Example one
Fig. 1a is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent express box according to an embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment is applicable to the user's condition of getting the piece in the express delivery process, and intelligent express delivery case 1 that this embodiment provided includes: a positioning communication device 11, a controller 12, a mobile device 13 and a map memory storage device 14, wherein,
the positioning communication device 11 is arranged on a box body 15 of the intelligent express box 1 and is used for acquiring first position information of the intelligent express box 1 in real time after receiving an automatic moving instruction carrying identification information, wherein the automatic moving instruction comprises an automatic dispatch moving instruction, an automatic pickup moving instruction and an automatic return moving instruction; the controller 12 is connected with the positioning communication device 11 and is used for acquiring target route information stored in the map memory storage device 14 according to identification information carried in the automatic movement instruction and generating a movement control instruction according to the first position information and the target route information; the moving device 13 is arranged at the bottom of the box body 15, is connected with the controller 12, and is used for driving the intelligent express box 1 to move to a target place corresponding to the target line information according to a movement control instruction; and the map memory storage device 14 is connected with the controller 12 and is used for storing at least one piece of route information carrying identification information, wherein the route information is determined according to a traveling route when the intelligent express box 1 moves along with each target terminal until the moving termination condition is met.
The automatic movement of the intelligent express box comprises three conditions, namely automatic dispatch movement, namely automatic delivery of the express stored in the intelligent express box, automatic pick-up movement, namely automatic going to an express network or an express transit to load the express to be dispatched into the intelligent express box, and automatic return movement, namely automatic returning from a user addressee or the express network or the express transit to a delivery point of the intelligent express box.
The identification information carried in the automatic movement instruction can be waybill information used for indicating the intelligent express box to automatically dispatch and move so that the intelligent express box can know the destination of the dispatch, or task information used for indicating the intelligent express box to automatically fetch and move so that the intelligent express box can know an express delivery network point or an express delivery transfer station of the dispatch, or positioning information used for indicating the intelligent express box to automatically return and move by a user so that the intelligent express box can know the current position information.
The route information carrying the identification information stored in the map memory storage device 14 is generated by memorizing the travel route when the intelligent express box 1 moves along with each target terminal until the movement termination condition is met. For example, the intelligent express box 1 moves from a drop point to an addressee of the target user a along with the target user a, and stores the travel route in memory as corresponding route information of the target user a, wherein a target location corresponding to the route information is the addressee and the drop point of the target user a, identification information of the route information may be the target user a, the addressee of the target user a, a contact telephone of the target user a, and the like, as long as the route information can be uniquely identified. Furthermore, the intelligent express box 1 can automatically deliver to the target user a according to the stored route information corresponding to the target user a, and automatically return to the delivery point after delivery is completed.
For another example, the intelligent express box 1 moves from the drop point to an express network point or an express transit station along with the administrator B, and memorizes and stores the section of the travel route as route information corresponding to the express network point (or the express transit station), and the target locations corresponding to the route information are the express network point (or the express transit station) and the drop point, and the identification information of the route information can be the administrator B or the address of the express network point (or the express transit station), as long as the route information can be uniquely identified. Furthermore, the intelligent express box 1 can automatically go to an express network point (or an express transit) to pick up the express according to the stored line information corresponding to the express network point (or the express transit), and automatically return to the delivery point after the pick-up is completed.
Typically, the positioning communication device 11 is further configured to obtain first position information of the intelligent express item box 1 and second position information of the target terminal in real time after receiving the following instruction; the controller 12 is further configured to plan a travel route according to the first position information and the second position information, and generate a movement control instruction according to the travel route; the moving device 13 is further configured to drive the intelligent express box 1 to move along with the target terminal according to the movement control instruction, so that when the intelligent express box 1 moves to meet a movement termination condition, the controller 12 stores the travel route of the intelligent express box 1 as route information corresponding to the user of the target terminal in the map memory storage device 14, and adds identification information to the route information.
