Optionally, in order to fix the cut welding strip, the welding strip feeding device further includes a welding strip fixing device capable of performing an opening and closing action, which may be disposed between the welding strip feeding tray and the welding strip cutting device, and when the welding strip cutting device needs to cut, the welding strip fixing device merges and fixes the welding strip passing between the two opening and closing parts of the welding strip fixing device, and when the welding strip traction device needs to draw the welding strip from the welding strip fixing device, the two opening and closing parts of the welding strip fixing device are opened.
In one possible implementation manner, the series welding machine may further include a tool recovery device, wherein the tool recovery device conveys the tool output by the output end of the conveying device to the output end of the tool recovery device, and the conveying robot picks up the tool from the output end of the tool recovery device and places the tool on the input end of the conveying device.
The tool recovery device is a conveying device which can be used for conveying tools, for example, the conveying device can comprise a belt, a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a driving piece, the belt is sleeved on the driving wheel and the driven wheel, the driving piece drives the driving wheel to operate, the operation of the driving wheel drives the belt and the driven wheel to operate, and the operating belt can be used for conveying the tools.
Further, the tool recovery device can be arranged in parallel with the conveying device, and the conveying direction of the tool recovery device is opposite to that of the conveying device, so that the tool output by the output end of the conveying device is conveyed to the position of the input end of the conveying device. The handling robot may be arranged between the conveying device and the tool recovery device. Still further, the output end of the tool recovery device is opposite to the input end of the conveying device, and the input end of the tool recovery device is opposite to the output end of the conveying device, so that a transfer robot can be arranged between the output end of the tool recovery device and the input end of the conveying device.
Through setting up frock recovery unit, realize the recovery of carrying the frock after the welding is accomplished on the conveyor and return, utilize transfer robot to pick up the frock from frock recovery unit's output and place on conveyor's input to realized the recycle of work, saved the quantity of frock, reduced manufacturing cost.
In practical application, the series welding machine further comprises a battery piece feeding device for placing battery pieces on the conveying device. Optionally, the series welding machine further comprises a material box arranged at the input end of the conveying device and used for storing the battery pieces, or a conveying line used for conveying the battery pieces from the previous procedure, such as conveying the battery pieces after being broken off from the piece breaking device.
In one possible implementation manner, in order to improve welding efficiency, the stringer may weld a longer welding strip between the battery strings, and then cut the longer welding strip in the subsequent step so as to separate the two battery strings, for this purpose, the stringer provided by the application may further include a string separating device disposed in the subsequent step of the welding device, so as to perform string separating processing on the battery strings obtained by welding by the welding device, and obtain a battery string with a predetermined length.
The battery string of a predetermined length is a battery string having a predetermined number of battery pieces connected.
Generally, the number of each battery string is industry or manufacturer required, such as 6 battery cells connected to form one battery string, or 10 battery cells connected to form one battery string, etc. When the battery string is generated, the front half part of the first set of welding strips with a preset length is welded on the front main grid line of the first battery piece, and the rear half part of the set of welding strips is welded on the rear main grid line of the second battery piece, so that the first battery piece and the second battery piece are connected in series by using the set of welding strips. Similarly, a front half portion of a second set of solder strips of a predetermined length is soldered to the front main grid line of the second cell, and a rear half portion of the set of solder strips is soldered to the rear main grid line of the third cell, so that the second cell and the third cell are connected in series by the set of solder strips. And so on.
The end of each battery string needs to be welded with a bus bar for collecting the current of a plurality of battery strings, and the length of the welding strip used for welding the bus bar at the end is smaller than that of the welding strip of the non-end part of the battery string because the welding strip at the end is only connected with one battery piece at the end, so that after each battery string is welded in the traditional production line of the battery strings, a short welding strip is cut for being welded to the head end part of the next battery string, and then a short welding strip is welded at the tail end part of the battery string. Such beats require a large distance between battery strings, i.e., a certain length of time is waited between the two battery strings, resulting in a relatively low production efficiency.
To this, the string welding machine in this application can weld a longer welding strip (avoid the damage to battery string tip battery piece when dividing the cluster) between battery string and battery string when generating the battery string, then utilize the branch cluster device to cut longer welding strip between battery string and the battery string, whole production beat can not wait for longer time between the battery string, and production efficiency is higher.
In practical application, the separation device can be a separation cutter, namely an upper cutter and a lower cutter which are arranged up and down oppositely, and then the upper cutter and the lower cutter are driven by a driving device to perform relative movement so as to cut a welding strip between the upper cutter and the lower cutter. Because of the need for a string-splitting knife to cut, the length of the solder strip between two adjacent strings is generally greater than the length of the solder strip that connects two adjacent battery cells in a string, in order to avoid damage to the ends of the string.
And the welded battery strings are subjected to string separation by using the string separation device, so that the battery strings with the preset length are obtained, the waiting time period between two adjacent battery strings in the welding process is avoided, and the generation beat is improved.
