Abstract
本发明公开了一种管材材料,包括以下按照重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯100份,碳酸钙11‑13份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯13‑15份,脂肪二羧酸酯8‑10份,N,N‑亚甲基双丙烯酰胺6‑8份,二盐基性硬脂酸铅8‑10份,多元醇类2‑4份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯‑丁二烯‑苯乙烯11‑13份。本发明采用聚氯乙烯为基料,碳酸钙作为填充剂,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、脂肪二羧酸酯作为增塑剂,甲基丙烯酸甲酯‑丁二烯‑苯乙烯作为抗冲剂,因此其制作工艺简单、成低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管材的材料配方,属于管材制造技术领域。
背景技术
PVC主要成份为聚氯乙烯,另外加入其他成分来增强其耐热性、韧性、延展性等。这种表面膜的最上层是漆,中间的主要成分是聚氯乙烯,最下层是背涂粘合剂。现有的PVC管材配方制备复杂,制成的管材抗老化能力差,成本高。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种成本低廉的管材材料。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种管材材料,包括以下按照重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯100份,碳酸钙11-13份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯13-15份,脂肪二羧酸酯8-10份,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺6-8份,二盐基性硬脂酸铅8-10份,多元醇类2-4份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯11-13份。
优选的:碳酸钙12份。
优选的:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯14份,脂肪二羧酸酯9份,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺7份。
优选的:二盐基性硬脂酸铅9份。
优选的:多元醇类3份。
优选的:甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯12份。
有益效果:本发明相比现有技术,具有以下有益效果:
本发明采用聚氯乙烯为基料,碳酸钙作为填充剂,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、脂肪二羧酸酯作为增塑剂,甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯作为抗冲剂,因此其制作工艺简单、成低廉。

1.一种管材材料,其特征在于,包括以下按照重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯100份,碳酸钙11-13份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯13-15份,脂肪二羧酸酯8-10份,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺6-8份,二盐基性硬脂酸铅8-10份,多元醇类2-4份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯11-13份。

3.根据权利要求1所述的管材材料,其特征在于:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯14份,脂肪二羧酸酯9份,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺7份。

5.根据权利要求1所述的管材材料,其特征在于:多元醇类3份。