In this embodiment, the target terminal may be a mobile terminal carried by the pickup user or the administrator, including but not limited to a mobile phone, a tablet, and the like. When a user uses the intelligent express box 1 for dispatching for the first time, the target terminal can be utilized to enable the intelligent express box 1 to follow an addressee to complete the first express receiving, meanwhile, the intelligent express box 1 records route information for automatically dispatching for the user, and then the intelligent express box 1 can automatically deliver for the user and automatically return. When the administrator takes the intelligent express box 1 to an express network point (or an express transit) for taking the express, the administrator can utilize the target terminal to enable the intelligent express box 1 to follow the express network point (or the express transit) to finish taking the express for the first time, and meanwhile, the intelligent express box records the route information going to the express network point (or the express transit) for automatically taking the express, so that the intelligent express box 1 can automatically take the express and automatically return after the route information.
Illustratively, in the process of receiving an article by using the intelligent express box 1 for the first time by a user, or in the process of taking the intelligent express box 1 to an express network (or an express transfer site) for the first time by an administrator, the intelligent express box 1 can perform real-time self-positioning and real-time positioning of a target terminal by the positioning communication device 11 arranged on the box body 15, wherein the positioning mode includes but is not limited to satellite positioning and the like. And then the controller 12 plans a traveling route from the position corresponding to the first position information of the intelligent express item box 1 to the position corresponding to the second position information of the target terminal according to the position information acquired by the positioning communication device 11. Finally, the mobile device 13 drives the intelligent express box 1 to move along with the target terminal according to the movement control instruction generated by the controller 12. The moving device 13 may be four sets of independent driven universal wheels, and each set of universal wheels may be provided with three independent small wheels dedicated for climbing stairs. The following speed of the intelligent express box 1 can be set according to actual requirements, for example, the following speed is set to be 1 m/s. The universal wheel is fit for climbing the building, docks intelligent express mail case 1 and whole community building elevator control system, and intelligent express mail case also can take the elevator by oneself to this realizes automatic delivery and goes to the gate.
When the intelligent express box 1 moves to meet the termination condition, the controller 12 stores the travel route of the intelligent express box 1 as route information corresponding to the user of the target terminal in the map memory storage device 14, and adds identification information to the route information. The termination condition may be an addressee confirmation instruction or a pickup confirmation instruction. Specifically, the receiving confirmation instruction may be generated by triggering a receiving confirmation key on the target terminal or the intelligent express box 1 by the user when the intelligent express box 1 reaches the receiving address of the user; the pick-up confirmation instruction can be produced by triggering a pick-up confirmation key on the target terminal or the intelligent express box 1 by an administrator when the intelligent express box 1 arrives at an express network (or an express transit).
Because the express delivery box position is relatively fixed among the prior art, can't remove, the user has to carry the transport by oneself when getting the piece, and in this embodiment, no matter utilize intelligent express delivery box to carry out the in-process of first addressee, or utilize intelligent express delivery box to carry out the in-process of automatic delivery going to the home, all need not the user and carry in person, first addressee only need the user guide in the past can, intelligent express delivery box can realize automatic delivery going to the home when not first addressee. Optionally, as shown in fig. 1b, the intelligent express box is further provided with a voice communication device 16, connected to the controller 12, and configured to establish a voice communication connection with a target user and obtain voice information of the target user; the controller 12 is further configured to determine whether to automatically dispatch for the target user according to the voice information of the target user.
When the intelligent express box 1 receives the dispatch task (the express corresponding to the dispatch task is delivered to the intelligent express box 1), the voice communication mode of the target user can be obtained according to the dispatch task information, the voice communication connection with the target user is established before automatic dispatch, whether the target user is located at an addressee (home or company and the like) is inquired, the voice recognition is carried out on the answer information of the target user, and whether the automatic dispatch is carried out on the target user at once is determined according to the voice recognition result. When the intelligent express box 1 reaches the addressee, the voice communication connection with the target user can be established again so as to inform the target user that the intelligent express box 1 reaches the addressee and please open the door to receive the express.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1b, the intelligent express item box 1 is further provided with an obstacle detection device 17, wherein: the obstacle detecting device 17 is disposed on a forward outer surface of the case 14, connected to the controller 12, and configured to detect an obstacle in a forward direction and measure a distance to the obstacle, so that the controller 12 adjusts a travel route according to the distance.
