Illustratively, when a user obtains a pickup notification (a target express is stored in the intelligent express box 1), the user can select to use the intelligent express box for the first time in a pickup public number to dispatch and get to the home, at this time, the background server sends a following instruction to the intelligent express box, and the intelligent express box obtains self position information, namely first position information, through a self positioning module when receiving the pickup following instruction; and meanwhile, the Bluetooth module is started, is matched with the Bluetooth module of the user mobile phone and is connected when the matching is successful, so that the intelligent express box can acquire the position information of the user mobile phone in real time through Bluetooth signals, namely the second position information. Some obstacles may exist on the travelling route of the intelligent express box to influence the movement of the intelligent express box, so that the obstacles on the travelling route can be avoided in time by detecting whether the obstacles exist in the advancing direction. For example, if the intelligent express box determines that an obstacle exists in the advancing direction, the current advancing route may be adjusted in time when the distance between the current position of the intelligent express box, that is, the position corresponding to the first position information, and the obstacle in front is smaller than a preset distance threshold, and the obstacle is avoided by moving laterally or the like, so as to adjust the advancing route. The intelligent express box can realize short-distance low-speed distribution and door-to-door service in a fixed closed place after memorizing line information in a following mode, saves labor cost of express delivery personnel who go to a website or transit and get packages, also improves user experience, and simultaneously avoids worry of people about potential safety hazards of door-to-door service of the express delivery personnel. And the short-distance low-speed distribution service in the closed place has lower cost compared with the full-automatic driving technology, and is beneficial to large-scale popularization and generalization.

the mobile device is arranged at the bottom of the box body, is connected with the controller and is used for driving the intelligent express box to move to a target place corresponding to the target line information according to the mobile control instruction;
the map memory storage device is connected with the controller and is used for storing at least one piece of route information carrying identification information, wherein the route information is determined according to a traveling route when the intelligent express box moves along with each target terminal until a movement termination condition is met;
the positioning communication device is further used for acquiring first position information of the intelligent express box and second position information of the target terminal in real time after receiving the following instruction;
the controller is further used for planning a traveling route according to the first position information and the second position information and generating a movement control instruction according to the traveling route;
the mobile device is further used for driving the intelligent express box to move along with the target terminal according to the movement control instruction, so that when the intelligent express box moves to meet a movement termination condition, the controller stores a traveling route of the intelligent express box into the map memory storage device as route information corresponding to a user of the target terminal, and adds identification information to the route information.

acquiring target route information stored in a map memory storage device according to identification information carried in the automatic movement instruction, and generating a movement control instruction according to the first position information and the target route information;
and driving the intelligent express box to move to a target place corresponding to the target line information according to the movement control instruction.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
after receiving a following instruction, acquiring first position information of the intelligent express box and second position information of a target terminal in real time;
planning a traveling route according to the first position information and the second position information, and generating a movement control instruction according to the traveling route;
driving the intelligent express box to move along with the target terminal according to the movement control instruction;
and when the intelligent express box moves to meet the movement termination condition, storing the travelling route of the intelligent express box into the map memory storage device as route information corresponding to the user of the target terminal, and adding identification information for the route information.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the automatic move command is an automatic dispatch move command;
after the automatic movement instruction carrying the identification information is received and before the first position information of the intelligent express box is obtained in real time, the method further comprises the following steps:
establishing voice communication connection with a target user according to the identification information carried in the automatic dispatch moving instruction;
determining to automatically dispatch the target user according to the voice information of the target user;
after the intelligent express box is driven to move to the target location corresponding to the target route information according to the movement control instruction, the method further comprises the following steps:
establishing voice communication connection with a target user according to identification information carried in the automatic dispatch moving instruction so as to inform the target user that express mail arrives;
controlling a second camera to be started and acquiring a face image of the target user;
and if the face image acquired by the second camera passes the identification, controlling the opening of the target crate so as to enable the target user to take away the target express.
12. The method of claim 10, wherein the auto-move command is an auto-pick move command;
after the intelligent express box is driven to move to the target location corresponding to the target route information according to the movement control instruction, the method further comprises the following steps:
and sequentially controlling the opening of each grid box, and controlling the manipulator to put the target express into the corresponding grid box.

The method according to any one of claims 10-12, further comprising, after generating movement control instructions based on the first location information and the target route information, and after planning a travel route based on the first location information and the second location information and generating movement control instructions according to the travel route:
and if an obstacle in the advancing direction is detected, adjusting the travelling route according to the distance between the first position information and the obstacle so as to avoid the obstacle.
14. The method of any one of claims 10-12, further comprising:
when the position corresponding to the first position information is determined to be out of a preset distribution range, the first position information is sent to a background server;
and if a remote monitoring instruction sent by the background server is received, generating an image acquisition instruction, and sending the environment image acquired according to the image acquisition instruction to the background server.
15. The method of claim 14, further comprising:
and if the distance between the positions corresponding to the first position information and the second position information is determined to exceed a preset distance threshold value, or the position corresponding to the first position information is determined to be out of a preset distribution range, carrying out voice alarm prompting.
