The first material channel 412 includes:
the upper and lower ends of the feeding seat 4121 are fixedly connected with the first mounting seat 411 and the first charging barrel 11 respectively;
the width adjusting plates 4122 are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the feeding seat 4121 and are provided with a plurality of strip-shaped grooves 4123 for installing bolts;
a depth adjusting plate 4124 inserted into the bottom of the feed block 4121 and provided with an adjusting block 4125 protruding from the bottom of the feed block 4121;
an upper cover 4126 fixedly mounted on each width adjustment plate 4122;
the position of the bottom of the feeding seat 4121 corresponding to the two sides of the adjusting block 4125 is provided with the adjusting bolt 4127 for clamping the adjusting block 4125, and the first material channel and the second material channel in the embodiment have the same structure, so that the depth adjustment and the width adjustment can be realized through the structure, the proper adjustment can be performed according to the size of the part, and the device has more practicability.
The discharging channel in this embodiment is provided with two discharging ports, as shown in fig. 21, and a control switch of the main control system is provided, and when the first detection device and the second detection device detect that there is an unqualified product, the switch is controlled to change the direction, so as to realize separation of qualified parts and unqualified parts.

Claims (8)

1. A spring clip assembly machine, comprising:
a first charging barrel (11) for storing a first fastener, a second charging barrel (12) for storing a spring, a third charging barrel (13) for storing a second fastener and a control system (14) are arranged at the edge position of the upper table surface of the frame (1);
the rotary workbench (2) is rotatably arranged at the central position on the frame (1), and clamping devices (3) which are uniformly distributed in equal parts are arranged at the circumferential position of the rotary workbench;
the mounting disc (4) is fixedly arranged on the frame (1) and corresponds to the position right above the rotary workbench (2), and a first blanking device (41) for blanking the fasteners, a second blanking device (42) for blanking the springs, a first detection device (43) for detecting whether the springs are mounted in place, a third blanking device (44) for blanking the fasteners, and a second detection device (45) for riveting the fasteners, the fasteners and the springs and detecting whether the springs are mounted in place at the same time are sequentially arranged at the circumferential position of the mounting disc;
a discharging channel (15) is further arranged on the frame (1), and the first discharging device (41), the second discharging device (42) and the third discharging device (44) are all provided with discharging mechanisms (5) for discharging only one material at a time;
the blanking mechanism (5) comprises:
a sliding seat (51), one side of which is provided with a first sliding groove (511) which is vertically arranged and a plurality of second sliding grooves (512) which are transversely arranged, and the other side of which is provided with a first driving piece (513);
a side plate (52) fixedly installed at one side of the sliding seat (51) and closing the first sliding groove (511) and the second sliding groove (512);
a slide bar (53) slidably installed in the first slide groove (511) and having one end connected to the first driving member (513) and one side surface thereof being rugged;
the first baffle block (54) and the second baffle block (55) are slidably arranged in the second sliding groove (512), the end parts of the same end of the first baffle block and the second baffle block are in interference fit with the uneven side surfaces of the sliding rod (53), and the parts of the first baffle block and the second baffle block, which extend out of the sliding seat (51), are provided with inserting pins (56);
the cover plate (57) is fixedly arranged at one end of the sliding seat (51) and seals the end part of the second sliding groove (512), and a first elastic piece (58) which is in contact with the first baffle block (54) and the second baffle block (55) is arranged between the cover plate and the first baffle block and the second baffle block respectively;
the blanking mechanism (5) is provided with a first state that when the sliding rod (53) moves upwards, the first baffle block (54) slides forwards and simultaneously the second baffle block (55) slides backwards, and a first state that when the sliding rod (53) moves downwards, the first baffle block (54) slides backwards and simultaneously the second baffle block (55) slides forwards;
the clamping device (3) comprises:
a fixed clamp (31) fixedly mounted on the circumference of the rotary table (2);
a movable clamp (32) mounted on the right opposite side of the fixed clamp (31);
the pushing block (33) is arranged on the back surface of the fixed clamp (31) and is provided with a pushing rod (34) which penetrates through the fixed clamp (31) and is fixedly connected with the movable clamp (32);
the push rod (34) is sleeved with a second elastic piece (35) which respectively abuts against the push block (33) and the fixed clamp (31), and the fixed clamp (31) and the movable clamp (32) are provided with positioning inclined planes which are arranged in opposite directions and matched with each other.

The spring clip assembly machine of claim 1, wherein: the sliding rod (53) is provided with a concave part (531) on the uneven side surface, slopes are arranged at two ends of the concave part (531), and the length dimension of the concave part (531) is smaller than the distance dimension of the first baffle block (54) and the second baffle block (55).

the movable clamp (32) comprises a second base (321) fixedly connected with the push rod (34), a second clamping block (322), a fourth elastic piece (323) and a second stop block (324), wherein the second clamping block (322) is arranged in the second base (321) in a penetrating mode, the second stop block (324) is fixedly installed at the rear end of the second base (321), and the fourth elastic piece (323) is installed between the second clamping block (322) and the second stop block (324) in a abutting mode.

The spring clip assembly machine of claim 1, wherein: the lower bottom surface of the mounting plate (4) is provided with a fourth driving piece (46) and a cam (47) which are respectively used for opening the clamping device (3), the fourth driving piece (46) faces the first blanking device (41), the cam (47) corresponds to the discharging channel (15), and the pushing block (33) is provided with a bearing (36) in rolling fit with the cam (47).

a second base (451) fixedly mounted on the outer edge of the mounting plate (4);
a third driving member (452) fixedly mounted on the second base (451) and disposed vertically downward;
a pressing block (453) vertically and movably mounted on the second base (451) and connected with a movable end of the third driving member (452);