There may be some barriers on the route of advancing of intelligent express mail case 1, influence the removal of intelligent express mail case 1, therefore, can set up obstacle detection device 17 on the box 15 forward surface at intelligent express mail case 1, the benefit of setting up like this lies in, can in time detect the barrier of avoiding on the route of advancing, in time discover and detect the distance between intelligent express mail case 1 and the place ahead barrier, and send this distance to controller 12, when controller 12 detects this distance and is less than predetermineeing the distance threshold value, in time adjust current route of advancing, avoid this barrier through modes such as lateral shifting, the route of advancing is adjusted. The obstacle detecting device 17 may be an ultrasonic sensor.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1c, the positioning communication device 11 may specifically include: a remote wireless communication module 111, a bluetooth module 112, and a positioning module 113, wherein:
the remote wireless communication module 11 is connected with the controller 12 and is used for receiving the automatic moving instruction and the following instruction; the bluetooth module 112 is connected to the controller 12, and is configured to match and connect with the bluetooth module of the target terminal when receiving the following instruction, and obtain the second location information in real time through a bluetooth signal; the positioning module 113 is connected to the controller 12, and is configured to obtain the first position information in real time.
Illustratively, when a user obtains a pickup notification (a target express is stored in the intelligent express box 1), the user can select to use the intelligent express box for the first time in the pickup public number to dispatch to the home, at this time, the background server can send a following instruction to the intelligent express box 1, the controller 12 of the intelligent express box 1 can start the bluetooth module 112 when receiving the following instruction, pair with the bluetooth module of the user mobile phone, and connect when the pairing is successful, so that the intelligent express box 1 can obtain the position information of the user mobile phone in real time through a bluetooth signal, that is, the second position information. In addition, after the user takes out the express, if the user triggers an express receiving completion button on the mobile phone, the background server is triggered to send an automatic return moving instruction to the intelligent express box 1. After receiving the automatic return moving instruction, the intelligent express box 1 acquires the first position information in real time through the positioning module 113, and determines the automatically returned route information, so that the controller 12 generates a moving control instruction according to the first position information and the route information to drive the intelligent express box 1 to automatically return to the delivery point.
The Positioning module 113 included in the Positioning communication device 11 may be a GPS (Global Positioning System) Positioning module, a beidou Positioning module, or a combination of the two, which is not limited herein.
Further, the remote communication module 111 is further configured to send the first location information to the background server when the controller 12 determines that the location corresponding to the first location information is outside the preset distribution range.
As shown in fig. 1b, the outer surface of the box body 15 is further provided with a first camera 18, and the first camera 18 is connected to the controller 12 and is used for collecting an environmental image according to an image collecting instruction sent by the controller 12; the controller 12 is further configured to generate an image acquisition instruction when receiving a remote monitoring instruction sent by the background server, and send an acquired environment image to the background server.

In this embodiment, the remote communication module may be a GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) module, or may also be a 3G or 4G module, and is connected to the background server through a wireless network. Wherein, the first camera may be a binocular camera.
As shown in fig. 1b, optionally, the intelligent express box 1 is further provided with an alarm device 19, wherein: the alarm device 19 is connected to the controller 12 and configured to perform a voice alarm prompt when the controller 12 determines that the distance between the positions corresponding to the first position information and the second position information exceeds a preset distance threshold, or determines that the position corresponding to the first position information is outside a preset distribution range.
Wherein the alarm device 19 is provided with a voice generator. Illustratively, when the distance between the intelligent express box 1 and the target terminal exceeds a preset distance threshold, in order to prevent the poor bluetooth signal from affecting the acquisition of the position of the target terminal, a voice alarm prompt may be performed through the alarm device 19 to attract the attention of the user. In addition, when the current position of the intelligent express box 1 exceeds the preset distribution range, the intelligent express box can also perform voice alarm through the alarm device 19 to prompt the user that the current position exceeds the distribution range.
