount meet the preset conditions or not, in order to avoid abnormal conditions such as that the coupon amount is tampered or the coupon amount is wrong due to the problem of a coupon system program, the amount check is also needed from the dimension of the issued amount.
In a specific embodiment, when counting the amount of the corresponding merchant in the corresponding issuing period according to the determined information of the issuing merchant and the issuing time information, the issuing merchant of each coupon to be checked may be determined according to the determined information of the issuing merchant, and then for any of the determined issuing merchants: according to the determined issuing time information, determining issuing time periods of coupons to be checked issued by the merchant, and finally, aiming at any issuing time period of any issuing merchant: counting the amount of the issued coupons to be checked by the target, wherein the coupons to be checked by the target are: and among the coupons to be checked, the coupons issued by the issuing merchant in the issuing period.
For example, in the coupon system, a plurality of merchants are involved, and each merchant issues a batch of coupons with a service life of 6 months per month, when counting the issued amount of the coupons to be checked, the issued merchant of each coupon can be determined according to the issued merchant information of each coupon to be checked. Taking the determined merchant A as an example, determining the issuing time of each coupon to be checked according to the issuing time information of each coupon issued by the merchant, if determining that the coupons are issued respectively with 4 months 1 day, 5 months 1 day and 6 months 1 day, counting the issuing amount of the merchant A on 4 months 1 day, 5 months 1 day and 6 months 1 day respectively, namely, the total amount issued by the merchant A on 4 months 1 day, the total amount issued on 5 months 1 day and the total amount issued on 6 months 1 day in the coupons to be checked.
When checking whether the release amount accords with the preset condition, determining the release total amount of coupons released by the merchant in the time period according to the preset release details for any release time period of any release merchant, such as the time period of merchant A for 4 months and 1 day, and for example, the time period of merchant A for 4 months and 1 day, wherein the release amount of coupons is 5 ten thousand yuan; and comparing whether the counted dispensing amount is not greater than the dispensing total amount, and if so, determining that the dispensing amount meets the preset condition.
The time between the issuance of the coupon by the merchant and the completion of the coupon amount checking can at least comprise 3 stages of the issuance and the acquisition of the coupon, the consumption and the verification of the coupon, and in the amount checking scheme, the amount checking is performed on the coupon used in the stage of the consumption and the verification of the coupon, and in a specific embodiment, the amount checking is also performed on the coupon used in the stage of the issuance and the acquisition of the coupon.
Specifically, according to the determined issue time information, it is determined whether the target period is the issue period of the coupon to be checked. For example, merchant A issues a batch of coupons on day 4 and day 1, and the user may pick up and use the coupons on the same day, and if the target period is 0 to 24 hours on day 4 and day 1, the target period is the issue and pick up period, and also the consumption and verification period.
Then, when the target period is the issuing period, the issuing amount in the target period may be counted according to the determined amount information, and when each user obtains the coupon, information such as the identifier of each obtained coupon, the preferential amount of the coupon, etc. may be recorded, so that according to the determined coupon identifier and the pre-recorded obtaining details, the obtained amount in the target period may be counted, and whether the counted issuing amount and the obtained amount meet preset conditions may be checked.
Similar to the previously described verification of the amount in the consumption and verification stage, the coupon amount in the distribution and pickup stage may also be verified from multiple dimensions.
In one example, the counted issue amount and the pickup amount may be compared to determine whether they are equal; if the amount of the money is equal to the amount of the money to be received, the amount of the money to be received and the amount of the money to be received are determined to accord with the preset condition.
In addition, if the issued amount is greater than the pickup amount, an abnormal condition may occur, or coupons may not be all picked up, and further, according to the coupon identifier, the pre-recorded issuing details and the pickup details, the non-pickup amount in the target period may be counted; comparing whether the issued amount is equal to the sum of the pickup amount and the undelivered amount; if the sum is equal to the preset value, the issuing sum and the receiving sum are determined to accord with the preset condition.
After the coupon issuing and receiving stage and the consumption and verification stage are subjected to the amount verification, if the condition that the amount verification result does not accord with the preset condition is determined, the alarm can be directly given so as to prompt operators to check error reasons; the reasons for the problems can be specifically positioned for operators to refer to; etc., the embodiments of the present specification are not particularly limited.
The coupon amount verification method provided in this specification is described below in connection with a more specific example.
(1) Coupon issuing and receiving stage
Assuming that merchant a issues 1 ten thousand coupons for use on day 1 through a payment platform on day 4, each coupon may be preferential for 5 yuan, the merchant needs to pre-store at least 5 ten thousand prepaid funds in the pre-stored funds account of the payment platform.
Similarly, merchant B may also issue 2 ten thousand coupons with a lifetime of the same day on day 1 of 4 months through the paymate, each coupon may be 3 yuan worth of coupons, and at least 6 ten thousand funds are pre-stored.
And each issued coupon also comprises a serial number section consisting of an issuing merchant number section, an issuing time number section and a coupon number section, which is used for identifying the coupon, and the merchant can record the serial number section of each coupon in the issuing stage to form issuing details.
After each coupon is picked up by the user, the pick-up user, the serial number section, the amount information and the like are recorded to form a pick-up detail.
(2) Coupon consumption and verification stage
The coupon system can check the amount of the coupon consumed and approved in 24 hours of the previous day at 0 hours of the day.
For example, at 0 point on month 4 and 2, the coupon amount used within 24 hours on month 4 and 1 is checked.
As shown in FIG. 3, the preferential amount, the verification amount and the release amount are counted respectively, wherein the table (a) in FIG. 3 is a counting table of the preferential amount, the table (b) is a counting table of the verification amount, and the release amounts of different merchants at different times are respectively represented by different rows of the tables (a) and (b). Table (b) shows the total amount of coupons issued by different merchants at different times. As can be seen from fig. 3, if the corresponding relation of the amounts in the table is correct, it can be determined that no abnormal situation occurs, and no amount loss occurs in the merchant or the paymate.
As shown in fig. 4, the refund error condition is a result of statistics when the coupon amount is tampered or refund error occurs, and the refund error condition is that if the user uses the coupon to consume, the coupon amount is paid out from the pre-stored account, but if the user applies for refund later, the coupon amount is not returned to the pre-stored account due to a system error or the like, and the amount is wrong. Fig. 5 shows the statistics of the occurrence of the funds transfer.
By applying the scheme, common abnormal conditions such as coupon tampering, refund errors, fund series and the like can be found in time after the amount is checked, and a coupon issuing merchant and issuing time can be specifically positioned, so that the specific coupon with problems is determined according to details recorded in stages such as issuing, receiving, consuming, verifying and the like, and the loss of merchants or payment platforms is avoided.
