Abstract

一种冰箱供冰装置,具有一安装用于接纳从制冰器落下的冰块的冰储存盒和一安装在储存盒中随马达同时旋转的转轴,该装置包括一安装在冰供应容器前部的体积减小机构,其用于随转轴运动,并且即使削减了供应容器的长度时也能保证通过减小冰导引面积而提供预定量的冰,因此储存盒中供应容器所占的面积随冰储存容量的增加而减小。从而减少了冰供应容器的数量,并减少了其制造材料。

Description

冰箱供冰装置
本发明涉及一种冰箱供冰装置。
传统冰箱设计为利用致冷剂的冷冻循环长期储存食物。冰箱具有一在非冷冻态短期储存食物的冷藏室(未示出)及一长期冷冻和储存食物的冷冻室P。
如图1所示,冷冻室设置一门,旋转地安装在其前部,门上带有如泡沫聚苯乙烯的绝缘材料制成的分冰器50;一外壳52,用于形成冷冻室P的构架;一压缩机55,设于外壳52下;第一和第二制冰器56,57,安装在冷冻室P的中部和上部;多个搁物架59,支承在多个形成于侧壁上的导轨58上;和多个储藏盒60。
分冰器50设置一收集器61,形成于门51的外侧;一泄放管62,垂直安装在门51内部;一分配杠杆64,用一铰链63旋转把铰接在泄放管62的下端;及一开关65,设于门51上,当分配杠杆64运动时打开。
特别地,供冰装置安装在第一制冰器56下,用于破碎冰块并向分冰器50的泄放管62供应预定量的冰。
供冰装置(公开于美国专利第4627556)包括一马达67,支承在一导轨58和罩66上;一螺旋形转轴68,随着连接的马达67连续运动而传送冰块;一组两个圆筒形供应容器70,具有多个螺旋叶片69,安装在转轴68的一端,用于传送预定量的冰;一破碎器72,具有多个随转轴68旋转的刀片,用于把从供应容器70传送来的冰破碎成更小的碎片;及一储存盒73,用于藏纳一些机械零件并储存冰块。
第一和第二制冰器56,57分别设置用于提供预定量的水以冷冻成冰的供水管74及设在储存盒73前部的罩75。
若冷冻室P由冰箱的压缩机55和蒸发器54充满冷空气,则从供水管74进入第一和第二制冰器56,57的水结成冰。
然后,当第一和第二制冰器56、57的冰容器旋转时,形成于第一和第二制冰器56、57中的冰通过储存盒73的上开口落下,从而有预定量的冰储存在储存盒73中。
如果用户压下分配杠杆64以取冰,则杠杆64绕转轴68旋转并且开关65同时打开。若开关65打开,则马达67旋转,同时驱动转轴68以向供应容器70供应冰块。
供应容器70中的冰块以预定量由叶片69供至破碎器72。若用户需要小块冰则冰块在破碎器72处被刀片71破碎成小碎片。然后,破碎的冰块通过破碎器72送至泄放管62以供用户使用。
此时,两个供应容器70用作为一组,以防止已穿过供应容器70的冰块突然传至破碎器72。此外,一组两个供应容器70相对一个供应容器在延长供应容器70的叶片69推动冰块的行程距离方面是更有效的。因此,由于增加了叶片69以预定速度和预定量推动冰块的行程距离,从而提高了向破碎器72供应冰块的稳定性。冰块向破碎器72的稳定供应使得更便于控制冰块通过分冰器泄放的数量。
但是,传统冰箱供冰装置的一个问题在于两个供应容器用作为一组以传送冰块,使得体积较庞大,因而减少了储存盒中的储存容量并增加了制造成本。
本发明旨在解决前述问题,并且本发明的目的在于提供一种冰块储存容量增加、制造材料减少的冰箱供冰装置。
为实现本发明的目的,提供了一种冰箱供冰装置,其具有一安装用于接纳从制冰器落下的冰块的冰储存盒和一安装在储存盒中随马达同时旋转的转轴,该装置包括:
安装在冰供应容器前部的体积减小机构,用于随转轴运动并且即使削减了供应容器的长度也能保证通过减小冰导引面积提供预定量的冰。
为了更彻底地了解本发明的特点和目的,下面将参照附图进行详细的描述,其中:
图1为示出传统大冰箱冷冻室的剖视图;
图2为示出本发明冰箱供冰装置的重要部的分析透视图;
图3为图2中冰箱供冰装置装配的前视图;及
图4为本发明冰箱供冰装置的透视图。
参照附图,详细描述了本发明的优选实施例。在各图中,用相似的参考数字和标号来表示相似或相同的部件或部分以简化图示和说明,并且省去了多余的描述。
图3和图4是分别示出本发明冰箱供冰装置的透视和前视图的示意图。体积减小机构设在冰供应容器70的前部,用于保证通过减小其冰导引部提供预定量的冰。体积减小机构具有一阻断板100,用于减小形成于供应容器70前侧部的开口的面积。
刀片200固定在阻断板100的侧部,当冰块通过旋转供至供应容器70的前端时进行冰块的初始和总的断裂,并且导引断裂的小冰块通过安装于供应容器后端的破碎器72。
阻断板100减少了导入供应容器70的冰块量,从而防止了冰块突然导入供应容器70。相应地,进入破碎器72的冰块数量减少了,因此实现了冰块的预定供应。
下面详细描述运行过程和结果:首先,若用户为使用具有在供应容器70处的阻断板100的冰箱的分冰器50而压下冰块分配杠杆64,则分配杠杆64绕转轴68旋转。
如果分配杠杆64旋转,则开关65和马达67同时操作,从而把储存在储存盒73中的预定量的冰推入破碎器72,在此处冰块被破碎并落至泄放管62。
此时,在储存盒73中被转轴68强行传送的大块冰块被设置在供应容器70前部的阻断板100所阻止,而小块的冰块被导引通过供应容器70的开口。
在现有技术中两个冰供应容器70作为一组在通过延长冰块的行程距离而供应预定量的冰方面是有效的,而本发明的阻断板100在控制冰块的传输速度从而在储存盒73中导引预定量的冰进入供应容器70方面是有效的。被阻断板100阻断的供应容器70的开口一方面是足够大的,能够保持冰块的预定供应,但另一方面又是足够小的,能够防止冰块的突然传输。
如果在储存盒73内溶化和结冰的冰块被旋转转轴68导入供应容器70,则形成于阻断板100两侧的刀片把冰块切成小块。此外,被刀片200切得更小的冰块通过供应容器70被送入具有更有效和更稳定的破碎冰块功能的破碎器72。
因此,本发明的冰箱供冰装置的优点在于仅用了一个冰供应容器以向破碎器稳定供应冰块,从而减少了制造材料。

Claims (2)

1.一种冰箱供冰装置,具有一安装用于接纳从制冰器落下的冰块的冰储存盒和一安装在储存盒中随马达同时旋转的转轴,该装置包括:
安装在冰供应容器前部的体积减小机构,用于随转轴运动,并且即使削减了供应容器的长度也能保证通过减小冰导引面积而提供预定量的冰,该体积减小机构具有一用于减小供冰装置开口处的冰导引面积的阻断板。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,阻断板具有形成于其两侧的刀片,用于在冰块被进一步送至破碎器之前,当冰供应器旋转时进行冰块的初始和总的破碎。