As shown in fig. 1b, optionally, a second camera 20 and an electronic display screen 21 are further disposed on an outer surface of the box body 15 of the intelligent express box 1, and the second camera 20 is connected to the controller 12 and configured to collect a face image according to a face collection instruction sent by the controller 12 and display the collected face image on the electronic display screen 21; the controller 12 is further configured to compare the acquired face image with a face image that is previously input, so as to perform face recognition on the user.
In order to prevent the express mail from being falsely received by other users when the intelligent express mail box 1 is automatically delivered to the door, the second camera 20 can be adopted to collect the face image of the user, the controller 12 can further identify the collected face image, and if the identification is successful, the target express mail in the intelligent express mail box 1 is delivered to the corresponding user. Specifically, when the user uses the intelligent express box 1 for receiving the mail for the first time, the second camera 20 can be adopted to enter the face information of the user, so that the intelligent express box 1 can perform face recognition on the user when the user subsequently selects the intelligent express box 1 to dispatch the mail and get to the door.
Typically, when the controller 12 performs face recognition, the electronic display screen 21 may display an avatar collecting frame, and the user adjusts his or her position to make the head just in the avatar collecting frame, and performs a corresponding action (e.g., nodding the head and shaking the head) according to the voice prompt, so that the controller 12 performs dynamic face recognition.
Optionally, the intelligent express box 1 at least includes a box door (not shown in the figure), the box door of the box door is arranged forward, and the two sides of the intelligent express box 1 are provided with manipulators (not shown in the figure).
Typically, the intelligent express box 1 may include three crates, the models of which are respectively large, medium and small.
After the controller 12 of the intelligent express box 1 controls the box door of the crate box to be opened, the manipulator is controlled to put the express into the corresponding crate box or take the express out of the corresponding crate box. Optionally, a rechargeable battery and a charging socket are further disposed on the box body 15.
Rechargeable battery links to each other with charging socket for carry out the operation of charging through this charging socket, wherein, charging socket and setting are at the other corresponding stake mouth phase-match that charges of express delivery cabinet-type air conditioner, when this charging socket is connected with charging stake mouth, can charge to intelligent express mail case 1, simultaneously, charging socket and fill and be provided with the locking structure between the electric pile, can lock automatically after intelligent express mail case 1 connects charging stake mouth. Illustratively, the management of the charging points comprises the establishment and maintenance of basic information of the charging points of the intelligent express boxes, codes of the charging points, administrative regions, detailed addresses, connection points, the number and the state of charging piles, suppliers, brands, the models of the adaptive intelligent express boxes, release managers, the charging number of the express boxes, the opening time and the like.
The intelligent express box management comprises the steps of inquiring and maintaining the releasing, activating and running basic information of the intelligent express box, and the code, type, brand, supplier, basic parameter, speed, battery model, endurance time, releasing charging point, state, express box manager, activation time and the like of the intelligent express box.
The scheduling management comprises the scheduling of taking packages at a network site and the scheduling of delivery and delivery, wherein the intelligent express box can be manually changed.

The user pickup management comprises the steps of inquiring the record of the intelligent express box automatically returned by the first pickup follow-up mode of the user, the pickup record code, the pickup time, the automatic follow-up starting time-ending time, checking the follow-up path real-time track, the pickup person mobile phone number, the face recognition image, the deposit amount, whether to return or not, whether to automatically return or not, returning the charging point starting time-ending time, checking the automatic real-time return track, the intelligent express box code, the type, the parameter and the like.
The delivery door-to-door management comprises the steps of inquiring the automatic delivery door-to-door record of the intelligent express box, the ID of the delivery door-to-door record, the delivery door-to-door starting time, the real-time path track inquiry of the delivery door-to-door and the like.
The remote monitoring management comprises remote checking of the path and the movement track of the intelligent express box, exceeding the community distribution range, and automatic early warning of artificial damage or insufficient battery.
The user management comprises basic information query and remark of the pickup user and the like.