In one possible implementation, in order to improve welding efficiency, the stringer provided herein may further include a flux spraying device disposed in a front path of the welding device, where the flux spraying device sprays flux onto the battery piece, or sprays flux onto the solder strip, or sprays flux onto both the solder strip and the battery piece. In this way, the soldering quality and efficiency are improved by using the soldering flux spraying device to spray soldering flux to the battery piece and/or the soldering ribbon.
In summary, when the stringer is implemented, the battery piece feeding part and the tooling carrying part are arranged on the carrying device of the carrying robot, and the battery piece and the tooling are carried by using one carrying device, so that the space occupation of the carrying device is reduced; the welding device is used for realizing the welding between the stacked battery pieces and the welding strips.

Claims (11)

1. The carrying device is characterized by comprising a carrying body, a battery piece feeding part and a tool carrying part, wherein the battery piece feeding part is arranged at a first end part of the carrying body, the tool carrying part is arranged at a second end part of the carrying body, the battery piece feeding part is used for sucking and placing a battery piece, and the tool carrying part is used for picking and placing a tool;
the battery piece feeding part comprises at least one adsorption disc, wherein the adsorption discs are arranged in at least one row on an adsorption area corresponding to the battery piece at the first end part of the carrying body, or the adsorption discs are uniformly arranged on an adsorption area corresponding to the battery piece at the first end part of the carrying body;
the tool is a structure for pressing the welding strip against the battery piece and comprises a pressing needle or a silk screen for pressing the welding strip.
2. The handling device of claim 1, wherein the tooling handling portion includes at least one tooling suction section including at least one of an electromagnet and a suction cup.
3. The handling device of claim 1, wherein the tool handling portion includes a driving portion and two handling sections mounted at intervals, and the driving portion drives at least one handling section to approach or separate from the other handling section to open or close the two handling sections.
4. The handling device of claim 3, wherein the handling device comprises a frame,
the driving part comprises a driving device, the driving device is connected with one carrying part, the other carrying part is fixedly arranged on the carrying body, and the driving device drives the connected carrying part to approach or separate from the other carrying part;
or,
the driving part comprises two driving devices, the two driving devices are respectively connected with the two conveying parts, and each driving device drives the connected conveying part to approach or separate from the other conveying part.
5. The handling device of any of claims 1-4, comprising a distance adjustment portion coupled to at least one of the battery sheet loading portion or the tooling handling portion, the distance adjustment portion configured to adjust a distance between the battery sheet loading portion and the tooling handling portion.
6. A transfer robot, characterized in that the transfer robot comprises a transfer driving body and a transfer device arranged on the transfer driving body, the transfer device is a transfer device according to any one of claims 1-5, and the transfer driving body drives the transfer device to move and/or rotate.
7. A carrying method, characterized in that the carrying method is applied to the carrying robot according to claim 6, the carrying method comprising:
simultaneously adsorbing the battery piece and the picking tool, simultaneously transferring the adsorbed battery piece and the picking tool to the upper part of a conveying device and descending, simultaneously placing the battery piece and the tool on the conveying device, pressing the front half section of the last set of welding strips placed on the conveying device by the placed tool, and pressing the rear half section of the welding strips by the placed battery piece;
or,
sequentially adsorbing the battery pieces and the picking tool, or sequentially picking the tool and adsorbing the battery pieces, simultaneously transferring the adsorbed battery pieces and the picked tool to the upper part of the conveying device and descending, sequentially placing the tool and the battery pieces to the conveying device, pressing the front half section of the last set of welding strips placed on the conveying device by the placed tool, and pressing the rear half section of the welding strips by the placed battery pieces;
or,
sequentially adsorbing the battery pieces and picking up the tools, or sequentially picking up the tools and adsorbing the battery pieces, simultaneously transferring the adsorbed battery pieces and the picked up tools to the upper part of the conveying device and descending the tools, sequentially placing the battery pieces and the tools on the conveying device, pressing the placed battery pieces on the second half section of the last set of welding strips placed on the conveying device, and pressing the first half section of the welding strips by the placed tools.
8. A stringer comprising the transfer robot of claim 6, a strap loading device, a conveyor, and a welding device, wherein:
the conveying robot is used for placing the battery pieces and the tools on the conveying device, the welding strip feeding device is used for paving welding strips on the last battery piece placed on the conveying device, and the tools placed on the conveying device are pressed against the last welding strips and the battery pieces placed on the last battery piece;
the conveying device conveys the welding strip, the battery piece and the tool pressed against the welding strip and the battery piece to the welding device, and the welding device welds the welding strip to the battery piece.
9. The stringer of claim 8, further comprising a tool recovery device that delivers tools output by the delivery device output to the tool recovery device output, the handling robot picking up tools from the tool recovery device output and placing them on the delivery device input.
10. The string welder of claim 8, further comprising a string separation device disposed downstream of the welding device to perform a string separation process on the battery string welded by the welding device to obtain a battery string of a predetermined length.
11. The stringer of claim 8, further comprising a flux spray device disposed in front of the welding device, the flux spray device spraying flux onto the battery cells, onto the solder strips, or onto both the solder strips and the battery cells.
