Abstract
本发明属于日用化工品领域,涉及去污除垢剂,具体是一种膏状除垢剂及其制备方法,膏状除垢剂由一定重量份的水,TX‑10,OP‑10,聚丙酰胺,羧甲基纤维素钠,硫酸,草酸,氟氢化铵和香精,经过一定的方法制备而成。与现有技术相比,能将液体或粉剂去污剂变为膏状,以涂抹方式附着在墙壁表面,不流坠,作用充分均匀,去污除垢消痕效果好,还能加香,改善污浊空间气味。

本发明属于日用化工品领域,涉及生活设施表面除污用品,具体是一种膏状除垢剂及制备方法。
背景技术
家庭、宾馆、饭店、洗浴间等生活设施,在使用时间长了之后会在瓷砖、玻璃墙壁表面形成污垢,特别是经常使用洗涤剂、清洁剂、洗发用品、沐浴露等用品后,容易形成含硅污垢,难以用清水冲洗。
现有的去污除垢方法,有的用“去污粉”擦拭,虽然效果较好,但是对瓷砖或玻璃壁面会造成划伤,失去光泽;有的用“洁厕灵”喷洒,但是由于是液体,容易流坠,与污垢接触作用不均匀、时间短,需要重复喷施,用量较多,还会对环境造成一定酸污染。对于严重的积垢,除污后还会遗留污垢的痕迹。
发明内容
针对现有的去污粉或洁厕灵,无论是粉状或液体的除污品存在的缺陷,本发明目的在于提供一种膏状除垢剂,并总结出制备方法,能够以涂抹方式使用,不流淌,作用时间延长,除污去垢能力增强,除垢效果进一步提高,减轻环境污染。
本发明采取的技术方案是:一种膏状除垢剂,由以下百分比重量份:水60-80%,TX-10 1-5%,OP-10 5-10%,聚丙酰胺1-5%,羧甲基纤维素钠1-5%,硫酸(98%)5-10%,草酸1-5%,氟氢化铵5-10%,香精0-1%制成膏状剂型。
本发明一种膏状除垢剂的制备方法,把硫酸倒入搅拌器内适量的水中,边倒边搅拌,冷却至室温后,加入草酸搅拌溶解完全,继续搅拌再依次加入TX-10,OP-10;另用适量的水溶化聚丙酰胺;另用适量的水发胀羧甲基纤维素钠;将聚丙酰胺溶液和发胀的羧甲基纤维素钠加入搅拌器搅拌均匀后,再加入氟氢化铵,最后加入香精,搅拌均匀,终呈粘稠状膏剂,稀稠度可用加碱水调节,检验、包装,成为膏状除垢剂。
本发明选择上述组分,其中,水作为溶剂,起到溶解、稀释、均质其它原料的作用;TX-10、OP-10作为乳化剂,起到乳化、渗透作用,能使污垢中的油污溶解脱离墙壁表面;硫酸、草酸、氟氢化铵为酸性物质,硫酸能除去污垢中的碱性物质,草酸缓释,有还原性能除去灰垢和铁锈污垢,氟氢化铵尤其是对含硅污垢能溶解脱离,还能去除污垢痕迹;聚丙酰胺、羧甲基纤维素钠为增稠剂,聚丙酰胺在增稠中还具有粘性和生膜作用,羧甲基纤维素钠还具有稳定作用,两者协同,能将除垢剂液体形态变为粘稠的膏状,能使除垢剂以涂抹方式附着在墙壁表面,不流坠,挂墙持久,复盖均匀,作用充分;香精,作为香味剂,能够在去污过程中,利用香精挥发出的芳香改善场所空间的气味。与现有技术相比,具有使用方便,去污除垢能力增强,去污除垢消痕效果明显提高,减少环境污染,改善空间气味等显著优点。
具体实施方式
本发明一种膏状除垢剂,由以下百分比重量份原料:水60-80%,TX-10 1-5%,OP-10 5-10%,聚丙酰胺1-5%,羧甲基纤维素钠1-5%,硫酸(98%)5-10%,草酸1-5%,氟氢化铵5-10%,香精0-1%,制成膏状剂型。
本发明一种膏状除垢剂实施例1,由以下百分比重量份原料制成膏剂:水60%,TX-10 5%,OP-10 5%,聚丙酰胺5%,羧甲基纤维素钠5%,硫酸8%,草酸5%,氟氢化铵7%,香精1%。
本发明一种膏状除垢剂实施例2,由以下百分比重量份原料制成膏剂:水80%,TX-10 1%,OP-10 5%,聚丙酰胺1%,羧甲基纤维素钠4%,硫酸(98%)5%,草酸1.9%,氟氢化铵5%,香精0.1%。
本发明一种膏状除垢剂实施例3,由以下百分比重量份原料制成膏剂:水70%,TX-10 3%,OP-10 6%,聚丙酰胺3%,羧甲基纤维素钠2%,硫酸7%,草酸2.5%,氟氢化铵6%,香精0.5%。
使用时,视污垢墙壁表面大小,污垢轻重,将适量的本产品挤涂在墙面上,用毛刷(或细布)均匀刷抹,遍及边缝,不留空白,等待一定时间(约10分钟),在局部擦拭检查去污除垢效果,达到去污除垢目的后,用抹布擦去,最后用清水冲洗干净。不使用时,密封保存,防止干燥,本品有腐蚀性,防止与人体接触,安全保管。

1.一种膏状除垢剂,其特征是由以下百分比重量份原料:水60-80%,TX-10 1-5%,OP-10 5-10%,聚丙酰胺1-5%,羧甲基纤维素钠1-5%,硫酸(98%)5-10%,草酸1-5%,氟氢化铵5-10%,香精0-1%,制成膏状剂型。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种膏状除垢剂,其特征是由以下百分比重量份原料制成膏剂:水60%,TX-10 5%,OP-10 5%,聚丙酰胺5%,羧甲基纤维素钠5%,硫酸7%,草酸5%,氟氢化铵7%,香精1%。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种膏状除垢剂,其特征是由以下百分比重量份原料制成膏剂:水80%,TX-10 1%,OP-10 5%,聚丙酰胺1%,羧甲基纤维素钠1%,硫酸(98%)5%,草酸1.9%,氟氢化铵5%,香精0.1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种膏状除垢剂,其特征是由以下百分比重量份原料制成膏剂:水70%,TX-10 3%,OP-10 6%,聚丙酰胺3%,羧甲基纤维素钠2%,硫酸7%,草酸2.5%,氟氢化铵6%,香精0.5%。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的任一种膏状除垢剂,其特征是制备方法为:把硫酸倒入搅拌器内适量的水中,边倒边搅拌,冷却至室温后,加入草酸搅拌溶解完全,再依次搅拌加入TX-10,OP-10;另用适量的水溶化聚丙酰胺;另用适量的水发胀羧甲基纤维素钠;将聚丙酰胺溶液和发胀的羧甲基纤维素钠加入搅拌器搅拌均匀后,再加入氟氢化铵,最后加入香精,搅拌均匀,终呈粘稠状膏剂,检验、包装,成为膏状除垢剂。