The technical scheme of the embodiment includes that a positioning communication device, a controller, a mobile device and a map memory storage device are arranged on an intelligent express box, wherein the positioning communication device is arranged on a box body of the intelligent express box and used for acquiring first position information of the intelligent express box in real time after receiving an automatic movement instruction carrying identification information, the controller is connected with the positioning communication device and used for acquiring target route information stored in the map memory storage device according to the identification information carried in the automatic movement instruction and generating a movement control instruction according to the first position information and the target route information, the mobile device is arranged at the bottom of the box body and connected with the controller and used for driving the intelligent express box to move to a target place corresponding to the target route information according to the movement control instruction, and therefore when a user takes an express item, automatic distribution and door-up of the intelligent express box can be achieved, delivery completion is automatically returned. In the technical scheme, a user is not required to carry and transport express items in the fixedly arranged express cabinet, the express items can be taken without leaving home, user experience is improved, and meanwhile potential safety hazards caused by delivery of express delivery personnel to the home are avoided.

Fig. 2a is a schematic flow chart of a dispatch method for an intelligent dispatch box according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The method can be applied to the situation that the user takes the express delivery in the express delivery distribution process, can be applied to the intelligent express box in the embodiment, and is executed by the corresponding functional module in the intelligent express box. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
s210, after receiving an automatic moving instruction carrying identification information, acquiring first position information of the intelligent express box in real time, wherein the automatic moving instruction comprises an automatic dispatching moving instruction, an automatic pickup moving instruction and an automatic return moving instruction.

And under the application scene that the intelligent express box finishes the express taking operation, the background server sends the automatic return moving instruction to the intelligent express box so as to enable the intelligent express box to automatically return to the delivery point. And when the target express item of the target user is stored in the intelligent express box, the background server sends the automatic dispatch moving instruction to the intelligent express box so that the intelligent express box can automatically distribute the target express item to the door.

The target terminal can be a mobile terminal carried by a pickup user or an administrator, including but not limited to a mobile phone, a tablet, and the like. The manner of acquiring the first location information and the second location information includes, but is not limited to, GPS positioning, beidou positioning, etc., or a combination thereof, and is not limited herein. When a user uses the intelligent express box 1 for dispatching for the first time, the target terminal can be utilized to enable the intelligent express box 1 to follow an addressee to complete the first express receiving, meanwhile, the intelligent express box 1 records route information for automatically dispatching for the user, and then the intelligent express box 1 can automatically deliver for the user and automatically return. When the administrator takes the intelligent express box 1 to an express network point (or an express transit) for taking the express, the administrator can utilize the target terminal to enable the intelligent express box 1 to follow the express network point (or the express transit) to finish taking the express for the first time, and meanwhile, the intelligent express box records the route information going to the express network point (or the express transit) for automatically taking the express, so that the intelligent express box 1 can automatically take the express and automatically return after the route information.
Illustratively, when a user obtains a pickup notification (a target express is stored in the intelligent express box 1), the user can select to use the intelligent express box for the first time in a pickup public number to dispatch and get to the home, at this time, the background server sends a following instruction to the intelligent express box, and the intelligent express box obtains self position information, namely first position information, through a self positioning module when receiving the pickup following instruction; and meanwhile, the Bluetooth module is started, is matched with the Bluetooth module of the user mobile phone and is connected when the matching is successful, so that the intelligent express box can acquire the position information of the user mobile phone in real time through Bluetooth signals, namely the second position information. The intelligent express box can plan a traveling route from a position corresponding to the first position information to a position corresponding to the second position information acquired from the target terminal according to the first position information acquired by the positioning module. In the process of planning the route, the route can be planned based on the current position of the target terminal on the preset map and the current position of the intelligent express box by adopting the principle of shortest route. And finally, generating a corresponding movement control instruction according to the planned route so as to control the intelligent express box to move according to the traveling route. When the intelligent express box reaches the destination along with the user, the user takes out the express in the box, and if the user triggers an express receiving completion button on the mobile phone, the background server is triggered to send an automatic return moving instruction to the intelligent express box.
And when the intelligent express box moves to meet the movement termination condition, the controller stores the travelling route of the intelligent express box into a map memory storage device as route information corresponding to the user of the target terminal, and adds identification information to the route information. The termination condition may be an addressee confirmation instruction or a pickup confirmation instruction.
