本发明公开了一种阻燃管材材料,包括以下按照重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯100份,硫酸钙11‑13份,陶土16‑18份,邻苯二甲酸酯15‑17份,二异氰酸酯5‑7份,三碱式硫酸铅5‑7份,金属晶须11‑13份,含磷多元醇13‑15份,硼酸锌12‑14份,磷酸酯11‑13份,聚乙烯醇8‑10份,聚乙烯蜡12‑14份。本发明采用对金属晶须,含磷多元醇,硼酸锌,磷酸酯联合作用作为阻燃剂,因此其管材的阻燃能力强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管材的材料配方,属于管材制造技术领域。
背景技术
PVC主要成份为聚氯乙烯,另外加入其他成分来增强其耐热性、韧性、延展性等。这种表面膜的最上层是漆,中间的主要成分是聚氯乙烯,最下层是背涂粘合剂。现有的PVC管材配方制备复杂,制成的管材阻燃能力差,成本高。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种成本低廉的阻燃管材材料。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种阻燃管材材料,包括以下按照重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯100份,硫酸钙11-13份,陶土16-18份,邻苯二甲酸酯15-17份,二异氰酸酯5-7份,三碱式硫酸铅5-7份,金属晶须11-13份,含磷多元醇13-15份,硼酸锌12-14份,磷酸酯11-13份,聚乙烯醇8-10份,聚乙烯蜡12-14份。
优选的:硫酸钙12份,陶土17份。
优选的:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯16份,二异氰酸酯6份。
优选的:三碱式硫酸铅6份。
优选的:金属晶须12份。
优选的:含磷多元醇14份,硼酸锌13份,磷酸酯12份。
优选的:聚乙烯醇9份。
优选的:聚乙烯蜡13份。
有益效果:本发明相比现有技术,具有以下有益效果:
本发明采用对金属晶须,含磷多元醇,硼酸锌,磷酸酯联合作用作为阻燃剂,因此其管材的阻燃能力强。
